Great location, property has everything you need. Hot tub was a great plus and we enjoyed it everyday we stayed. Master bed was perfect. Enjoyed the pool table as well. We will be back

The home was spacious and nicely remodeled and was warm and welcoming for my kids and I. The backyard was lovely with the pretty lights at night and my kids enjoyed the hot tub. One night it started snowing quite a lot and it was super beautiful to experience, especially for my San Diegan kids, they even got to build a snowman in the backyard. The bedrooms were nice, the kitchen was perfect and well stocked. The only very minor things were that the guest bathroom was pretty small (but also very nicely remodeled), and the master bedroom had a nice bathroom but the only door that separated it from the bedroom was a barn door that squeaked and didn’t cover all the way, but it wasn’t that big of a deal, and the front door lock kind of stuck sometimes and wouldn’t unlock briefly (I think just because of the cold weather). Other than those very small things, it was a lovely home and I would definitely recommend it to families! And the hosts were super responsive to all my questions and returned my texts right away. Would stay here again if we visit Prescott again!

This was a great spot for family and friends to stay. There are a lot of things to keep you entertained and plenty of space for all.

The house was kind of cute...nothing special but the location was good. Quiet neighborhood. It could use some updating but overall was a cute place. The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. It's more of a one and a half bath place since the second bathroom is VERY tiny. A larger person would struggle in that bathroom. One of the coffee makers didn't work, none of us could get the speaker to connect with our phones even on the house's wifi, (or bluetooth) a couple of the drinking glasses were chipped and cracked along with a coffee mug. We were afraid to use those so we just set those aside. The backyard was fun and my dog loved the doggie door access. We were all surprised for the price of the home for the weekend, that at least a starter bundle of wood upon arrival was not provided. The house advertises a wood-burning stove and an outdoor fire pit but no wood was available. Given check in isn't until 4 pm, one would think a starter bundle would be available. There is even a place for wood next to the wood-burning stove but it was empty. Everyone was out of wood around town after we we realized there was none so we couldn't use the fire pit the first night, which was a bummer. The pool table was a hit and the big fold out couch was great in the tv room. It would have been nice to have a working fireplace instead of flameless candles that didn't work with the exception of 1. Im not sure I would stay here again. However, backyard is great.

Our family has been coming to Prescott every November for the past 5 years to visit my mom and brother, and this has been(by far) the bast place we have stayed! The hosts were very thoughtful, they had everything we needed and more! When I had questions, they answered very quickly. We even cooked a Thanksgiving feast and they had all the pots/pans/utensils/you name it, they had it. Also the paper goods were top quality which we really appreciated. We bring our own usually bc you never know what you're going to get and we didn't even need to use it. We will definitely be coming back to this property. It was perfection! Spent a week at this property and would definitely return. The property is exactly as described, if not better. Beds were so comfy, I found myself sleeping in well past my normal schedule. The kitchen was well appointed, and the pool table provided great entertainment. Loved the off-street parking and the home is close to everything! Owners were very responsive and we had absolutely no issues. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed in this home for almost 7 weeks. Very comfortable, clean home and, probably, the best equipped kitchen I have ever experienced in a short term rental. Owners were very responsive and worked to assure we had a wonderful stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location is super convenient to all of our activities. The kitchen and baths were really well outfitted and made the stay so pleasant. Tye was very responsive when we had a question - we’ll be back again for sure!!!

Just what the add said it was!!!

This home is an easy 1.5 mile drive from Whiskey Row (i.e. downtown) and two miles from Thumb Butte Park. It’s a unique home in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts seemed to have thought of everything with the guests in mind (extra towels, lots of games, large beach towels for post-hot tub use, extra filled propane tank for grill, etc.). We stayed an entire week and I used the very large hot tub almost daily. The pool table was a real treat and is level! The king size bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable. Many choices on the three televisions throughout the house. Although the property and location are amazing, I think the most impressive thing to me was how fast the host (Tye) responded every time I sent a message. We’ve happily found our “go to” place to stay during our annual visits to Prescott!

The host was amazing. Everything was just as they said. Check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect for day trips around Arizona. We went to Sedona one day, the Grand Canyon another. There were also neat things to see and do around Prescott- horseback riding, Watson lake, Whiskey Row and the Palace. The list goes on and on. The house itself was adorable. The space was more than enough for our group of 4. Everything was clean and organized. The outdoor space was incredible- we used the hot tub and patio area every night. I would recommend this place to everyone!

We were thrilled with this choice for our stay in Prescott. For our multi-generational group of 6 (ages 6-70), the house was ideal. We had plenty of space to be together and apart. Anything we could've needed was there and it was all in excellent condition. Our hosts were helpful, responsive, and thorough in any of the information they provided. The house was clean, and accurately represented in the photographs and description. The location was convenient to the town and hiking trails. I would recommend this spot to anyone, and know that it is now a special part of our family history. Thank you so much.

Great place to stay with family. We visited family in town and were able to find our way back easily. Hot tub is fantastic! Essentials we're provided which made it very comfortable. This place comes highly recommended.

Cutest place. Next to everything in Prescott and with a hot tub. Who could ask for more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in this lovely home. From booking to checkout, Tye was extremely responsive in his communication. The house was equipped with everything needed to cook, relax and have fun! Loved the hot tub for sure! The beds comfy, towels thirsty, and table accommodating to our family of 5. While we hoped for more snow, there was a bit left on the ground for a few mini snowball fights! The fire pit was put to use to enjoy the chilly nights in the hot tub! Access to downtown was a 5 minute drive. We’d absolutely stay here again and look forward to doing so.

We come to Prescott regularly. We have tried numerous other VRBOs and this is by far our favorite. Great activities and games for our boys 2, 4, 7. Great place to hang with our friends around the dining room table, fire, and hot tub. We will be back and can’t wait to stay here again. Thanks!

This home is so wonderful, beds were so comfortable, kitchen equipped with great appliances and everything we needed, spare blankets, awesome setup for the doggos, clean, maybe the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. Owner is also super responsive and took great care of us, like, above and beyond, while we were there. Also a great jumping off point for day trips to Jerome, Clarkdale, Sedona, and awesome Thumb Butte just a couple miles up the road. Highly recommend this home!!

Great property. Clean & comfortable. Although not walking distance to downtown, its still a good location.

This property is in a good location to downtown Prescott and hiking trails. It was clean and very comfortable. This property has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Most first nights in other locations I toss and turn, but not at this one. Best night's sleep while traveling I have ever had. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Prescott.

Went up for my moms birthday and it was just what we all needed. Nice, beautiful, relaxing, and quiet. Backyard is great for hanging out. The house had everything you could need. Would recommend to other family and friends!

We came for a destination wedding and this house was perfect for 4 adults with plenty of room to spread out. My husband and son particularly loved playing the "Hook & Ring Battle" game in the office instead of doing work or homework and also enjoyed playing pool. I loved going in the hot tub every morning. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked and we loved the location of the house. The hosts were very responsive and we would definitely recommend this house to family and friends!!

I cannot recommend this house enough! Amazing layout with plenty activities on-site and close proximity to Whiskey Row. We found ourselves opting to stay at the house with friends rather than venture into town since it was so quaint and inviting. I will definitely be looking to stay here again! Very responsive owners!
