Great condo with lots of room for our family. Amazing location with a short walk to the beach and all the great restaurants. Our host was very helpful with all our questions. Would definitely stay again!

Super cute beach condo! Location is a 10/10 5 minutes to the beach and restaurants. Home was clean and homey! I absolutely recommend staying here! Also we woke up to dolphins on the first morning right outside the apartment!

NIce location, close to Clearwater Beach and Sand Key Beach. Condo needs updating and was being done during our stay. Property Manager was very personable and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay with everything being so close. We were able to walk everywhere. The unit itself was very clean. I did have to contact the rental agency laundry closet doors being broken and falling off, as well as the box springs/ mattresses actually laying on the floor inside the bed frames in the king bed rooms. One couches were basically unusable for the adults, but the children didn’t mind it at all! The rental agency did apologize and said they were unaware of these issues and had ordered a new sofa bed and and bedframes. Overall… I would definitely stay here again as I can deal with a few inconveniences.

The condo was in a great location. The interior needs a lot of up grades. Sofa in the living room is so uncomfortable that you cannot enjoy this area. Beds are so low if elderly or have problems with your knees do not plan on sleeping in the two larger beds. I recommend sleeping on the twins. You cannot enjoy the bay frontage as there is 1 broken plastic chair. Door off on laundry. Drain is slow so in the shower bathroom

The location was great with the beach right across the street and restaurants all around. The condo had plenty room for us. It was good overall, yet it could use some updates/fixes for convenience and aesthetics. More lighting would be nice, along with towel racks and more comfortable furniture in the living room. The kitchen was nice enough and the beds were reasonably comfortable. A few updates would make it even better.

Beautiful and convenient location. Nicely furnished place and kitchen. The washing machine had mold and moisture that would benefit from a good cleaning.

Very accommodating property manager. The place is large and clean in a great location, walkable to the Gulf and America’s top-rated beach.

Great property and location with beautiful view close to everything. Clogged shower drain and refrigerator was not working were the only problems.

We brought our 2 teenagers and a friend for each - the location was great for walking to the beach and shopping. A quick ride to Sand Key beach which is way more low-key than Clearwater Beach (easier to park and rent chairs/umbrellas). It would have been great if the house had a few chairs and a beach umbrella. Slept 6 comfortably. Each bedroom had a Smart TV and the kitchen was well appointed. We made great use of the washer/dryer although the dryer vent is like a jet engine so we ran it while we were out at the beach. We’ll definitely be back!

Condo was laid out nice and it was clean. There are some things that need to be updated, fixed etc. master bath has a missing towel rod. Things to repair, fix or improve: loudest dryer in the world. Sounds like airplane engine. Condo needs a full length mirror and door hooks to hang towels. Some outlets don’t work. You have to manually turn on lamps. Some of the wall switches are not connected to lamps. No workers no locks on doors. Front door does lock the first time you close it. I hand to turn the handle up for it to work. Elevators are extremely slow.

Very clean and comfortable

This property was perfect for us. The location is in the middle of Clearwater Beach. The ammonites were fantastic. The view was wonderful. Will definitely search for this rental the next time we are in town.

The pictures accurately portray property. The views from balcony and other outdoor space are nice. The location is walking distance to restaurants, some shops, beach and bars. The kitchen is very nicely equipped. The condo has beach towels which is great! We rented it for the Clearwater Running Festival. It was perfect for the girls’ trip! We each had our own bedroom. There is a lot of construction across the street. Unfortunately, while we were there, the construction crew broke a gas line which caused inaccessibility to our building for several hours. Obviously, this had nothing to do with the rating. There are beach chairs that were probably left by previous guests. They have served their purpose and need to be thrown away. I would suggest the owner closely examine the extra items for wear and tear. The beds were comfortable but the other furniture is not. The sectional and futon need replaced. Also, only one elevator works and is very slow.

The location was perfect! Only a short walk to the beach and other local restaurants and shops. All three bedrooms were good size and fit everything we needed. Kitchen was very nice and came with all the things we needed and more! Only complaints were they only gave us three rolls of toilet paper for a group of five adults for a full four day stay and the in unit washer had mold in it. Other than those few things this place was fantastic! I would highly recommend staying at this Vrbo.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I was compelled by the ridiculousness of this situation. The rental company charged me in advance in two installments of which I thought was weird bc I hadn’t even seen the place. I arrived to find no electricity in two of the three bedrooms and as a result no WiFi. I tried the circuit breaker to no avail. In fact, we all tried it. I contacted the person listed and was assured someone would come. The next whole day, nothing! So my family was stuck in this place with no WiFi, TV, or electricity for two of the three days. The guy finally came to fix it at lunchtime on our last day there. I 💯 do not recommend this place. Two of my family actually flew down from NY and that’s the reason I paid so much money for us to stay on the beach. I am so disappointed.

Nice place

Right across the street from the beach, the 3 bedroom condo has great views and lots of room for 5. Kitchen could use some things such as basic spices and condiments, etc but there is a store down the street. We had a great time.

Nice location and close to beach and activities. Some items not as listed and door code was simple. Elevators nice, just slow. Thanks for the clean property and we had a nice time.

The home is updated and has everything you need!! Close / walking distance to just about everything too. The property manager was very communicative as well.

We enjoyed our stay at dockside condos number 503. I would stay again if we come back someday. 🙂

Easy to deal with and always answered all of my questions!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location was great and condo was nice with a few exceptions. The boxspring in the master bedroom was extremely noisy, enough to wake you up every time you moved in bed. The washing machine leaked. The beach chairs provided were in poor condition. The tile floors we’re not clean- our feet were always dirty from walking on them.

The property is located maybe a mile from pier 60 so not bad for staying parked and walking. View out the front is the marina which was a nice quiet place to have coffee. The balcony side you can see the gulf in the distance, which was beautiful but the street below is a bit busy. Still a nice place to sit after a day of walking. The condo was very clean and comfortable and check in/parking was a breeze. We had 7 of us staying and got comfortably. Kitchen was fully equipped and the washer and dryer were very nice to have as well. We will be returning in the future and I would recommend to anyone as a great choice!
