We had a awesome time for my birthday weekend and the kids had a great time because there is so much to be able to do in this house and the game room was a great thing everyone was excited about and it is also very nice having the theater room we watched all the games!on it!that were on the upstairs TV add the theater room had a huge TV in it to and the indoor swimming pool was a super fun place for us too!!

Plenty of space for a large family. Well stocked and clean. We had kids ages 2-16 and they all had areas to spread out and do their own thing when we were at the house. The host was easily reached and responded quickly. The house is centerally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

We were very satisfied with this cabin. The pool was a huge hit with our family and larger than expected. The first couple nights we saw bears behind the cabin where you also get gorgeous sunset views of the mountains. The host was on top of any issues we had. (All very minor but taken care of right away.) The cabin is very clean and isn’t too far away from any attractions. Our family would definitely come back to this cabin and recommend it to everyone.

We stayed in Bearadise for a week! Bears, bears, and more bears.
The cabin is fantastic. We had 20 people from age 2-70. All enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The views of the sunset from the decks are amazing. Neighbors spotted a bear by our cabin. We only seen elsewhere. The kids loved the game and theater room. We cooked most meals at the cabin... 2 fridges is nice, the stove/oven was a challenge to keep temperatures regulated; allow extra time to cook. No issues with charcoal grill. No one complained about their mattresses, all slept well. The drive to the cabin is winding and steep in places. Hosts communicates frequently and replies quickly. Located closely to attractions and GSMNP.
Definitely would stay again!

My family of 8 had a wonderful stay at the cabin. You can watch the sunset off the back deck then catch the sunrise out the front. Clean house and clear communication all around. Also more than enough towels and pillows, which is rare these days.
In my particular case The property manager and even cleaning crew went above and beyond. I had left my watch behind after leaving not realizing it for hours after our departure. By the time I realized my gaff I figured it was gone forever. But to my delight and surprise they found it and set it aside during cleaning and got it back to me that very same day! All in all a wonderful experience and I will be sure to stay again if we are in the area.

I brought a group of adults with disabilities for a 3 night trip and they were very pleased with our stay! The cabin was well stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. The host was very communicative and helpful with check-in and check-out process. We were very happy with the quality of the cabin, beds, bathrooms, etc.
I came prepared with dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. and the only supplies of ours that we had to use was toilet paper. The clean-up/check-out process was also one of the easiest of any house I have rented before. I would definitely recommend booking this cabin for a larger group.

We've stayed in the area several times now, and this is definitely our favorite cabin. Theres was plenty of room for our group, the kids and adults loved the pool and game room. Everything was stocked for a large group, with plenty of plates cups etc...
Location was perfect, just go to the bottom of the mountain and youre in the middle of pigeon forge. Communication was excellent, owners made sure everything was perfect.
Dont hesitate, book this one!

The cabin was even better than the pictures! Three are now 2 refrigerators which is very helpful for a large group. We had family members from 4-60 and everyone enjoyed the many amenities of the property. We had one small maintenance issue and it was addressed within an hour. The cabin was clean, beds very comfortable, pool was clean and warm and arcade games in great condition. Would definately recommend!

From start to finish my birthday trip that was spent with family was amazing! This house felt like a "home"! Cozy, well stocked, clean, neat, the AMENITIES and the beautiful quiet neighborhood was what made my trip with family one to remember. The location was 10min from the mountain coasters, 15min from Pigeon Forge island and about 25min frim Gaitlinburg. Simona had great and fast communication up until our trip. I will surely consider this home again on our next trip to Smokey Mountains!!

Everything in this cabin exceeded our expectations. We travel often and the quality of beds were some of the best we’ve ever slept in. The amount of activities in the house kept us busy our entire stay. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was a perfect Christmas stay in the Smoky Mountains.

We rented this for our first family vacation.
It was perfect! It was great for the little kids with the pool to the teenagers and adults with the hot tub and game room. Not a bad drive to town at all. View was beautiful. We can’t wait to come back. And we saw bears off the back porch.

Great location, great host, great property. The host was very accommodating and the house was great. Our family takes an annual women's retreat and we had a ball here, between the motive room and indoor pool we really didnt have to leave. I will say sometimes the gps will take you the wrong way though. Overall we had a great time and loved this cabin.

Our stay was awesome! We were in a great location close to everything we wanted to do. The accommodations met our expectations and the views were spectacular. We had plenty of space for everyone and plenty of activities in the cabin to pass the time. We will definitely be looking for accommodations again with this host as they were very attentive and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this host for your next getaway.

Our overall stay was a great experience. Check in and check out was easy. The cabin itself was very nice. Pool was nice, but could have been a little warmer. Great scenic views . Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and other necessities needed .

Our church hosted our Women’s Ministry Retreat here and it was FABULOUS. The views were breathtaking. It fit exactly for what we needed. We had 25 ladies and there was plenty room for all of us. It was clean and smelt so good when we walked in. It had all the utensils & cookware we needed to cook with and loved all the extra coffee pots. We look forward to coming back again next year.

This property was absolutely Perfect for me and my family. We had everything we needed there in the home. This was a Beautiful and Peaceful getaway. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. I researched a ton of places before selecting this property and I'm so glad I did! My family of 15 had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for us all to gather and also have our own spaces when we needed it. The kitchen was so well stocked. Bedrooms were super cozy. Every bedroom had its own full bath. The kids and adults loved the game room and the theater room. 2 kids were in the indoor pool the majority of the time! Amazing view, stores nearby, we had a lovely walk through the development to get some exercise. I would definitely stay here again. The owner checked on us to see what we needed and I really appreciated that. Such a memorable vacation!

We were so excited to visit tenessee for the first time! We took all 27 members of our family with us to this beautiful cabin, we loved it truly! It felt like home but with a breathe taking view from every angle! The weather was perfect and we even got a chance to see a family of bears visiting from the windows late at night! The listing agent was the best, she was easy to communicate with and responded very timely… we will return again in April of 2024 with our immediate family for another excoriation in the woods!!!

This property is just amazing. The view, the at home atmosphere. The cabin in general was amazing. We rented this for our family vacation there was 16 in our group. It accommodate the oldest to the youngest in the family. The kids absolutely loved the movie theater, game room and pool. I had a few questions apon arrival. The property manager responded quickly which was amazing. They even sent us beyter directions then what Google has.

This was a great floor plan! Beautiful views from every level of the home. The pool was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were all large with private baths. Game room and movie theater were in great condition and just the right amount of amenities. We went to Dollywood, white water rafting and enjoyed a ton of attractions in Pigeon Forge. All just a short drive. And yet we felt like we were away from it all in the quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this property and the kind owners who provided us with all the information we needed for a seamless stay.

Our family loved this cabin and when we visit Pigeon Forge, we will try to stay here again. Pool, hot tub, and game room were a big hit. All beds were very comfortable, which is so important for a good vacation, having them all be adjustable was a pleasant surprise. The location was excellent, up in the beautiful mountains, but still a short drive to the heart of the action. We liked being among other cabins, and there was plenty of parking for up to 4 cars. Highly recommend!

Cabin was very nice but not safety minded for infants or younger children with the open stairwells should have gates installed. Had to have maintenance fix railings in pool area but otherwise had a good time

I dont have anytime negative to say. This property was perfect. Any questions I had for the host, she always responded. THE PICTURES DON'T DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE!!! The property is beautiful. We're trying to book again for Thanksgiving 😊

We had an amazing stay. We very comfortably fit 5 volleyball families while we were in town for a tournament. The girls were having so much fun with all of the amenities, outside of the tournament, we rarely left the house.

There is so much to say about this cabin. Spacious, cozy, and plenty to do! My family was truly in awe when we arrived! It was several days of relaxation and fun. Plenty of space for multiple families and the kiddos were very pleased with the pool, play room/arcade, and the theater room. Just a mention it was a bit dusty in some areas (just fyi) as a few ppl in the bunch battles with asthma & allergies. I'm certain the cleaning crew will address that for the next guest. We will return, it was all that we could imagine. The preparation and important things provided by the owner were top notch. Everything was laid out for our needs. Thank you. ~Simpson Family

The cabin was very spacious, clean, has a wonderful view. It was perfect for a large group that could spend time together for meals or movies, but also enjoy time without tripping over one another.
Pigeon Forge was just a short drive away, and the tips the host provided for navigation and nearby necessities were very helpful!
