From the moment we got to our room to when we left, we kept having issues. Once we opened the door to our room, it was a blast in the face with clorine smell. We spoke with the front of house attendant, he gave us the option to move rooms or he could find some febreeze for us. We were fine with staying in the room, just needed somthing to clear up the smell. We were never notified when he found the febreeze, if he found it. He siad he'd contact us once found after contacting a manger, but never heard about it for the rest if the weekend. Second thing, is our cooler took WAY to long to cool down the room. So most of the time we were dying of heat. The windows would be shut and have the cooler on max cool at high and it took hours and hours. Third, our tv didnt work. The gentleman came to try figure it out, but couldnt get it to connect either, so that was a bummer. Fourth, we had no normal soap and our sink was constantly clogged. All in all, it was a terrible expirence, and were not pleased with anything.

The staff was very accomadating

Was treated very badly by management. Pool was freezing cold and we asked about it and they said if we dont like it we should check.out. we were called twice at 7am by them waking us out of deep sleep. Never offerred apology or to make adjustments for their mistakes. Told us we were not welcomed back. Would never have gone back anyway to this place. Stay away if you want a happy stay.

Pool was well maintained, room was clean and nice, staff were good at explaining, many dining options in walkable distance

They didn’t have much for breakfast only waffles, cereal, and yogurt, but waffle house was next-door. Didn’t like that it didn’t have a microwave in the room, but there’s one downstairs in the dining area. A lot to do in the area, conveniently placed.

Employees were friendly and welcoming as we checked in and throughout our stay. Room was clean and the bed was wonderful, and we slept great. Breakfast was basic, but free continental.

I liked that it had a Keurig in the room, and check-in was quick and easy. Shower was great

Only complaint was lack of options for breakfast. There was no eegs or protein available. Other than that the stay was great!

Quiet convenient

Was tough working with staff and breakfast was a orange 🍊.

They wanted to charge us per room to check in 10 min early. We had plumbing issues, they handed my husband a plunger for us to address ourselves. Never cleaned the room. Charged me an extra deposit, but said they couldn't fix it, just had to wait to check out. Continental breakfast was 2 cereal option and 2 waffle makers. Extremely basic accommodations and very disinterested staff. I wish we had stayed at the Best Western instead.

Hotel is updated and clean but area is a bit shady. After getting our room on the second floor, then we were told there was NO elevator. Not bad to walk up a few stairs but dragging all our luggage was not fun. Wouldn’t recommend

Average hotel, definitely overpriced. Not the greatest location, but close enough to town and the highway.

My room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast - too many carbs, not enough fruit or protein.

GM was not a friendly person. The breakfast was very disappointing and the hotel having no elevator is such an inconvenience.

The hotel was clean but the front desk manager bob needs to be trained for hotel hospitality.

I had booked a king bed and they gave me a queen. They did not honor my request.

Stayed here after arriving at DEN on a late flight. perfect for our 1 night needs. Overall nice facility with dining options close by. Could use a few more options on continental breakfast, but by no means should that be a factor in choosing to stay at this location. Clean, very nice staff and good location .

One manager wasn’t too friendly. Bad attitude.
