Perfect location, very close to the beach and other restaurants! Very clean and cozy. Not a great view, but since you are so close, you can easily just walk down in a minute or two.

This was my family first time doing a Vrbo. We were pleased with our stay, I was impressed with how stocked everything was. We felt at home thanks for making this stay a great experience for us.

Exactly as shown in pictures. Close walk to the beach, although the incline on the way back is significant. Nicely stocked with towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc and plenty of bath towels, toilet paper and other essentials. We rented a minivan and were not able to get it into the driveway due to how low it was to the ground and the "dip" as you pull in. We did hear quite a bit of noise from the unit above us, just normal walking around, but something to note if you're sensitive to noise. Overall, a good value!

Lovely spot a few blocks from the sand. Everything we needed was there (beach chairs, towels, beach bags) which was appreciated! And the beds were very comfortable. 5 stars!

Overall, this is a nice little spot. It worked out well for my husband and I and my sister and her husband. We were in town for a wedding. My husband and I used to live about four streets over so we know the area well. It is a little bit of a walk, but it is walkable to the pier. Management was very responsive to any requests. Things to note: the lighting is interesting, I flipped the switches when we arrived, and I didn’t do anything. You need to kind of check each lamp individually and try to turn it on at the source. There is no laundry detergent or softener (we couldn’t find any). Also, there are enough coffee filters there to last years having coffee every day. My sister and I went to the store and couldn’t remember if we saw coffee filters there so we bought a package only to return to what seems a handful of people having done the exact same thing! Lol The only other thing I would say is that there needs to be some kind of sign to designate parking for the particular unit so no one else parks there. We only had a car one of the days and everything was fine, but if we’d been driving the evening of the wedding it would have been very inconvenient to return to someone parked in our spot in front of the garage. Luckily, we used a Uber and the car was gone by the time we woke up in the morning. All in all it’s well stocked, cozy, and exactly what you would expect to find if you were staying in a little beach bungalow. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Beach house was great. Close to the beach and restaurants and shops were nearby.

This was a very convenient location to get to LAX and Sofi. The place is cute and clean.

Overall it was a great space and nicely decorated. Perfect short walk to the beach, close walk to restaurants. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had.

Wonderful spot just up from the beach. Great communication with the owner. Worked wonderfully for our quick weekend near the airport, sofi and Manhattan beach. It has been well loved and needs a bit of tlc. This didn’t detract from our relaxation or the amazing location. It had everything we needed and was stocked with beach chairs, towels and kitchen amenities. If you are a light sleeper, the unit upstairs and adjacent neighbors can be very loud early in the morning.

Awesome host, awesome location. Ocean view and steps to the beach. Place was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Garage and driveway big enough for an SUV. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for making our mini vacay a memorable one.

We had a great stay at this house. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, clean, comfortable beds, and access to laundry! Do be aware that the entrance to the garage is on a hill so if your car is low to the ground it will scrape. We appreciated the access to beach towels and chairs! Tried out some of the suggested eating spots too!

The location can't be beat, only a short walk from Manhattan beach and close to several restaurants as well. The place was super comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation.

Loved the house itself - very nicely decorated, comfortable beds and well maintained. The location is close to the beach. Condiments, soaps, coffee/tea, etc were provided which is always a tremendous help. I have only positive things to say!

This property was just what we were looking for, walk to the beach and very close to SoFi stadium. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Perfect location if you want easy access to the sandy beach and enjoy long walks on The Strand. This property is walking distance from many great restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Amanda was communicative and responsive. Unit was cozy and with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it is perfect for 2-4 adults. We stayed for 5 weeks to escape "the big dark" of Feb/March in Seattle and loved it!

Great weekend away and the house was very cozy, comfortable. Enjoyed lots of walking. And the restaurants around. The beach was very for walking distance.

Literally everything went perfectly throughout my stay. The location is perfect and the host was so easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is extremely safe so I’d highly recommend this property if your traveling with a group or even by yourself!

Great communication, comfortable and well equipped place. Comfy beds, close to beach, food and drink spots. Couldn't ask for more! Hope to stay again next time I'm in town.

The rental was well stocked and perfect for our 5 day stay. Two adults and two children stayed comfortably.

Apt is exactly as per listing. 2 bedrooms are good size and tons of closet space. Living areas couch is comfy and fits all 5 of us with ease. Kitchen well appointed and has everything you need. Amazing to have all the supplies like soap shampoo and access to laundry etc (may sound nuts but in times like these, traveling with carry on and limited liquids makes this a huge bonus). Great selection of beach toys. Ample space to park our big-ish rental car and lastly great location. Fyi it’s a steep walk down to the strand path and beach but we loved our daily early morning walk into Manhattan beach to grab coffee and watch the word go by. Owner very responsive to questions. Would absolutely recommend this place and would come back. Thank you Amanda !

The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a great stay and would recommend this property. The space was clean and plenty of space for our family of four. The only shake GE we ran into was getting our minivan in and out of the garage - it’s relatively low to the ground and the incline into the garage is steep enough that is can scrape the bottom of the car if you don’t get just the right angle. Very minor detail for a great location where we didn’t have to get the car out much.

Overall our experience was okay. The location and proximity to walkable restaurants and bars was great. The overall unit was pretty clean except we did encounter silverfish and a few other bugs that we were very disappointed by. The bug detectors throughout the unit made sense after seeing these. The other main issue is you can hear the upstairs residents 24/7. We had trouble sleeping due to being able to hear every little footstep or move.

This property was adorable and so close to the beach! The town of Manhattan Beach is fun, friendly, and safe. We rented a car as we had a passenger to pick up at the airport and the Seahawks/Rams game, but you could definitely go without a car if you like to walk.. Thank you so much for everything you are an amazing host! We truly had a beautiful time together.
