Very clean house. Great kitchen to gather in. The location was perfect!

One of the best rental experiences I've had. Property was exactly as described and in very good condition. There was a minor issue with checking in but the host was extremely responsive and remedied it immediately. I am very happy with this trip and would recommend Stay Duvet to anyone traveling to Charleston.

Very impressed with the easiness checking in and out. The house itself was stunning and the Stay Duvet team left the kindest gift for my birthday. Overall, a truly amazing experience.

no matter the response from he "owner" do not be fooled. - right after we arrived we noticed mold stain in the ceiling and sent pics to prove- stay duvet tried to say it's vrbo reservation and wouldn't refund. then they reversed and said they would refund one -night. We were only on the property for no more than 30 mins and didn't touch a thing- still billed cleaning fee and one-night. terrible billing practices. looking into legal remedies! Now the property - noisy!!! from the tenants below (could hear talking and shutting doors) Noisy from street traffic (could hear every car and person clear as day in the house) The largest room has no window shades only privacy curtains so i hope you like being up with the sun and good luck getting to sleep with the street lights and noise. The top floor rooms are hot...even with the fans and AC blowing before we arrived, THE MATTRESSES WERE TERRIBLE - They must have got a deal on purchasing mattresses b/c they were harder than cement even when just sitting on a corner. Don't be fooled by the stay duvet ads on all the alleged luxury items. this investment home is like a walmart/home depot fix-me up style with everything cheap and crappy and MOLD stains in the ceiling. I gave them a chance to rectify with refunding our 30 minute stay, and they did not. So renter beware...it's not a nice place....other reviews must be somehow connected to stay duvet or used to living in a dumpy place.

The property was bright and airy, with a nice large common area. We had 7/8 adults and 1 infant, and the space was great for us. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The listing was accurate that it is only 4 blocks from King, but to get to the more active/popular sections, it is another several blocks along King. Not a problem at all for us! Just something to keep in mind, especially if you have little ones walking with you.

Place was great. A little noisy, but to be expected with the location.

The unit itself was nice and well maintained. Main reason for low rating : poor sleep - The blinds and curtains in the bedrooms are basically useless as sunlight comes right through everything first thing in the morning. The mattresses were hard as rocks and uncomfortable. Both of these plus the old windows are not updated to block sound so if you sleep in the front room you hear everything on the street and people talking as they walk by. Had a 4:30pm checkin which I was able to communicate with the owners to get in early, however that took several texts and emails back and forth and they really made it seem like I was a burden to them for requesting a standard 2pm check in. Location is great and close to long street
