This house was located in a good spot to easily access the Louisville area. It was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes and little amenities like coffee, tea, dishwasher and laundry soft, etc. The place was very clean and cozy. The street parking can be a little tight, but overall this place was great. I would definitely stay there again!

This was a great place to stay. Very well supplied and very clean. The location is outstanding. Everything is close and numerous local restaurants within a mile radius. I highly recommend.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and the house was perfect. Great location and offered everything we needed. Communication was great and checkin/out was easy.

The house is nice and clean. It is within walking distance of a few restaurants. However, the house is listed as 2br/2ba. The guest bathroom does not have a working shower. It has a sink, toilet, and bathtub only. The shower does not work. I never heard back from the realtor when I emailed about it. Otherwise, the house is nice and is as explained in the listing.

This house was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, get location, and easy check-in and Check- out. The house was close to everything including walking distance to Preston park, resultants, and brewery’s. Quite neighborhood with friendly neighbors! I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Louisville!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and located in a charming, walkable neighborhood. The property manager was communicative and helpful.

One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was labeled, especially light switches, which was incredibly handy. The place was spacious. I also enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The master bathroom was my absolute favorite. Heated floors and huge shower jet assembly. I also have never stayed in a place that was so well stocked with appliances, cookware, and coffee/tea selections.

A perfect property for a long weekend friend-cation in Louisville. The house is comfortable and quiet with thoughtful amenities. The master bedroom's en suite bathroom with waterfall/jet wall shower and washer/dryer was delightful. Kitchen was great to use as well. Location felt safe and perfect for exploring the Olmstead Parks, NuLu, and other Louisville points of interest. We had a better time on this trip because of our rental choice. The hosts were proactive and clear at check-in and check-out.

My husband, pup and I truly enjoyed our weekend stay. The house is very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Willow also enjoyed her walks at the neighborhood park!

My family stayed here to attend a concert at Yum! Stadium. A pleasant surprise when leaving the concert was that all of the stadium traffic was headed in the opposite direction so going in and out of the event was a short and consistent 8 minute drive. The house was very clean and as described. Nice front and back porch foe nicer days and great shower in the master. Beds were comfortable. Great communication from owners. Loved the neighborhood (felt safe) - walking distance to a couple bars, restaurant, and coffee shop. Green space/small park as well. We also visited the Louisville zoo which was also a very short drive away.

The washer had mold in it. The beds are horrible. The sofa needs to be replaced. It’s very uncomfortable. The pictures show two red chairs in living area yet they were not there so photos should be updated. The sheets on the Murphy bed were not clean!! The house is in a great location. I am in property management and someone should be following up on the cleaning of this unit. There is no tv in the master. The internet is extremely SLOOOOW! Yet, you are to use the TV to stream. So watching tv in downtime is a no go! Watching tv in the master is a no go because there is not one. There is a mount for a tv yet no tv. There is construction going on across the street so banging all day. Some guy came up and said he was supposed to get the mail for the owner. So, I am assuming the owners live here by all of their clothes being present and rent the property and go stay somewhere else when rented. My mom said her pillows smelled horrible like dirty hair or sweat. Not Impressed at ALL!

Home was very clean and super cute. It was close to out event. Listing was very accurate. Loved the little neighborhood/community! We would definitely stay there again if we make our way back to Louiseville!

Quaint, cozy, very clean, in an eclectic part of town. Feels like home away from home. Check out the bunnies in the garden behind the house or beer at the brewery around the corner- something for everyone.

The house was very clean and provided everything we needed to feel "at home." The kitchen was amazingly equipped, and the master bath a real treat. We loved touring the community gardens and park adjacent to the property.

Beautiful home. The home was well maintained and super clean. The host thought of everything. Most rentals you need to bring extra supplies like toilet paper and such but this home they had extra of everything. If you forget anything they have it. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The house is furnished with comforts of home including coffee pods, and I appreciated the organic products throughout. The neighbors are nice and I enjoyed walking to the community garden. Really enjoyed our stay here. My first impression is that the house is much larger than it appeared in the VRBO add. Both bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of space to store your things. Two full bathrooms. The house has a real presonality reflective of the owners who seem very proud to host people there. It also has some of the best water I've ever had. Seriously. The ammenities are tremendous including quality teas and Nespresso coffee. The back deck is great for sitting with a morning drink. I simply loved the waterfall shower. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is a community garden accross the street. The yard is not big, but was good for our dog having a place to explore. The house is close to just about everything (all things always seemed about two miles away) including downtown, Churchhill Downs and other attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. There is a greta brewery, Monnik, right around the corner that has great beer and food. The street the house is on is small and parking is tight. Some days the area in front of the house had someone else parked in it, but we just parked down the street usually less than 100 feet from the front door. But I did get into the habit of coming into the neighborhood on the side of the street facing the house, as turning around was tight. When we got there, there was a lot of opened food in the refrigerator including some half-eaten takeout food that probably should have been cleaned out. It was not a big deal, just mentioning because we weren't sure if we should throw it away or not and didn't want to think that is was left by us. I would not hesitate to stay here again as a couple or with another couple.

The property was very comfortable. The updates to the kitchen and bathrooms were excellent. It was a relief to stay somewhere that actually provided enough amenities for our stay instead of the typical 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no dish soap! Our group was myself, my wife, our daughter (8) and our dog. Everyone was comfortable! The neighborhood was friendly and was very accessible to local restaurants as well as the expressways. We contacted the owner/manager with one question about the property and they replied with the answer within minutes. If we are in Louisville again, we would definitely stay here another time!

The house was perfect for our 5 adult family and was exactly as pictured online. Nice neighbors. The neighborhood felt safe and had a quaint feel. We loved the local restaurants and the location in general. We stayed here for Derby weekend. Would love to stay again when we have more time to enjoy the house, bikes and neighborhood!

Wonderful property close to everything that Louisville has to offer. This house was perfect for 2 couples. Immaculately clean, very well stocked, comfortable with nice bedding and towels. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay - even enjoyed some of the walkable restaurants! It is a nice quiet family neighborhood. Would definitely consider staying at this property again when we come back to Kentucky. Thanks for a lovely week!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a spring getaway. The owner gave us clear check-in instructions and followed up to ensure everything went well with our stay. This house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes to downtown Louisville. Everything was very clean and the accommodations were very cozy. The house had all the amenities we needed and the bed was comfortable. It's a great place to stay if you're looking at exploring Louisville, but want to stay somewhere with peace and quiet.

The house was located in a nice area and looks like the pictures. It could've been a little cleaner, lots of hairs left in the bathrooms. The part we didn't like is what was expected when checking out. You have to start laundry, strip the beds, take the trash out, and wash any dishes. You are expected to clean the master bathroom shower glass every time you use it. I'm not really sure why I paid a cleaning fee.

My family and I very happy with this place. Amazing experience all around. Location, places to eat, neighborhood and host communication at all times. Very happy, definitely would pick this place again.
