We LOVE Margaritaville! We have stayed in a different cottage in this resort previously. This house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean! We love the layout, spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool with a hot tub and grill. When in Orlando for a longer stay with a group, a house is the way to go! It is a short drive to the Disney parks, Disney Springs, and easy to get to Universal. There was an issue during our stay with the A/C in the upstairs king room. The house stayed cool, however, the temp in this upstairs room was always 10ish degrees warmer. It made for a warm night's sleep. We contacted the management co. via email and text so communication was delayed. The host called and I got the impression that this is an ongoing issue that he did not want to deal with it. He lacked proper customer service and communication skills and did not offer any solutions to the problem. A technician was NOT sent out during our stay and we never received any follow-up communication. Also, the pool alarm on the living room door was malfunctioning and was not repaired during our stay. We had to use the door in the half bath to go out to the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our time in this beautiful home while we vacationed in Orlando. Due to the lack of care for guests by the management co and host, we will rent a different house for our next trip. There are plenty of other houses in Margaritaville!

Great property and location. My only complaint is that I tried contacting the owner twice and I never received a response. Also, upstairs main bedroom was hot. Other than that lovely property. Keep in mind when renting that you have no access to Margaritaville pools.

Beautiful property. Clean and comfortable. Everything is just like the pictures show. We plan to book it again next year!

This property did not disappoint. Had everything that is needed for a family to stay. The pool was great after a long day at the parks. This cottage was clean and was located in a great location. Everything was near by, restaurants, grocery store and stores for shopping. We definitely will plan on staying here again for our next family trip.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. Our youngest boys spent a ton of time in the pool which was a perfect size for us. There was also plenty of space for the whole family for sleeping arrangements and time to relax downstairs and upstairs (teenager). Will look to stay again when in the area.

If you've ever wanted to experience the Margaritaville property, this cottage is the way to go! Beautifully decorated, easy access, and in good distance to anything on the Disney side of Orlando and the growing Sunset Walk area (even Flamingo Crossings up the road a little bit). Things to think about for renters: Your pool experience can be seen from the cottages to the left and the right so not a lot of privacy and if you get unlucky with screaming children you may not get to relax as much. Also the complex has the required pool door alarm that can be temporarily (30 seconds) silenced when open but NOT shut off (like you may see in other properties in the area). You will hear this noise throughout Margaritaville throughout your stay all day and night because no one is used to them so you end up shouting at neighbors to help them learn. Finally, if you sleep HOT and prefer a cold room do not that the Margaritaville cottage are one unit air conditioners. This means multiple floors must share so the house will never get below 75ish because it is not able to keep up in the Florida sun. The property owners don't really have any control over those two things, but I think it is good to be aware of. We had a lot of fun in the hot tub at all hours of the day. Thanks for the memories!

Wonderful stay! Very comfortable, clean, and convenient location. Property managers Jay and Christina were available to answer all questions. The condo itself was very comfortable and felt like home, we didn’t want to leave! Plenty of parking available in front of the condo and there was a nice area close by for shopping and dining. Just a 10-20 min drive to all parks depending on the traffic/time of day. The pool alarm took some getting used to, but not a big deal! We will certainly be returning to stay on our next trip to Orlando. :)

The house was very clean and provided a lot of space. We had an issue with a loss of heat on a Sunday, but the owner had someone in the next morning to fix it. Everything worked well otherwise. The home felt warm and welcoming.

Beautiful new house. Very clean! Minutes from Disney Great being walking distance to sunset strip restaurants. Highly recommend.

Cute, clean and close to Disney and more… layout was great for families with 2 king suites and bunk room. 2nd Upstairs family room allows you to spread out. Private plunge pool and hot tub (although too cold for this trip) are a nice touch. Some short term negatives : there are a LOT of homes under construction in the area. Didn’t hear any noise, but there were lots of trucks parked in the streets during week days. The house could use a few little creature comforts, like hooks to hang towels, robes, etc in bathrooms and powder room. Also the bath towels and wash cloths were made from an odd material and did not dry/slide easily on the skin. The unit could use ceiling fans in the bedrooms (they appeared to be wired for them). We had to use the box fans at night in the bedrooms as we sleep hot. Great value for the money. Would consider staying here again for the next Disney adventure!

This house was everything we expected. We had plenty of space to relax & unwind after long days at Disney. The house was clean & accommodating. If you have seniors in your group - note that there are a lot of stairs and may not be suitable for them. Also the other reviews that mention how warm it is upstairs are accurate. I stayed upstairs and was very warm. However, there are box fans in the closets you can use to help cool the upstairs down. Otherwise the property was great. We stayed Tues- Sat and it was very quiet. We actually didn't see any neighbors until Friday. We had a little trouble with the pool alarm going off after you hit the button, but I guess you have to get the hang of it down. Thanks for having us!

Loved this property 1st time staying at Margaritaville but will definitely stay again. Property was amazing loved the pool, beds were really comfy. Great proximity to shops restaurants & of course Disney will definitely book again.

We had a great stay! We were 2 adults and a our 3 year old and there was more than enough room for us all. Whilst the property doesn’t have access to amenities, it is a short drive or 20 min walk to the restaurants and shops at Sunset Walk. This really wasn’t an issue and there is also a shop/snack bar and a bar in the hotel which is open to all. The house was very clean and modern with great appliances and was so handy having the washer and dryer. The pool was lovely too. I saw online around construction at the resort but this is only in one corner, and although near the house didn’t disrupt us at all in terms of noise etc. My only constructive feedback would be to provide more cleaning facilities. The welcome manual wording is quite strong in terms of keeping the property clean as it is someone’s home. But there’s not a lot one can do with just a mop and a brush. I would also say providing of more than 2 dishwasher tablets and bin bags would ensure crockery is cleaned properly and all rubbish is bagged as instructed. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fabulous! We chose this location specifically due to the space and location. First and foremost the location was excellent and super convenient with getting to and from Disney, Dinner choices were plentiful as well as Target being within minutes with a full size grocery store was nice as well. The check in process was a breeze, truly appreciated and loved the gated community and scenery. The spacious layout was more than enough for our party of 8 (6 adults and 2 children). I did see several reviews of those wishing they had access to Margaritaville, but honestly… having the pool at our leisure and convenience beats staying at the Margaritaville resort as a whole, it was super nice grilling out watching Sunday football and having the pool right outside back door for the kids. Our biggest “con” I will say and I should have known because I did see it mentioned in a few reviews prior to our stay was the AC being horrible and having issues, we did notice that upstairs was SUPER hot, again… it is Florida, and being Florida residents; we get it honest… but the two bedrooms upstairs were hot, now the actual living room area was cool due to the fans but the rooms weren’t that comfortable being so hot at night, but I would suggest having someone look into it, because it may avoid frequent complaints from other visitors in the future. Another thing we did notice was a few areas in the house could have been more attention to detail such as trash under the dresser etc. but honestly, I do not feel like that would steer me away from staying again because things happen, but maybe this can be mentioned to the cleaners that come in being as we do pay a pretty penny for cleaning costs and you would think that would eliminate the hiccups in the future. Overall, we enjoyed our family getaway and would definitely love to visit again at this location in the future. 10/10 recommend for any and all family trips!

The home was just as beautiful in person as the pictures. The house was accommodating to all of our needs. My family will definitely stay at this home again!

After we checked in we noticed broken lamps and nasty stains on the furniture. Text the number immediately with pictures, they claim they knew about it. The air conditioning didn't work, tried to blame us, we found more broken furniture, pool wasn't clean and excesive hot. Management was nice and cooperative at first then started blaming us and the HVAC lied to them about what was wrong. Also walked into the home without being invited nor asked to just walk in. Very unsafe place to be if they allow anybody to come in whenever. Management very shady. We have video, back and forth texts and pictures of what we found being there only 5 hours. We checked out that night and went to a hotel. We will definitely be filing a claim with the insurance we bought and with the BBB.

Overall a nice place to stay - it was quiet - had almost everything you needed for a stay. Property management responded quickly to questions and was kind enough to drop off some dish towels for the kitchen. Would stay again.

We have traveled to the Kissimmee area for many years. Margaritaville is our all time favorite spot. A week was not long enough. We plan to return again and stay longer. Highly recommend this area.

Condo was great - a couple cleaning hiccups (my 16 year old asked to vacuum when we arrived as there was visible dirt on the living room rug) and also had finger marks of dust on the lamps in the bedroom - unit needs a quick deep clean. Bath Towels were awful like using a cotton ball to wipe down…no hand towels to wash after using bathroom which was odd. We don’t have little kids but thought it was nice there was a stroller - pack and play -high chair for use. Lots off pool Towels which was great and there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap/pods which was very helpful. We have stayed in other margaritaville condos so for us there is no other choice for location and vacation vibes!
