Todo muy bien en general de la locación, ubicación y todo; solo se batalló algo con una devolución de un pago doble que se hizo, pero excelente atención por parte del gerente y de los trabajadores del mismo lugar.

Breakfast was good. Eggs and sausage came out hot.
The bathroom needed updating. The shower lever didn't work and I wish the toilets were higher.

Very nice room, everything was very clean and very comfortable! Thank you for letting us check in so late (nearly midnight). We will stay here again on our next trip.

Our stay was great, the staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent and the room was clean. Debbie at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful throughout the stay.
The pool/hot tub could have been cleaner and would have loved it to stay open a little later. The fitness room would be awesome if they had a few weights or resistance bands.

The staff was very friendly and informative about the area. The room was more comfortable than I expected. We weren't cramped by any means. Hot tub did us all a lot of good. Great location, not far from our tourist destinations.
Pool was a bit small but still a nice place to cool down after a long day.

Grounds needed cleaning, dog pooh and cigarettes butts everywhere.

the gym was dirty and treadmill was broken. also I felt rushed out the next morning. check out is at 11 so I hung my do not disturb sign. house cleaning knocked on my door at 10 and then removed my sign completely

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room cleanliness could have used a little more attention to detail (found several hairs in bathroom and bed areas). Overall fine.

The staff was great and the room had a perfect location for our needs. The room was clean and smelled clean!
The sink had a slow drain but I forgot to tell the staff. I believe it is time for that remodel!

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Cleaning and breakfast staff were great, all the food was fresh and plentiful.
Although the rooms were clean they could use a refresher and buy that $10 dollar mouse for the computer.

breakfast was ok. but why would you put out rotten bananas? coffee was very weak.
our tv was broken and the front desk was less than helpful and rude about it the next day.
