House is conveniently located to downtown and UF with plenty space for all the people it can hold and comfortable beds. It is a House that the host clearly pays attention to all details. It is a bit noisy from the cars that go through the road…

Great Place - Great Stay!

We had a great overnight stay at this comfy home. The place is EXACTLY as pictured and even better. Very nice and well throughout decorations throughout. They even had a pack and play for my baby which was a great find. The place is quite and central to UF campus. Only thing we noticed was that the main bedroom was warmer in comparison to the rest of the house which we mentioned to the host and he promptly replied that they would look into it. overall 5 stars and would def stay there again!

The house was beautiful and very, very clean. We really appreciated that! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you. The children enjoyed playing cornhole in the backyard and the location was a short drive to UF and convenient to downtown. The only reason we would not rent this home in the future was that we regularly heard the sounds of engines speeding off and loud music as cars waited at the stoplight nearby. We could hear people talking on the sidewalk in front of the house into the morning hours. There are sound machines in each of the bedrooms which helps a lot for sleep. A sound machine in the living room would be a great addition since it is counted as a sleeping area as well.

The personal touches in this home with all the Florida charms make it such a nice and warm place to stay. Very grateful for our time there!

Went to visit our daughter for a birthday weekend. The house was nicely decorated and clean. The check in and check out were very easy. Would definitely return on future trips.

3 couples, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms = privacy & comfort. As soon as we walked in the door, the scent of cleanliness hits, then the impressive décor in every room. The beds, pillows, & sheets so soft and comfortable. Truly a home away from home. Thank you for your attention to details.

Great house

What a great property and locations. Stayed here with family and co-workers while working at the university. Host was SUPER accommodating and had everything we needed! Will definitely stay again if in town.

Visiting adult children and hosted dinner for 4. This house has EVERYTHING and is so lovely. Outdoor space was a gathering spot in the evening and for morning scripture study and prayer!

We had a wonderful weekend in Gainesville at this adorable Floridian style home. No detail was missed for a great stay. I am an interior designer, and I can tell you that whoever styled this precious home did such a great job. It is so clean and loved the decor. It just had a very happy feel. We enjoyed being in the down town area so we were only a 5 min drive to Sorority row and super close to all the restaurants. We hope to stay there again on a college visit to see our daughter.

WAO!!!!! The house was very well detailed, all the small decorations really put this place this place together. Sheets, towels, and blankets super clean and fresh. Bathrooms very organized. This place was perfect for my families vacay weekend.

We loved staying at this property, we came all the way from Sarasota to try the Springs, we definitely had a great time and host was very communicative.

Friends and family decided to take a trip to Gainesville and do something different. We were all extremely pleased with the house and how clean and well kept it was. Narayan was responsive to all our inquiries and did so in a very timely manner. I must say that the pictures you see on the site are reflective of the house itself. It is centrally located to all shops, restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations etc.. I can safely say when we come back to Gainesville we will make sure to see if this home is available.
