We loved our stay at the cottage! The views are amazing, the location is great, the owners are wonderful and the kitchen is very well stocked.

This property was everything I was looking for. It was on the edge of a residential neighborhood with a nice view and quiet relaxing atmosphere. It was super clean and exceptionally well stocked with all the home supplies and amenities you could want. I'm very pleased to have found this rental!

What I love most is the view of the backyard and it is exactly like the picture of the property. I had breakfast every morning in the backyard during my stay. Ryan had prepared everything we need in the property including female hygiene items. We didn’t try the VR as both of us wear glasses but isn’t it cool to have VR set up? The beds are comfortable too. There are enough bath robes and beddings in the closet. The extra blankets inside the coffee table keep me warm when sitting in the backyard!

Had everything we wanted - this was a great stay for the 4 of us! We enjoyed the backyard bird feeders - so fun!!

This home was amazing. It was beyond well stocked and very clean. The Mountain View’s from the backyard were gorgeous and the bird feeders in the backyard added an extra nice touch. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Amazingly clean, and organized, everything you could think of was available. Property manager was polite, respectful and helpful. The location was within 2hrs of everything we wanted to do in the area, Pikes Peak, Garden of The Gods, National Forests, Colorado historic towns, hiking and much more. The stay was very comfortable and pleasant, thank you to our hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the entire space was very clean. The owners have gone above and beyond to provide every possible thing you might need. The patio is a great place to enjoy breakfast or dinner. The neighborhood is quiet.

Matt and Ryan are the ultimate hosts. It was our first time staying at a VRBO, and they’ve set the bar high for our future trips. In the Meadows, they’ve created a special place where families can enjoy spending time together streaming content, playing board games or VR games, while also providing spaces for individual self-reflection, such as the peaceful patio outside overlooking an expansive meadow. For those who need to keep connected to their workplace, the high-speed internet connection and external monitor waiting for you comes in handy. The place is well-appointed with luxurious bathrobes and slippers, blankets and throws, kitchenware, and toiletries you may have forgotten and others you didn’t know you needed. The kitchen pantry is stocked with some snacks, fridge has condiments and cream for your coffee/tea, and the coffeebar offers different choices for coffee and tea. My family and I felt welcomed in their place, and would stay again with them in a heartbeat.

It’s easy to tell the care and thoughtfulness that has gone into this place! The design was beautiful and cozy - we quickly felt settled and comfortable in the space. It had everything one might need - fully stocked kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, plenty of towels and blankets, a work station, and so much more. The outdoor area was serene and the seating was easy to relax into! The TV was simple to work and the fireplace was enjoyable to have. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is and how kind Matt and Ryan were! This was a stressful trip and having a place to come back to that felt cozy and relaxing made all the difference!

The Meadows was fully equipped with all needed for a comfortable stay! From the furnishings to the kitchen to the outdoor view and extras everything was top notch.

They put so much thought into this property. Everything that you thought would be cool, they had. It was clean, comfortable and Ryan was awesome! We can’t wait to be back to visit family and stay here again.

Above and beyond expectations! We had to cut our trip short due to the impact of hurricane Ian. We where sad to leave as this property was wonderful in every regard. Everything one could hope for was supplied in abundance. We are looking forward to our return. Very gracious host!

We have stayed in several VRBO, but none even compared to the level of detail or cleanliness that this home has. No corners were cut, and the extra surprises were amazing. The back patio is beautiful. The pictures do not even come close to the story they are trying to tell. We stayed one full week and will schedule our next Denver visit around availability here. I visited a friend in the area and my family with two young kids stayed here. Property was well maintained, clean and they had everything we could have asked for. I wish the weather had been better so we could have used the patio, but it looked nice. All the amenities were top notch and beds/linens were nice. I wish every vrbo I stayed at was this nice and accommodating!

We had one of our best VRBO experiences ever here. Specifically, the apartment was cozy - touches like plants, candles, and fireplaces in the family room and primary bedroom made it feel like home! It was extremely comfortable - all the details are well thought out: from kitchen supplies/utensils to ambient temperature management to extra blankets to thermos mugs and snacks. Our hosts Ryan and Matt were very responsive and accommodating, providing restaurant recommendations, extra decaf coffee pods when requested, and additional coffee varieties just because. We can't recommend this unit enough and hope you will enjoy it as much as we did! We will definitely stay again next time we are in town!

Ryan and Matt were amazing. The property was extremely comfortable and the details were 10/10. From recliner couches to individual soaps to all types of coffee/tea. I just loved my stay. I was in CO for medical procedure and they even brought me a goodie bag on Valentine’s Day. Thank you for making my stay here so great.

We stayed for a week while going thru IVF. This was the perfect place to feel at home. Very relaxing! We were able to work remotely and enjoy the beautiful view. The owners go 1000% above and beyond. We can’t wait to go back!

This place is a gem! We can’t say enough about this well appointed apartment. I love Christmas and I always hesitate being away from home for a week during this time because I want to take in as much of the holiday cheer as possible. What a surprise to walk in and everything was decorated beautifully. We had our own tree if that tells you anything. It was awesome and decked out. Ryan wanted to be sensitive of religious and cultural differences and asked us beforehand if it was okay to put up Christmas decorations before our stay and it worked out. That was incredibly thoughtful of him to ask. I’m an OCD clean freak and I felt very comfortable. The beds, couches, throw blankets, towels, robes and slippers were very nice and comfy. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you can think of. The view outside the door opens up to a beautiful green space and they have a great set up with a fire pit to make s’mores (which they provided all of the fixings in the cupboards). We would love to come back during the summer, so we can hang out back when it’s warmer. My husband worked from the apartment a few days out of the week and the work station was perfect for him. We met Ryan and chatted on our way out one day. He’s very friendly and easy to talk to, we really liked him. He is an amazing communicator and responded right away to anything we needed during our stay. We used to live in the Meadows and moved away a year and a half ago. We wanted to be in the heart of Castle Rock and to be near my husbands corporate office and friends. This was exactly what we were looking for. It’s close to everything. It’s a must stay. Ryan and Matt’s apartment will not disappoint. It’s absolutely wonderful!

This stay was amazing!!! There was so much attention to detail that there were no needs unmet! Ryan and Matt were excellent hosts! The view is stunning! We highly recommend this property for any stay in the Denver area. We can’t wait to return.

We loved this place!! Everything we needed to be comfortable and the kids had games and a VR that kept them happy!! We all enjoyed the home and the back patio!! The landscaping was so beautiful!! We even had a glimpse of a deer family and beautiful birds!! Would highly recommend. The owners made everything perfect!! We would surely go back!!
