We had a great experience at this property and were able to fully enjoy time with our family. Mariano and Alex went above and beyond to communicate and respond quickly to our questions and needs.
We loved our time in the outside pool area. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout is great for family gatherings, at home meals, and game nights. The pool table was a big hit as well! Though not a brand new house and some items are used/worn, it was not a issue for us.
The location was great and there is a lot to do. It is a short drive to the beach, grocery store, Target, TJ Maxx, etc... We enjoyed dinners in Lauderdale by the Sea, and Las Olas area. We loved the Water Taxi - a great way to spend the day exploring/ dinning. (Shooters and 15th St. Fisheries were great) Another fun thing was taking the train to Miami for the day - only 30 min trip.

We had a wonderful time at our stay in Fort Lauderdale! The host Mariano, was incredible. He was very quick and clear with communication and when we needed some batteries for the remote, he had someone there within a half an hour. The home is a little bit older, so don’t expect everything to be pristine, but it was very very nice and in a great location! For the money, it was a great value! The host provided wine and snacks, which was an excellent bonus. We will definitely stay there again!!

Our extended family of 9 enjoyed a wonderful week, staying at this comfortable home. The home was clean, comfortably furnished, and well stocked! The kitchen had all the cooking utensils & dishes we needed for cooking and eating in, bathroom had necessary supplies, and the living room had games - including a pool table - for multiple game nights - with room enough for everyone to gather, and space for us to have out quiet time, as well. The backyard was a fun space for hanging out, swimming and enjoying a meal. Its a pleasant mile walk to the beach, and located a relatively short distance to downtown and other beaches. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Roaches in two rooms. I took picture . Water back up in all sinks ,tubs, toilets all over floors. Could not use water or take showers, or cook. Lost a whole day. Barbecue was not clean and broken..blew up on my sons arm, burning him. They did send someone with a portable barbecue, after the incident. Pool man only threw in two tablets and left, they didn't even disolve. Bed sheets were dirty. Poor management! The owners tried
to help and Alexi said we would get some refund, which we have not seen. I called VRBO and they called him and told me he hung up the phone. I have a case number and will be taking this further action. I would not recommend this property. other reviews must be fake. VRBO said they would be emailing the host, as of today no response to me. VRBO needs to check this out.

This is a very comfortable home for 2 families with children. Plenty of beds and baths. The host was excellent, responded immediately. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Thankful for a mini unexpected vacation. Would rent again.

3 families stayed from the 28th to August 4th. Amazing clean place! Great location and near everything. Very spacious and lots of in house entertainment. Overall, this was an amazing getaway for a week indoors and outdoors. The hosts are very accommoadating and very quick to respond to any of our questions. Very welcoming! Will definitely come back! Thanks to Mariano and Alexis

Beautiful Property!!!
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The owners are very responsive. The house was spacious enough for 8 people. Our children loved the pool! Great outdoor space. If you’re traveling in June, do know there are a fair share of mosquitoes and there were ants. However, we would definitely consider renting again!

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience for our group of 8. When initially scouting the property online, the owners were super-responsive to our many questions. We were 2 moms planning a Senior Spring Break for our daughters and wanted a fun, safe South Florida experience that everyone would be happy with. This place delivered above and beyond. The backyard pool was an Oasis along with the sitting/dining areas. The property is so well thought out for every need. There was a debris in the pool when we arrived and the owner’s immediately responded and sent someone to clean. The kitchen and spacious dining area was FABULOUS for the nights that we cooked ate in. We rented a golf cart and a few bikes for beach runs, which was super close to the house. Also close was the Coral Ridge mall for Target, Publix and some other shops. It could not have been any more ideal. The neighborhood was safe and surrounding properties were beautiful. Any questions I had during our stay were handled by the property owners immediately and with utmost care and respect. The home inside was clean and had so many features ideal for a relaxing beach stay. We could have ALL happily stayed for a few more weeks, which is saying a LOT for 6 teens! If I could give this home and it’s many, many features a 10 out of 5 I would. Thank you for an incredible, relaxing, happy experience! We made lifetime memories. If coming to this area again, we would be sure to stay in this property again. ❤️

We had such a great time staying at this property. Utilized and enjoyed every amenity; pool, ping pong table, pool table, outdoor seating, corn hole, record player, games, washer & dryer, pool toys and towels, etc. Plenty of space for our two families. Mariano is great to communicate with and offered detailed responses and ideas for us to try on our visit to Fort Lauderdale. He was very kind and accommodating in our communications. Close to restaurants, stores and beach. Highly recommend! We miss it already!

Loved our stay!
We had such a great time staying at this property. Utilized and enjoyed every amenity; pool, ping pong table, pool table, outdoor seating, corn hole, record player, games, washer & dryer, pool toys and towels, etc. Plenty of space for our two families. Mariano is great to communicate with and offered detailed responses and ideas for us to try on our visit to Fort Lauderdale. He was very kind and accommodating in our communications. Close to restaurants, stores and beach. Highly recommend! We miss it already!

Perfect Home
We had 7 adults ranging from 21-60. The house was perfect for our long weekend getaway to see our Patriots play in Miami. The property was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. The pool, outside bar, and great room were where we spend all of our time there. With 7 adults we never felt on top of each other. We walked to dinner twice during our stay. There are so many restaurants within walking distance. The beach is also very close and with in walking distance. Overall, I will stay here every time I'm in the area. Perfect property for a small or large party. Great area, wonderful host who is highly responsive, and a clean, well maintained home.

Amazing Stay!!!
If you’re looking for a charming, quiet, and safe neighborhood for your family trip to Ft. Lauderdale, this house is it! It’s perfect for a family with kids of all ages. The house is beautiful and spacious, while also encouraging quality time together. When I tell you this house is stocked with any appliance you could possibly need, I mean it! The house is not only a quick drive down to many stores, it’s also a quick drive to the beach! The back yard is absolutely beautiful, and we all spent hours in and around the pool every day we were there. We also enjoyed the outside lounging and cooking area. The weather was amazing during our stay. The hosts were fantastic and quick to answer if we had any questions. They left us goodies to celebrate the New Year which we appreciated greatly. You truly can’t go wrong with this rental! Alexis and Mariano thank you so very much for being such a kind and wonderful host! We will see you again soon.

We always come over Thanksgiving and usually have very warm weather, but it was cooler this year and the water was pretty cold. This limited our swimming time a bit. Other than that, I would strongly recommend Mariano and Alexis for your future hosts. :)

The house was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful backyard/pool. The pool had a wrap around safety net/gate which was wonderful for our small children. It is easily able to be removed for those who don't wish to have it. We let them know ahead of time that we had a toddler with us and they went above and beyond to provide a high chair and pack and play! They also had beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers to complete our beach day trip. We had plenty of room for our party of 10. The only thing that could have made this a perfect trip is a heated pool. We spent about a week at this house and fell in love with it. The two renting out the property were very prompt at getting back to us with any questions and made us feel extremely welcome. It was one of the bast stays we’ve had in Florida and we’ll definitely look them up for our next stay. 10/10 with everything.

La casa esta muy bien ubicada. Hay lugares muchos lugares para ir de compras, comer, hay cine y la playa esta a solo minutos de la casa. El barrio es muy tranquilo y los vecinos son muy simpaticos. The best house! 10 stars if I could
This house was a perfect fit for my group of friends looking to spend a weekend getaway. The house is lovely, spacious, and super comfortable and cute. An absolute lovely home!
We booked this house for a family reunion and we were not disappointing. The hosts were so kind and left us sweets for the kids, snacks, beverages, and even wine. The house itself is so big and the backyard is very secluded and well distributed. The decor was very nice and the house is perfect for groups as it has many spaces to share.
