VERY long story short: 1. garbage disposal was full of food when we arrived, panties were found under one of the beds that were NOT ours, food storage containers were greasy and had mold, shower curtain in Master bad #2 was dirty...yet we paid a large cleaning fee. 2. refrigerator did not keep our week's worth of groceries cold. 3. washer/dryer did not work-washer never worked, dryer worked poorly. 4.while sunbathing, we were hit with a dice, SPIT on and had old beer splashed on us from a "fallen" beer can We spent the first 5 days of our beach vacation on the phone with ECDI and VRBO-neither one were of help. We spent 2 hours and $80 finding, driving to/fro and paying for one day laundry service. 4 days of back and forth phone calls, waiting for maintenance people 3 different times, and having to reuse wet towels and wear dirty clothes, has been a ridiculous and completely AVOIDABLE inconvenience that could’ve and should’ve been resolved the first day. This was a disappointing stay to say the least. Customer service is clearly NOT a priority for VRBO or ECDI. We will not be using either company in the future and we will be contacting the better business bureau.

Decor was beautiful and comfortable. Very clean and EDCI was wonderful to work with. The garage parking was a process due to technical difficulties but overall it was a great stay

The facility has several nice pools, hot tubs, activity room, and fitness area. Lots of well placed, fast elevators available. Convenient parking in garage across street which is connected by a walkway. The unit has a beautiful view of the gulf that can be enjoyed from the Master, Living Room, and balcony. While the unit has been recently updated, the appliances could use some maintenance or upgrades. The front load washer was kept closed and resulted in a mold and mildew stench. I wiped black goo from the rubber ring but could never get rid of the smell. The dryer does not heat up and takes two or more hours to dry a large load of clothes or towels. The lower oven kicked off mid bake and ruined our Christmas dinner; fortunately had made backup reservations at a restaurant. It was quite chilly the first week we were there. I turned on the furnace and after two hours, we still had no heat. Had to switch to Emergency heat to get warmth. Loved the unit; less love for the appliances and HVAC. For the price, all of the appliances should be top notch. Dropped one star on review because of the appliances.

We had a lovely family gathering for Thanksgiving at the beach. The views from our condo were amazing. The furniture on the deck was up to date. A lot of storage, comfortable beds, close to elevators, we were very pleased.

Check in and communication were excellent. Only complaint is this is the first condo we have stayed that didn’t have extra supplies like toilet paper, something to clean counters, dish soap (two dishwasher pods, but when trying to cook, this wasn’t sufficient for 6 days and a large group). But other than that, it was great with a lot of room, great views, nice resort amenities. While our visit was in October, the weather was upper 80’s, warm beach, but the outdoor pools were so cold. If you are traveling with a large group, this is a great place.

Overall not too bad but there was some issues so ill start with them. 1. The elevators near our room were broke all week. 2. The indoor pool was closed due to renovation and i feel they could of posted that online. 3. The outdoor pool closed at 10pm which is inconvenient because during the day we were at the ocean and in the evening we wanted to use the pool but that was cut short due to the security gaurds. 4. The Starbucks was not legit. 5. We seen roaches in the building but not our room. 6. Not a big deal to me but the parking was a pretty good ways from the room. 7. There is a biker bar across the street that tends to be a little noisy at night but didnt bother me. I think that was most of the negative things. On the good side the ac worked good, the master shower was nice. The room was pretty clean. And the beach was really nice. With that being said im sure there are places just as nice for a better price. I guess i felt like it wasnt a bad place the add just made it seem better than what it was.

There were 9 of us. 7 adults and 2 -12 year olds. That’s a lot of people and we did just fine. My only real complaint is the lack of dressers in the master and 4th bedroom. I really don’t like living out of a suitcase but other than that it was great. There were two chairs in the master that we didn’t need so we moved them to the living room for extra seating. The master was really nice and the master bath and closet were amazing. Also this was one of the cleaner condos I’ve ever stayed in. I’m t was updated and overall very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed other than we bought a large frying pan. The refrigerator ice and water worked just fine but we did run out. Good news if you are desperate you can buy bags of ice on property for $6. NOTE: We did get our tent taken from the beach. We were unaware that by law it had to be tore down by 7pm . Noone on property or at the cabana can help you. There is guy that takes everything he wants after seven and I guess it’s legal. Also we brought our golf cart and you are not allowed to have them on property at all and most places in PCB won’t allow them now either. We were thankful we had relatives in the area or I don’t know where we would have parked it. Emerald Coast was amazing to deal with. I will definitely use them again. Also there is a bar and almost like a little store on prem. You can also get breakfast and sammy’s if you want. Overall very nice and one you won’t be disappointed in.

Overall the condo was great and it slept our group of 10 without any issues. The unit was spacious enough for us to not feel cramped and the balcony was large. This was the 3rd unit we have stayed in at Majestic Beach Resort and we would definitely book this unit again if we come back with this many people. Thanks for the great stay!

Great condo definitely would recommend

Condo was clean and spacious. Wonderful location! There were a few minor maintenance issues (missing refrigerator drawers, lock broken on one bathroom (and didn’t even exist (drilled out) on one side). Hoping was in the process of being repaired. These did not detract from our enjoyment. Only “complaints” was that for a 4 bedroom condo (which would usually mean more people) there weren’t enough pits and pans. Also, not sure if it is housekeeping responsibility or not, but some of the pots were found (several days into our stay) in the upper oven and not the cabinets. Didn’t even think to look there. Kitchen cabinets were small and had trouble fitting some of the pots and pans (which may explain why they were in the oven). Master bedroom was beautiful, but had no dressers for unpacking clothes (just small curio size drawers). Walk-in closet was large, but only had 5 hangers so that didn’t help much either. Again, not a huge deal, but I am an unpacker so living out of my suitcase was a bit of a hassle. Lastly, there were no trash cans in two of the bathrooms. Easy fix, but would have been nice with a condo of multiple girls not to have to carry things to the kitchen. Overall, the condo was beautiful, location was perfect and would definitely stay again!

Customer service is the best. Our fist condo was not ready and we were quickly reassigned to this condo, our choice. Then I forgot my phone and they were able ship nda for me. We plan on returning next year.

Great time because family was together. However, some furniture such as couch was old and uncomfortable. Kitchen - no flat sheet pans for such things as pizza. Towels were pretty thin. I called about some broken or missing items and no one called back. Good location however it is a very long walk from parking deck. however, there was plenty of parking. Door key pad worked great. Had 4 bedrooms which provided plenty of room. Washer/dryer and other appliances worked good except one eye on stove did not work. Overall very good stay.

Upon arrival on 7/2/22 we had no AC and it was 84 degrees inside our room. An HVAC technician showed up about 5 PM and got the AC working, but it quit again in the middle of the night. Our room was dirty, smelled of mold/mildew and you could also visibility see, TV in the bunk house not hooked up and didn’t work, no iron in the unit, no bakeware, bunkhouse bathroom sink drain plug broken (stuck in closed position), no batteries in the fan remote and ceiling fan is inoperable in the living room, light bulbs out in several lamps, mold/mildew all over the shower curtain in secondary bathroom, comforter in the secondary bedroom was WET and on the bed, broken mismatched decor throughout the unit, the patio furniture was broken and the patio floor was filthy, carpet is also filthy it’s beyond cleaning and needs to be replaced,1/2 of dust everywhere, there are NO dressers in either of the master bedrooms, so there’s nowhere to put your clothes, leak in the kitchen/living ceiling, ceiling had MOLD. There was mold on the master bedroom sheets! I can deal with a unit that has not been updated, but a dirty inoperable unit is unacceptable. HVAC Technician showed up on the 4th of July and informed us they were replacing the HVAC unit. NO ONE from the management company called to confirm this with me, so I had to spend the day stuck in the room with NO AC because I could not leave our unit or our things unattended with workers going in & out. The next day I get a text from Emily with the management company asking if they could come clean the carpets because they had someone there at the complex at that very moment. I had to decline their request due to the fact there were NO dressers to put your Clothes in, and our suitcases were on the floor and would be on wet carpet for the rest of the day. EVERY SINGLE DAY, I texted and emailed the management company and asked someone to call me about our experience and….no one has replied. I then went onto the BBB to inquire about this management company to discover they have an F rating. Do not get scammed with this company! Shame on VRBO for allowing companies like these to post rentals on their site! My one request when I booked this unit was to make sure this unit was clean because I was bringing my elderly father and due to a medical condition would likely be his last trip to the beach. It was ruined by this entire experience and 1/2 our party came home sick due to the mold and filthy conditions.

When I first walked into the condo we could tell it needed to be clean. We called the property manager Jonathan Caldwell stating that it needed a lot of attention and we had problems.. We messaged him on Saturday, no response till Monday. Once we got all the family members here, we noticed a few other things. Our elderly mother suffers from asthma, and allergies. She started having breathing problems, due to the build up of dust and mold in every room. My sister was so stressed over these situations, that she had to call her family doctor to get medication for her hives. The master bedroom shower had mold all around the bottom edges and ceiling. The master bedroom had dust bunnies on the wall above the bed. Both spare bathrooms had moldy shower curtains. (Per the reviews from April 2022 this was a problem). Half of the patio furniture was ripped and rusted, dirty (bird droppings and old) and unusable. Patio floor needed to be cleaned. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets did not shut properly. The bedroom doors didn’t close properly or lock. The cabinet under the kitchen sink was leaking and dirty. Sadly only one kitchen towel and rag provided. Multiple light bulbs needed to be replaced throughout the condo. A corner of the ceiling in the dining area was peeling off looks like due to water leak from above. Kitchen table and coffee table are very unstable. We had to wear shoes all the time due to the floors being so dirty. The refrigerator was not in proper working order. We had to call maintenance to come look at it. The HVAC unit was not in proper working order. The thermostat was set to 70, but never got below 76. The fans in the bedrooms didn’t work. We had to go to Wal-Mart to get batteries for the remotes in the house. The dryer wouldn’t dry the clothing. We had to dry run the loads multiple times. We had to start our vacation by going to Wal-Mart to get cleaning supplies to clean the condo the first day. I have included pictures to show documentation of the bullet points from above! If I was the homeowner of this condo, I would be very upset with how the property manages my home away from home.

The AC was not working properly called maintenance our 1st day they never csme to look at it. We had to purchase fans at our expense. The overall cleanliness was subpar. The main bedroom had no comforter or blanket only a sheet. No extra linens anywhere. The fridge was dirty, most of the cabinets were broken. The sofa is very broken down uncomfortable to sit on and no sheet for the sleeper sofa. The bathrooms were clean for the most part. The living room glass tables looked like noone has cleaned them in years and found leftover food crumbs under the coffee table. The only nice thing was the view, but overall I'm very disappointed especially for what we paid.

Renting was good and easy. Loved the location.

Our feet were very dirty as the entire floor needs a good cleaning. Pros: bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Ample space for large families. Love the set up and space of the condo! It just needs some TLC. The resort is one of the best we have stayed at. Was not crowded and several indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. Elevators were quick with no waiting. We enjoyed our stay despite a few issues with the condo.

Beautiful view from the balcony. The condo is very spacious and was clean. Some kitchen items were needed: forks (I purchased some inexpensive ones) and potholders. Very nice master bathroom and closet. Unfortunately, there were double red flags for the last 2 days of our visit and they don't allow anyone to enter the ocean. Good food and drinks at the bar and grill onsite.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a great time! Check in and check out was seamless! This place had everything we needed! Beach was beautiful and many things to do around the resort!

The oversized chairs to each side, extremely worn and worried I would fall through it. The table is warped. View was amazing. It was my absolute favorite part. View and the 4 bedrooms. The resort was nice. Disappointed the grill/bar closed at 6. We did lose power often during our trip and there was construction in the condo above us which would have been nice to know since I found out the owner was alerted to it happening. (I planned to take a long nap on the last day so I could drive home in the middle of the night and it was so loud, I couldn’t- had I of known, I just would have planned a little differently- updates need to happen :) All in all- would definitely rent this condo again if we are in the area.
