We loved the location! Downtown (shopping/restaurants) was an easy ten-minute walk. A nice restaurant was across the street. A Publix grocery store was just behind the condo and other restaurants and shopping were within a few minutes walk. Fenway South was only about a twenty minute drive. Other great sites, e.g. the beach, was only about a thirty minute drive. Our only gripes about this property were that the manager/owner did not leave any instructions with the property. We had to ask a neighbor what to do with the trash and there were a couple of other nice to know instructions that were not provided. Also, the water pressure was horribly low at times.

We stayed here for more than two weeks while on vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and found the townhouse to be clean, roomy and well equipped. It was close to downtown, shopping, restaurants and local attractions. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The front door was unlocked when we arrived. We looked around and found food wrappers on the living room floor and a can that had been used for recreational smoking on the balcony. We emailed vacasa immediately and got 2 messages back saying that the local management would be in touch. Almost 2 weeks later and no communication. Otherwise, the location of this unit is great for access to downtown and the surrounding areas. Having publix so close is nice too. There is a stop sign right outside so there is a fair amount of noise from vehicles heading into downtown. Furnishings are new and the bed was fine. Having the faux fireplace was nice for Christmas. Likely will not rent again, just not a good fit for my family.

What a great space. My son and his family live in Fort Myers in a small house. The location was ideal. And the kitchen had all the tools to create a tasty Thanksgiving feast. We enjoyed a short walk to the Edison Ford estates for the Christmas lights. And the grocery store couldn’t have been anymore covenient. Would stay here again!

The place was nice and the location was convenient to all things downtown Fort Myers.

I liked it so much that the first day I booked for another time. Exactly as described.

Location was great, unit was clean and comfy. Only complaint was water pressure. Shower barely had a trickle, definitely needs to be looked at.

The condo was great. Location is wonderful. Communication is fast and easy. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Ft Myers.

Property is clean with extra blankets and towels. Washer/dryer was a bonus. There were 5 of us and could have easily accommodated 2 to 3 more. Will stay here again and recommend to others who are looking for a clean and secure place.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, perfect for one family. Cannot beat the location. Walking distance to every thing. Only couple of things: I wish they had early checkin. It would be nice to have the control of the living room fan. Also the showers had very low water pressure.. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This townhouse was perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults and 1 16 year old daughter). We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which is definitely a nice feature when you have a teenager with you! The place was extremely clean and it had everything we needed. We did not cook much as we went out to dinner every night, but it looked like the kitchen was fully stocked. The walk-in closet off the master bedroom was huge and it had extra sheets and towels, luggage holders, extra hangers, beach chairs and umbrella and disposable cooler. These were all nice features that I wasn't really expecting. We did make use of the washer and dryer while we were saying there and it was nice to be able to move onto our next destination with clean clothes. The king-sized bed in the MBR was very comfortable if you like a slightly softer bed. The location was great - right behind a Publix and First Watch restaurant (which we ate at twice). You could walk to downtown Ft. Myers if you wanted, but we opted to drive since we were coming back in the dark. There is also a really good coffee shop (Bennett's Fresh Roast) two blocks away which had great coffee and doughnuts (went there 3 times - we like our coffee). It was kind of far from the beach, but we didn't mind - it kept us away from all the beach traffic. We went to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Bonita Springs area (which was the farthest drive). Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to spend any time in the Ft. Myers area.

It was just as advertised. Close to downtown Fort Myers. Walk to everything. Clean and beautiful.

Townhome and furniture are very nice except for the twin beds, not made for adults. Balcony is very small and no furniture to enjoy your morning coffee. No area outside to enjoy the weather.

Great property, management and location. Nothing not to like. Publix, First Watch in your backyard, walk to downtown Ft Myers, easy access to wherever you want to go.

Son and I stopped water from running out of upstairs washing machine and did some clean up of water. While their was a little flooding, company was quick to clean up the situation. We were not able to used washing machine while we were there and it was a bit musty due to ceiling still drying out. Without this issue place would have been perfect. Still waiting for "customer experience" team to contact me in terms of any compensation related to water issue.

Walking distance to the Edison Estate and downtown, a couple of blocks from Bennett's Fresh Roast and around the corner from Publix and a great breakfast place. Plenty of other eats and drinks within walking distance. Easy parking (if you can parallel park)right outside the front door. It's only a short walk to the riverfront. The waterfront access isn't great. If you are looking for a beachside or waterfront condo, this isn't it. It's urban with construction, etc., but that was fine with us. The proximity to Edison and downtown was perfect. The place was very clean and nicely furnished. One thing to be aware of, both bedroom are upstairs, and it's kind of a long climb given the high ceilings on the first floor. No big deal for most, but if anyone in your party has mobility issues or a bad knee or something, they would have a hard time. The coffee maker is a Keurig, so be prepared to buy those little inserts, but then again, why bother when Bennett's is just down the street. A lovely experience all around.

Great location for proximity to historic downtown and The Edison and Ford properties and the space in the townhouse was comfortable and nice to hang out and cook Thanksgiving for a 92 year old relative living in the area.
