We get to the hotel and we had to wait 20 minutes for the receptionist, she was not there. After a long wait they told us that there were no availability of any rooms, and we had already paid for the room. The only solution that they found was to lend us the apartment of the receptionist. Obviously at that hour were impossible to find other place so we were in the obligation of accept. Worst experience ever.

basic hotel. Not flashy but good value for money

Location was not the best. Booked and paid for 3 rooms and was given 2 , my husband and I had to share with our adult daughter. Have asked for a reimbursement of the difference but neither Booking.com or the hotel are doing anything about it. Really disappointing.
