The host Brenda is friendly & welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The accommodation was suitable for my needs for a one night stay whilst visiting Birmingham. I had access to a shared bathroom and on street parking near to the property. I would stay again as it was good value for money and I slept well.

Access to the bathroom could sometimes be limited, but nothing really could be done about it.

hostess was lovely and helpful quiet location

no off road parking. bed would have been comfy but had a dip right in the middle. the fact room was at top of stairs meant every time someone went downstairs to the only bathroom I was woken up. 2am I was first woken then 6 times later at 4am it was quiet till I left.

This was a fantastic place to stay, where the hosts made me so welcome. I stayed for two nights to attend an event in the Birmingham area. As I arrived late the evening before the event, and left early the day after, I really just needed a comfortable and quiet place to stay for the two nights, and this place exceeded my expectations: thank you!

I did not stay at tropical garden oasis rooms, I have left because they did not respect their promises, I have booked a tent, but when I have arrived to the (TGOR), I did not found the tent and they gave me a privat room instead of it in their house. This was disappointing and disgusting. I need a full refund and apologies.
