Oh stay was great. Everything was completely as we expected. Very accommodating and just what we needed to make our stay in Charleston perfect. Great location, easy access to the area we wanted to see.

We enjoyed our stay in Charleston. We were glad to have the parking space. The place was clean, each of our adult children had their own bathroom, and we were able to walk to most places.

Cozy, Clean, Convenient are three words that describe this property. My husband and I traveled with our three kids (20, 19, 15 years). The property was spacious without being overwhelming. The property location was walking distance from Kings Street (parking on the property's site!) And most importantly, the space was clean.

We had an awesome stay to celebrate our sister getting married. This location was perfect walking distance to King St and was so conveniently located central to everything. We found out on the first day that Charleston floods so it was a little tricky to get to the house but once the rain stops the water recedes extremely quickly and the water is not high enough to enter the house so we were able to confidently park our cars in the driveway and not worry all weekend! It was the perfect house to relax in and came equip with everything you could need, all while being meticulously cleaned! (A huge plus for me!) We would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip with friends, the place had all of the things we needed! Owner was very good at reaching out and responding when needed. Everything on King St is easy accessible with a short walk down Morris. Would definitely stay here again

We traveled with our daughter and her husband for a graduation trip and stayed at this property. Even with the heat, we were able to walk to downtown shops (15-25 minute walk) and restaurants pretty easily. We also were able to do the 10 minute drive to the aquarium and 25 minute drive to Folly beach for a variety of adventures. The double en suite bedrooms (plus a 3rd bathroom in the hallway) made us all have our own space while at the same time being able to stay together, play games at the kitchen table and relax in front of the living room tv. The location and layout worked very well for our family.

This was the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the city of Charleston. The location made so many things walkable and was close to lots of wonderful restaurants. Everything was as described, and the place was spotless and very comfortable.

This was the perfect property for our family of four. Our teen and six year old did not have to share a room or a bathroom- win! Everything was comfortable and the washer/dryer was especially helpful for us.

This property is well cared for and is very clean and welcoming. The location was perfect. We went to Charleston to attend a family wedding and we were within walking distance to all the events.

The location was amazing. You can easily walk to everything in Charleston. The neighborhood was very nice and near the College of Charleston. Off-street parking for two cars was included and a huge perk.
Check-in was as easy as it gets. Just entered the emailed code into the door.
The property was very clean and modern. 3 bathrooms and bedrooms and very comfortable furniture. The kitchen was adequate but a little small.
Check out was very easy. Just take out trash and start dishwasher. No chore list.
Would be my first choice of accommodation it I were to return to Charleston.

This is a really nice place with everything you need for a perfect stay in Charleston. Minutes from King Street, shopping and restaurants. They did an excellent job of communicating and made the whole process simple, especially check out. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time and the house was perfect for what we needed. Easy to walk everywhere but having parking spots for two cars was very nice. The bedrooms was large and having 3 separate bathrooms is great for adult groups who want their own space.

Four of us enjoyed 3 nights in this newly renovated lower duplex with the added bonus of a parking space. Three nice bathrooms with showers, well supplied kitchen, and generous space for socializing. Very quiet street. We were more than satisfied with the property and access to restaurants and shops.

This first floor apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Claudio was a friendly host, but because the apartment fulfilled all of our needs we never had to call for help. It is in a very convenient location, near restaurants and Charleston attractions. Our only complaint was the noise from the serious partyers on the street well into the night.

Weekend getaway with friends. None of us had ever been to Charleston, and we’re booking blind. The location is very convenient to King Street. City Market, Rainbow Row, the Battery and lower King Street are walkable or a quick inexpensive Uber away. The house is as advertised, clean, and comfortable. The owner is responsive. We had a minor battery issue with the keypad that was quickly resolved. Would definitely come back and rebook 54 Morris again.

This was a great place to stay for a girls weekend. Plenty of space, we each had our own bathroom and bedroom. Kitchen was supplied sufficiently for our needs. The location is AMAZING! Walking distance, 2 blocks, to King Street, and a great neighborhood to explore downtown Charleston! Great restaurants and shopping nearby.

The property was great. Love the neighborhood and the nearby restaurants. Quick walk to King St. for great shopping and bars/restaurants. The place is clean, neat, comfy beds and really loved that it had 3 baths when traveling with a bunch of ladies!

Comfortable unit with plenty of room for family of four. Close to king st and great restaurants. Long walk or short Uber to historic area. Owners were very attentive, very professional and responded quickly. Highly recommend.

This is a great location and excellent communication with the host. Excellent parking available off the road in the driveway. It can handle 2 cars stacked in front of each other.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the proximity to King street and the market. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. Would stay here again.

The property was very nice and clean with comfortable beds. It was in a good neighborhood walkable to most places.There was great communication with the owner. The only complaints were very low water pressure in kitchen sink and the walls are pretty thin so we could hear the children above us running the floors sometimes early in the morning.

I was very happy with this house. It was KO very clean and comfortable. The decor was nice and fresh. I liked that it had three bedrooms and three full baths which was great for a group of friends. The location was convenient as well as the free parking. I highly recommend this house - thank you.
