Nice place. Clean. There were some minor maintenance things that could be addressed. Check in and out were very easy. My only complaint is that fees to heat pool were not clear.

Good location and house, the only issue is that the ventilation and air system needs to be cleaned. There is a lot of dusts in the vents and could cause issues as some of us had allergies.

Not only is the property beautiful, the customer services representatives ( Damien and Sean ) were extremely responsive whenever there was any form of issues. There is plenty of room for multiple families to be able to stay in this home and it is quite comfy. The pool and the hot tub are great amenities along with a pool table which has a television for entertainment. Also , any time you can have a place to call home away from home that has a washer and dryer is especially great. I would highly recommend this location to be chosen for anyone whether, you’re doing a short term or long term stay , it definitely gives the vibe of a home away from home!

We really enjoyed our time in Arizona and this home had it all. The kids loved the pool table, private pool, hot tub and the lemon tree in the backyard. The house had plenty of towels and it really helped that they provided more than enough wash pods to get all the towels clean. The house was super clean, however, it would be nice if they kept a broom somewhere accessible to the residents. The pool was very clean but definitely not heated like the description mentioned. It was freezing the entire time. But from 1pm on the sun warmed it up some. The Hot Tub would have been nice but it really needed to be cleaned. I couldn't get over the smell and there was a ring of dirt around the edges, so we didn't utilize that feature. Besides these few hiccups, the house was great and had plenty of accommodations. We would consider staying here again in the future.

The neighborhood wasn’t quite what we expected, but the house had good accommodations. We had ongoing issues with WiFi and some property maintenance issues. Overall it was an average stay.

The house was super fun and fit everyone that it needed to. The pool was super fun! The location was great. Communication was terrible - I sometimes had to wait multiple days to hear back on things. Also the hot tub was disgusting and there were bugs in the master bathroom. we were also traveling in from out of town and our flight landed at 7 AM but check out and wasn’t until 4 PM and they were not accommodating at all to let us store our bags anywhere. We ended up paying $100 to store them for a few hours at a hotel so we didn’t have to lug them around town all day

We had a great time at this house. It had everything we need to relax and reconnect. The kids loved the bunk room. The pool and hot tub were well used as well as the pool table. It is close to everything you need for restaurants and entertainment. I highly, highly recommend the Music Instrument Museum, just 20 min or so away. It was excellent. We talked about it for days! I gave the house an overall 4 stars. While it met all of our needs with amenities, we had just a few minor issues. The bedrooms do not cool down with the doors closed. We just slept with the doors open. And the water pressure in the ensuite is low. And the towel bar in the bathroom falls off the wall. Overall we had a great stay with lots of laughs and a relaxing vacation. Thanks!

We had a great experience at this location. It was very clean and well maintained. Close to old town and downtown Scottsdale.

Had a fabulous time with appropriate amount of beds for the 10 of us! Close to all our chosen activities and when we wanted to just chill by the pool it was great! Pool table was fun too, I have not played pool in many years! We did not cook much in the home for a three day stay so I cannot comment on cooking accessories, but the coffee maker worked! That's all I personally needed in the mornings. Everyone else wanted Dutch Brother's Coffee which was less than a mile from us! Nothing but good times!

This home along with the great amenities and games made our trip! The house was very clean and nicer than expected. We had a great time and couldn't have asked for a better property.

6 of us visited for 5 days. The house was just as pictured. Very close to old town as well as Mill Ave. The pool was perfect. We could not have had a better stay.

We had a trip with 11 of us. The property was clean upon arrival and was enough space to sleep all of us. The kitchen was big enough for us to prepare all of our meals. It was great having the pool as well as the hot tub. At first we were concerned about the pool not being heated, but it turned out to be not a big deal at all. The only issue that we had was connecting to the WiFi, but it was resolved quickly by the host. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay for a large group.

Myself, my gal and our 4 kids spent 4 days at the house. It was a great house for the price, lots of things to do while there and also in close proximity to food, fun and hiking! Wouldnt hesitate to go back to this house again! Thank you for a great stay!

We spent nearly two weeks at the property during Covid times, so got to know it well and cooked many meals in the kitchen. Owner/property manager was quick to help us restock drinking glasses for relatively large group. Only one wine glass in the cupboards. No strainer for pasta. Kitchen knives, often a big disappointment in rental properties, were more than adequate. The pots and pans were on their last legs and looking ragged. The gas stove/oven was high quality. The pool table was a big hit with our group. It was in good shape and of decent quality. The outdoor pool appeared to be recently refinished and was very nice. Thankfully, we had some warm days and did plenty of swimming. The hot tub was full of dirty water when we arrived but the owner/property manager were quick to replace the water and get it cleaned. The orange tree in the back yard had some of the most delicious oranges we had ever eaten. We were going through 5 or 6 a day. Beds were a little too soft for my taste but adequate. It's not in an upscale neighborhood but it was quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. Kids enjoyed The Wedge skate park in El Dorado Park. The park was also good for walks, disk golf, roller blading and jogging. The Desert Botanical Garden, only 5 minutes away, was a highlight for our group. Mountain biking in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and South Mountain Park was exceptional. Hiking at Brown's Ranch Trailhead was also exceptional.

Enjoyed our stay here, lots of space and plenty of beds. Great backyard.

This property was perfect for my wife and I as we always travel with our pets but like very nice places to stay. Location wise you could not ask for a place that is more centrally located and with in a few minutes drive to great places to eat and explore. The Arizona Oasis came with all the amenities you would want on a vacation. The pool table, yard, pool and jacuzzi were very welcoming after either working all day or exploring the area on my mountain bike. Many times we relaxed by the fire pit enjoying the cooler temps of October nights. We highly recommend considering this property if you are in the Scottsdale Phoenix area. We will be back !

Loved the Property! For the over packing mom, they had plenty of sheets, towels they hand a inflatable mattress, pool towels, baby play pen, baby booster chair, ice chest plenty of chairs for outdoor seating by the pool, pool noodles, board games and plenty of dishes to work with!

My friends and I had a great time in Scottsdale and the house helped make for a really fun time with the amenities of pool, jacuzzi and pool table. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone too so I would definitely recommend this to larger groups as every room but the master bedroom has multiple beds in it. All around fun time and great property!

The Master shower is honestly useless, hot water and pressure do not exist. Water pressure thru whole house is very inconsistent. Overall house is awesome but those things would make me consider other places. Also no cleaning products except dish soap, made me feel bad trying to just wipe down a counter after use.
