We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. There are a lot of steps to go up and down from the 1st and 2nd level. There was plenty of parking for our 7 vehicles. The cabin was clean! Drive was easy! This cabin had all the things we needed. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend!

After driving through busy, crowded towns, it was such a relief that the cabin was out away from it all and quiet. Even though there were neighboring cabins, it was still quiet. We loved the view from the deck. The deck seemed to be a favorite place for visiting. We all liked the cabin. I was especially impressed with how well the kitchen was supplied. Plenty of cookware and dishes for a large family. So glad we were able to stay there.

This rental was better than I could have ever expected. It’s only 8-10 min from downtown pigeon forge and 20ish min from downtown Gatlinburg, you aren’t so high up the mountain that you need to get stressed/sick on the drive up, and yet once you get up there you are in a nice little community and this cabin has the most AMAZING views for where it is at. My fiancée and I had an amazing time for his 30th birthday trip - the cabin was clean and lovely, and big enough for everyone to have room while still feeling like an interactive vacation space. Patio with gorgeous views on every level. When we got there the door code was not working but I got Tim (maintenance) on the phone quickly and he had it fixed only ten minutes later. We loved this place so much and would definitely recommend it to anyone! We will try to book it again if we come back!

The house was clean. Multilevel property provided a good set up for multiple different families. Great location. Great communication with owners. Four levels + Lots of stairs. Only downside was that floors were squeaky. Still would highly recommend.

Renting the cabin was very short notice. However the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed it so much that we’re planning on another trip. Once again thank you so much.

My family of 14 stayed here for Christmas and enjoyed it very much, especially the views and the easy access to PF and Gatlinburg. The only issues we had during our stay were the lack of skillets in the kitchen. My husband had to purchase 2 skillets and a measuring cup at Walmart to make breakfast. We left the skillets there for future guests so hopefully they kept them. We also couldn’t find any linens for the pull out sofa, so we purchased a set and left them at the cabin as well. Nice cabin though and enjoyed our stay!

Location was close enough to the activities to be able to go and enjoy them but not to close that the traffic and noise desturbed us. The fireplace was awesome! Enough parking spaces for my 3 kids and my grand kids.

Really enjoyed our stay at Raccon Ridge. The cabin was very nice and any issues that were discovered were taken care of right way. The views were awesome and the location was great.

Some minor maintenance issues from past visitors (damage to hot tub for one), but the cabin had everything we needed to get away for the week. Kids loved the pool table and arcade game and there were enough rooms for everyone to enjoy. Layout on the bottom floor was a little odd with bunk beds outside of the bedrooms proper so the young ones sleeping there had to be coordinated with the people sleeping in bed rooms to avoid interruptions as they passed by at night or in the morning. These are minor details since the overall visit was a great one and would would strongly consider coming back someday. The staff were responsive when we reported our aforementioned concerns and friendly. Their email updates in advance kept us on track to have everything we needed for our visit.

My family of 20 enjoyed a three day weekend. There was adequate space for all. Cabin was as described. We especially appreciated the view, the well-working air conditioning, plenty of hot water, parking for 7 vehicles, and the free passes to attractions. Owners and management were available and most helpful!

Reviewer Comments: House was fine, needs some repairs and hot tub needs to be updated. There was a terrible septic/sewer smell when outside of the house. Contacted the management team about this and absolutely no help or resolution was given. The smell ruined our time on the back deck and made the hot tub unusable since the smell was especially strong in the evening. Part of the reason to be at a cabin in the mountains is for the view - which we were unable to enjoy due to the septic smell.

Got engaged on the trip so the beautiful cabin will always be in my heart. Very large perfect for bug family we really enjoyed our stay close enough to everything and the view is spectacular!
