The house is beautiful, clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for our family to lounge and relax. I would definitely go back next time we go to Florida.

Great location, easy check in, good communications. Very clean, welcoming, great attention to details. I do have 3 suggestions:
1. Paperwork gave incorrect information on WiFi but there were correct instructions in the house.
2. Lots of small rugs that skid easily. We are seniors and had to be careful; especially getting out of the shower.
3. Pillow top on the mattresses were too soft for me, but that might be a "me problem" since I prefer a firmer surface.
Owners very responsive. The house indicates that there the owners are caring, welcoming people. Would definitely recommend and would love to return to this property.

Our stay was lovely complete with such a clean, well maintained property. Very spacious and enjoyed coffee out on the multiple patios daily. Very comfortable and located near many Villages amenities. Will book again!

Excellent rental/home. Clean, accessible and friendly host, close to Spanish Springs Town Square- in other words we had an enjoyable and refreshing stay. Host was readily accessible and offered ideas to enhance our stay. Highly recommend a stay here in the original square area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed with an amazing cake and a spectular home. Great communication from owner. It was very clean and decorated so nicely. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Thoughtfully furnished, well supplied, everything you need to feel right at home. Lots of space for relaxing and unwinding. No matter what the temperature is, there's a place to sit and enjoy the peace. We will book again when we return. Love this place!

The house is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were so relaxed and comfortable, the residence is so awesome. The amenities were endless and more than enough. Ms. Georgia was accommodating to our needs and a gracious host. We plan on coming back to the area in the fall. Hopefully the property is available. Thank you so much.

It's a great house with abundant living space--inside, screened in, and outside. The ping pong table is a fun use of one of the "spare" rooms. The location is pretty convenient, with reasonable proximity to both Spanish Springs Town Square and recreation centers/pools. The complimentary guest passes are important for the latter.

We were extremely pleased with this property. Very clean and comfortable for the short time we were there. Enjoyed the amenities such as coffee, detergent and bath products. Owner did a fabulous job with the updates to the property.

We stayed to visit the grandparent. The house was in perfect condition, the check in process was seamless, Overall a great experience with the house and process. Hope they keep it to short term rentals so we can get it again next year!

This rental was top-notch! Very tastefully decorated and one of the most clean rentals we have ever stayed in! It was very inviting as soon as you walked through the door. Truly felt like a home away from home. Very calming and relaxing atmosphere in a low key and friendly neighborhood. We felt very safe and secure within the gated community. The extra bathroom items and kitchen condiments were awesome! Most places have the bare minimum to get you started, but these type of items were very well stocked. Little things that mean a lot when traveling! It was so nice to pick fresh lemons and oranges right from the trees in the yard! The ping pong table was a nice added bonus. Winding down in the screened in sitting area was nice and also a great place for coffee in the morning! We hope to be blessed enough to stay at the property again in the future!
