We had a 3 generation family gathering at the end of the July 4th holiday and this location was perfect for us. We took full advantage of all the house had to offer. The game room, upstairs bunk room, grill, large patio with fireplace and even the hot tub were all utilized. The only odd feature was that there was really no pantry to store any food stuffs. Not a big deal, just a little odd. We were pleasantly surprised to find a second full size refrigerator/freezer in the laundry room and that really came in handy. Great kitchen appliances. Appreciated all of the notes/instructions as well. Easy walk to the winery and park as well. Cannot recommend this place enough for a large group!!

Our extended family had a lovely week in this home. The kitchen was the most thoroughly stocked of any rental home we've ever stayed in. We cooked most of our meals in and appreciated the range and variety of kitchen essentials. The young people loved the game room.

Home was in great condition on entry, well cleaned. Hot tub well maintained and cleaned as well. Game room was fun and left little to be desired. All as advertised. While I won't place a star in a negative category, I will say for 850 a night, please invest in higher quality toiletries...
The very hard single ply was a little out of place in such an awesome home. Otherwise, the five stars are well deserved. :)

My five siblings and our partners have been getting together in March for many years in the Suncadia area. Of all the beautiful homes we've rented over the years, this was the most comfortable for our group of twelve. The king or queen size beds were all quite comfortable, the kitchen was large, accommodating numerous bodies for meal preparation, but the large dining table was the best. The bathrooms could use some wall hooks for towels & soap holders in the showers. One of the bedrooms could use a bed-side table or two; but overall, we were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. Please post some directions for using the tricky oven.

Fit for a King royally accommodated our large group of 6 adults and six teenagers. The bedrooms were all nicely proportioned and comfortable. The kitchen, always the main attraction for us, enabled many cooks at a time. We enjoyed amenities--such as the game room and roaring fireplace. We would definitely rent again.

We booked this to have our semi-annual early Thanksgiving with our family, and this house was perfect for that. The kitchen was VERY well stocked, there was plenty of sleeping space, and dining room space. We did have some trouble trying to figure out how to work the oven, after some googling we figured it out. The game room was amazing and we loved that its not in the house to keep the noise down. We would absolutely book here again.

Great to be able to sit all around the same large table for dinner. We enjoyed the stay as expected, and I look forward to booking again when the time comes.
Small suggestion: the dishwasher was confusing to multiple folks in our group, so it could be helpful to give a couple instructions on usage.

We selected this home for our Sibling Reunion. All 10 of us are in our seventies and represented 6 siblings and spouses. We loved all the parking, easy access to the kitchen, 2 refrigerators, a lovely range, dishwasher and very long table. The openness of the kitchen, dining room and living area was a huge plus. One sib is wheelchair bound so the bedroom downstairs was great! Stairs were very wide and had good support for those sleeping there. We loved the game room too. We ate all our meals at the house and used the BQ which was great! We loved being able to take walks, play games, do a puzzle and have a slide show. The downers were a king mattress in the bedroom off the livingroom with no closet, dresser or full bathroom (only guest bathroom a ways away). A queen here would be better with a dresser. We had a lovely stay for 3 nights.

Enjoyed this home. What we saw is what we got. Home was clean had plenty of things to do in the area. Though there were countless rules and possible fines listed, our group of 16 were not charged any additional fees, thankfully. We would come again!

Overall, we were very happy with Fit for a King. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking. We loved the back patio.
It is an attractive, comfortable home. The game room in the garage was a great addition.
The activities in the area from golf and hiking to rafting and swimming were delightful.
Our only suggestion would be that you add a dresser and some hooks for the bedroom of f the great room. There was no way to store or hang clothes. The room with the pullout bed was pretty cramped for four children. they made it work but it seems more like a room for two.
We had a WONDERFUL time and the flaws were minor.
Wish the grill had been fixed when we called to report it early in the week. That was a minor inconvenience as well.
Thanks for providing lovely living arrangements for a family gathering that was memorable.

We had six couples staying plus a few more visiting and the space was perfect. Very festive spaces and never crowded. Plenty of parking and no one gets boxed in or needs to park off-site. For the number of bedrooms it was the best value in Suncadia. We will definitely book again.

All the basics you need for a great getaway weekend. Only consideration is that you are right on top of neighbors in the back, so if you like hanging out late on the deck it might annoy some. Game room in the garage however is perfect (and noise proof ) for kids (and adults!)

We came with a group of friends & kids ages ranging 6 months - 9 years old. The many large bedrooms, bathrooms & kids bunk rooms were ideal. The game room being separate from the main house was a great place for the adults to hang out after the kids went to bed. Would love to come back and stay again!

The house was beautiful! The name fits it very well! Tall ceilings, HUUUUGE dining table. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed for the weekend. The play room had enough activities to keep the kids and grownups entertained. Many TVs thru the house, and they all have Netflix, Amazon prime. We definitely enjoyed our time, wish we stayed longer.

Fit for a King is an amazing home to share with your family & loved ones. My favorite part of this home is the game room. We had so much fun in here! I love how it’s separate from the home. The layout of this home is well thought out. Every bedroom is cozy & the beds were comfy. The extra fridge in the utility room is a bonus! Two sets of washer & dryer is pretty cool too! This home is ideal for large extended families. Plenty of room & space... the furniture is cozy the fireplace puts out some heat.... We enjoyed ourselves to the fullest!! Hope you book this home! This house is equipped with everything in the kitchen that one could possibly need! The house lay out and amenities were fabulous for our 8 adults and 6 children. Had a great time here with around 16 people for a weekend. Well-stocked kitchen in many ways, as other reviews state. The only thing to be aware of is that one bedroom is directly off the main family room, and lack of sound isolation is generally noticeable. Other than that, would recommend for anyone to book for large groups especially with a pet or two.

Home was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and extra fridge made meal prep easy for a large crowd. The game room is extraordinary. The patio is nice but the negative is the weeds/grasses growing along the border. They provide some privacy but the cost to anyone with seasonal allergies is quite high.

Great house and great location. House was so spacious and well done it was perfect. Only issues we have to help you improve- dishwasher did not work- Need larger trash and recycle bins have a house that will keep 20 but a recycle bin enough for 1 small family in a week.
