Our stay was very well organized and the home owner has a very nicely appointed home and is gracious and welcoming. We were presented with arrival instructions and the WiFi prior to check in. The house is laid out with separation between the master and the remaining bedrooms and we were all very comfortable. We spent majority of our time outside in the back yard. The kitchen, if you are planning to cook, has a nice variety of gadgets, cookware and utensils. We would gladly stay here again.

My husband and I along with our kids and grandkids had an amazing time at your property. I just wish the Texas summer had cooperated a little more. We weren’t able to enjoy the patio as much as we would have liked. The kids enjoyed the pool and the many pool toys that were provided. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several of our meals. The beds were comfortable as was the bedding. We did not use the bunkhouse but it would be very nice for a larger family. We enjoyed a trip to Dinosaur Valley State park and although we couldn’t stay long due to the heat the grandkids enjoyed seeing the tracks. We then ventured downtown and enjoyed some much needed ice cream from Merry Jaynes. If you are needing a nice home on the lake with an amazing pool don’t hesitate to book this property.

Our multiple family group of 6 adults and 5 kids, ranged age 3-8 had plenty of space for sleeping, games and eating and we loved our time at this house! The pool was definitely the highlight for our kids as they spent every possible minute in the water! Alarms on the doors helped ease our minds with the littles also. We will for sure keep this property on our list for future trips!

We had a list of wants and desires for our Lakehouse getaway. This fit our needs exactly. One of us brought a boat. The house had its own boat dock! We loved hanging out by a pool. The house had its own pool! We wanted everyone to have their own bed. The house came with all the beds we needed! We wanted to use the grill for a couple of nights. The house had it on the grill! My wife and I like to go for walks on peaceful streets. The neighborhood was full of that! The positioning of the house was perfect! The pool and backyard face the east, so in the evening it was a lot more comfortable with the sun on the other side of the house. Thankfully, it wasn’t right in the middle of town. But it was also close enough that we were just minutes away from major grocery stores. We all truly enjoyed our stay. Part of that was a great family and good friends. This is a great house, felt like home away from home. Very well stocked with kitchen items, tons of beach towels, and pool toys. Used their kayaks to watch the sunset, the guys were catching fish off the dock. owners are a few doors down if anything is needed but had no issues. two of the TVs are not smart tvs ( as listed) but was able to hook up the xbox for streaming. Out door porch is very well shaded with fans. Felt like a lake retreat, was able to enjoy the outdoors even once the kids were in bed.

We came to Granbury for a girls weekend getaway and this house was a perfect stay for us. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We appreciated the fun lake vibe and beautiful view. And the pool was absolutely perfect! The owners were very responsive and super helpful. Thanks for a great weekend!

The house was clean and the location to be able to walk down to the water and get on our boat without having to load it and unload it everyday. Host were accessible for any questions. Will definitely book again.

Lovely large home with room for everyone, even at dinner time! Lots of fans to keep you cool, and plenty of swim towels. Really nice appliances fm fridge to washing machine. Friendly owners too

We rented this property for a family reunion at Easter time. We had adults ranging from 20 to 82 years of age. Everyone loved the layout of the house and it easily accommodated all 9 of us. My niece and her two young kids visited one day and had a great time playing in the back and feeding ducks. Owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

Convenient to downtown and restaurants. It was too cold to swim but the pool and outdoor area was fantastic

We had plenty of beds for our stay. Everything was as advertised on the site. We would’ve liked to enjoy the pool, but just a little too chilly. Maybe next time. We had fun on the kayaks, visiting the square and we did get a chance to go to fossil rim. Granbury is always a great vacation, thanks for letting us borrow your house. It was perfect for our short vacation.

9 of us stayed for a girls weekend. The house is beautifully kept and spacious. It was the perfect size for us all. The bunkhouse is so cute! Kitchen well stocked. Location of the house was a quick 10 minute drive to downtown. Will absolutely look to book this house again.

We enjoyed playing games and visiting in the family room/kitchen. This home was fully furnished with everything. We had a glitch in communication, and a mix up on dates and had to leave before our second night. There was no communication on the day we were suppose to have shown up, but didn't. We were able to find a place to stay in Glen Rose on our second night which ended up costing us a lot more money. We should have caught the mix up in dates, but didn't. We would stay here again.

This house at the end of a canal on Lake Granbury was perfect for our family get together. The pool sold us on this property! The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was great for our family of 5 adults and 3 children.

We wanted more space, pool, lake and relaxation. This filled the bill!! The owners are very nice and readily available. 💕

This was one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Very, very nice home with beautiful pool. Well stocked on anything that we needed. There were 8 of us and 2 small dogs and we all had plenty of room. We will definitely rent this home again!

The entire experience, from booking to enjoying the property, was over the top. EVERYTHING WAS PROVIDED…pool toys, kayak, games, generous cookware, glasses and utensils, seating, televisions, etc… Cleanliness in the house, yard, and pool was superb…. and the property was close to the lake and town! Family of 9 enjoyed this super clean, well appointed home on the canal. The attention to detail is fantastic. Really appreciated the labels on all the light switches, the hooks for towels and swim suits, the fans outside on the patio and the blue tooth speaker. The home is very clean with comfy beds and furniture. Nice to have the option of a regular coffee pot or a Keurig. So nice that kayaks, paddle board, life jackets and pool toys are available for use. Also appreciated the info on life jacket law for kayaks. The only negative here: because the house is at the end of the canal, all the lake debris gathers here so it was rather dirty where you needed to get in but nothing to be done about this, just be aware. We spent a lot of time on the pool and really enjoyed the outdoor area. Good wifi. Would love to return
