The host/owner made this experience the best. He was very attentive to every message. VRBO site went down and he was able to help with my checking in process. We were unable to get any inbox messages that had the physical address, check in code and our instructions on check out. Mr Theo took time to personally message. ❤️ That speaks volumes to me. The cabin is four bedrooms, 4 bath. Two upstairs and two down A game room with a huge flatscreen TV. A nice picnic table on deck with other seating. The hot tub was clean and was perfect for my volleyball players after tournament games. The upstairs main level was spacious enough that we could all hangout and enjoy talking about our day and eating together. Washer and dryer worked as they should. Plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. It was very clean and even dusted in hidden areas that I usually check. So shout out to the cleaning company as well. The mattresses were soft and in good shape. A few suggestions would be, a light that stays on outside such as dust to dawn. It’s extremely dark and you should watch your step. Wished there would have been a crockpot and griddle to help with easy meal prep. It needed a small trash can down stairs in game room and a table would be perfect. Update the bed linens for sure. If you are looking for luxurious and all the bells and whistles, this isn’t for you. But if the simple things, making memories together and easy fits your life style then this cabin is “just enough.” AB (WV)

We had a great time and the host was excellent to work with! I would recommend to anyone looking for a conveniently located cabin in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area.

We came up for my daughter's Cheer competition at the Convention Center. The location of the cabin was perfect, close to everything. The Cabin was very nice and peaceful with plenty of space. We really enjoyed our down time by the fire watching christmas movies, while my daughter enjoyed her down time in the hot tub after along day of competing.

We enjoyed the cabin. 4 adults and 5 children. Everything looks as described. We would stay again.

Theo was so awesome to work with. Very accommodating and prompt. He checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. It was so nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. Location was great!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was wonderful! There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, but also have space to themselves. We enjoyed the swing on the front porch and the table/chairs on the back porch. The weather was nice for us to be able to enjoy the outside inside. We would stay again!

The property was fantastic, exactly what we hoped for our new extended family gathering in the woods. Most everything was in good shape, as presented in the listing. Will likely return.

The house is a perfect size for two families. 3 kids that competed in a dance competition at the convention center. and 5 adults . Location is great to get to food and activities around the area. Would stay in the house again if we return next year.

Check in was no problem at all; everything was very neat and clean, just as in photos; we used the grill out front several times; kitchen well stocked; close to near everything we wanted to do; hot tub was great; my mom enjoyed her jacuzzi inside; plenty of room for adults, children and teens. 10/10 recommend! Great place, great host. Would love to come back again!

Very spacious, comfortable, and a far cry better than any hotel. The only down side was the sparce parking. Loved our stay!

Close to lots of activities, and stores. But nice and quiet and not too much Twisting and turning on the roads to the house. Parking is a bit sparse

From the moment I hit confirmed, my experience was excellent. The owner Theo was over and beyond amazing. He reached out frequently. My accommodation was everything that I wanted. I had 3 guest with me that wanted their own bathroom and personal space and we got just that. I highly recommend, that you stay on this property. I wished that I could have stayed longer. We checked in on time very easy the cabin was cute and clean we loved the screened in porch part at night because you could hear so many different animals and insects! It was an awesome experience everyone had a great time for our wedding vacation if definitely stay again!

Was a really nice place. Had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the cabin. The 4th bedroom was not what we excepted but it worked. fans were very dusty, we found 1/2 eaten muffin in the window and trash under coach. Had to look for pool balls and find remotes that worked all the tv's. If you are ice people you want to bring a bagwith you. We would stay here again. Host was great.

Very convenient location away from traffic just minutes from everything. Very spacious cabin with room for everyone. Very quiet neighborhood

We were in a pinch to find a home last minute because our previous booking canceled on us last minute due to the air conditioner dying days before we were to arrive. Panic!! So thankful we found this home still available, and Theo was so wonderful to work with us. The home is very nice, and has an amazing view. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kids really enjoyed staying downstairs with the bunk beds and game room, while the adults stayed upstairs and enjoyed the hot tub. The home is a short drive into the hectic tourist area of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Was so nice to come to the quiet each day. The neighborhood is very nice too. Thank you again, Theo! We had a great time!

Nice cozy cabin

There was an issue with the hottub but they worked with us on that, so I have no other complaints. Bring bug spray though, we got hammered getting our luggage in lol. Spiral staircase was neat, but be aware it's not easy if you have walking difficulties, at all. Overall it was pretty good, we would recommend it.

Would recommend for family… we had 9 adult family members and was very comfortable mainly couples in our party…Loved the hot tub it was very clean… We loved being away from the heavy traffic and crowd yet very close to Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg and plenty of restaurants and shopping… the Host Theo was great and answered all of our questions and needs before and after. Loved the washer and dryer. Recommend and would stay there again

Our first trip to Tennessee. So beautiful! Spacious for our entire family. Loved the pool table. Close enough to all activities planned. There are neighbors all around but the way they are built, it was still private. Theo was attentive and easily accessible. Thank you!!

Great stay renter is very good at communicating and checking making sure the stay was great! This cabin is close to just about everything!
