My husband and I along with our 2 dogs had the greatest weekend filled with relaxation and tranquility! There was no reason to leave this oasis - natural pool, hot tub, sand, fire pit, and large fenced yard for our fur babies! Closeby restaurants and stores, short drive to the beach, and the host was responsive and friendly - couldn't ask for more, we'll definitely be back!

The house was wonderful. The yard was even better. The hosts are thoughtful people who had all the little things available - towels, soaps, dishwasher/laundry, etc. So there was little need for us to buy anything extra, we just needed food. The place is about 20 miles from the beaches but feels like more, because the traffic can be very heavy. But staying around the house is kind of like having your own private beach. There’s the lagoon, the hot tub, a sandy area with the lawn chairs by the grill. There are plenty of grocery and other retail options a short drive away. Also a great ice cream shop within walking distance. At night it’s very relaxing to hang out on the screened in porch and listen to the waterfall. Highly recommend this place.

The house was very clean and well stocked. Everything worked properly. Host was very responsive to questions. The hot tub was great, plus we loved the sound of the waterfall. The lightening on the waterfall is not as bright as shown, but it does have some light on it. Shopping and restaurants ae nearby but you feel like you are out in the country due to the lovely large landscaped property, and the undeveloped lots that border two sides. We used the grill and the fire pit while we had quality family time. I would stay here again!

Home is beautiful and very comfortable, in a very quiet neighborhood, fenced in back yard. Enjoyed the lanai with the different birds, butterflies. The waterfall is very comforting Quick response to any of your questions and very kind. Highly recommend

Comfortable place and very convenient location, especially for restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately the lagoon feature, which was the reason we chose this place, did not function a single day of our stay. Owner made a sincere effort to have it repaired but without success and gave us a small concession. The photo of the lagoon feature is also misleading as the lighting is nothing like how it looks.

We travel with our 2dogs and specifically picked this property because of the backyard being completely fenced in which it wasn’t. After we checked in I had to go buy temporary fencing to put up before we could let the dogs out. I had to watch them the whole time because part of the existing fencing had such large openings a small dog could go right thru it. That being said the lagoon, hot tub, porch and house were AMAZING!!! We spent our entire time in the backyard and loved it!! We will definitely try to come back here again (just bring our own fence lol)

The place was very clean. Nice and roomy. My husband's first statement as he put the items in the kitchen and looked up was "WOW" He was looking at the lagoon. Very nice. Our dog, Rudy loved getting into the lagoon to get his plastic fish. Nice steps for him to get in and out. We exercised him daily in the pool since he is 17 years old, and his muscles hurt. Good exercise for him. The yard behind the waterfall was nice for Rudy to walk around in which was fenced in. The screened-in porch was nice to sit in while it was raining. Unfortunately, when we were there in the evening it was raining. The kitchen has everything you need. They even had dishes for our dog, in case we left ours. The waterfall sound is great to hear during the day or evening. The landscaping is outstanding, gives you the Florida feel. They have many pollinator plants around the pool. The catus was blooming in the morning. I have never seen this. Not far is a homemade ice cream shop. Very good and has many flavors. We felt safe in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place to stay. We will be back.

We came from Texas and Arizona to celebrate an aunt's 100th birthday. We were extremely pleased with the property in N Port Charlotte. It was a very nice place to come home to so we could relax after the festivities. Definitely would recommend this place.

We loved our trip here. The house was very clean and the owners were very nice always responded Fast. . Even the neighbors were very friendly and inviting and we loved having beach equipment to take To the beach with us. After a sixteen hour drive this property was just very relaxing. Would love to Stay again.

We rented the house for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. It was magical when we arrived and saw the beautiful landscaping in the back yard. The hot tub was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend my birthday! We were able to bring our dogs with us and they had a blast also!

We decided to take a little getaway for a weekend. We found this property and thought it would be a nice relaxing home with the lagoon feature and the spa. Turns out it was just what we needed, A nice place to just listen to the water fall and enjoy the hot tub at night. Was located right off the road that we traveled to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Will definitely stay again when we plan more trips in the area. Such a beautiful welcoming stay. Thank You for opening your doors for folks like us to enjoy a relaxing home away from home.

Quiet shaded neighborhood great for walking, bike riding. Enjoyable days and evenings spent on screened in patio relaxing to the "music" of the mesmerizing waterfall. Thank you Christine!

This was a great house for us. Needed a place for a few days while work was being done on our condo. This was perfect. Manager was easy to communicate with and quick with responses. Home was neat, clean and updated. Quiet neighborhood which was a plus for us. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we had a need or to recommend to anyone coming into the area. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay overall at this house. We were in town to visit family and picked this rental because it was listed to have a fenced in back yard as we were traveling with kids and family dog. We were surprised when we got there that the backyard was not fenced as advertised as they are in the middle of a backyard renovation (which looks like it will be awesome!) but made it a bit inconvenient with dogs and kids. Also, no towels were in bathrooms and after searching they were all in the dryer so we started our trip by folding laundry. There were no checkout instructions so I contacted owner. We were told very close to us leaving we needed to strip beds and start laundry which made packing up and leaving a bit more challenging not knowing that ahead of time. Overall this property is updated and clean and we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Nice, quiet area close to tons of stores and restaurants. The fenced-in backyard was excellent for the dog.

Location was great, house appeared freshly renovated. It was nice since it was a quick turnaround on a different location canceling on us at the last minute. Looking forward to booking again in the future for visits to the grandkids

The house was exactly as advertised. It needs some finishing touches and Tom the owner is already addressing those issues. A very quiet neighborhood with friendly people. I tried to rent for next season, but its already taken.

This house was very clean and updated. Kitchen had everything you could need. Plenty of TP, Dishwasher soap, Laundry detergent. Quiet neighborhood in a convenient location. Close to grocery stores and not far (20 min) from beaches.

Our home went on the market so we needed somewhere close to stay to allow the numerous showings to occur without disrupting ours or our pets days too much. We tried to book it Sun-Fri. We informed the owner we would book it for the entire duration even though we would be vacating Thurs evening (needed to stay until 5 pm on Thurs and check out was 11 am so it made sense to book an extra day). He informed us not to book Thurs night as we wouldn't be there overnight. We inquired the Saturday before if we could do an early check in by an hour or two as no one was in the property and he suggested I "cancel and rebook for my needed days". Keep in mind this would have not only forfeited our payment but we also didn't need extra days. It was a simple question and "no" would have been just fine. We ended up just going at scheduled time. He seemed irritated when I asked him how to get into the property. On Mon my husband and I both worked so we put our dogs in their kennels, turned off all lights, and turned on all fans. When we got back that evening, half of the fans were off and a couple of lights were on as if someone had entered the property. That made us extremely uncomfortable. We left on Wednesday evening as we didn't like the property at all. As for the home itself, the third bedroom was locked while we were there (luckily we didn't need it), we couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, the sod was very poorly laid (looks like it wasn't properly pieced together or rolled which created an extremely uneven surface), the "fence" is chicken wire staked to metal post, the washer and dryer smelled awful inside, and the hot water tank is small so good luck taking more than one shower in a couple hour period. There's also a GIANT cactus in the back yard so beware for children and pets. If you're coming to vacation, we recommend you grab items like dish soap, laundry pods, and trash bags as they weren't provided for us. Luckily we brought ours from home so we had some extra.

Very relaxing clean and very cozy neighborhood is very quiet

This property has everything we needed, updated throughout yet very comfortable. Close to beaches, parks shopping and warm springs. The host was exceptional and extremely accommodating.
