would be helpful to have channel guide for tv if guests are not familiar with spectrum. a gift snack basket ? otherwise ,beautiful relaxing..

Pros: The condo was immaculately clean upon arrival. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The unit is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The king bed was very comfortable. There are two baths, both with showers. The guest bath has a spacious vanity. There is a large capacity washer and dryer set to handle big loads easily. The main TV also has a DVD player. The complex is only steps to the beach and a washing station is available to clear sand. A good variety of beach equipment was available, including a cooler and insulated bag to carry beach lunches, and a few cold packs were available in the freezer to keep food cool. Nice bath towels are provided. The pool is kept clean and is easily accessed by all units. A full service grocery store is only minutes away. The unit has a large patio with nice furniture. It’s a great spot for morning coffee and beach viewing. We were able to watch a Kennedy Space Center launch in the middle of the night right from the patio which was a terrific benefit. Cons: The unit has a very dated kitchen and the fridge door shelves are broken and not useable. A larger group would struggle with the lack of door space. The ice maker also doesn't operate, so you'll need to jockey ice trays or buy ice for yourself. The master bathroom is tiny with no counter space. Lighting in the bathrooms wasn't great, but the light over the guest vanity was good for makeup. Overall, the unit is nicely decorated but a bit dated due to the age of the building. Only the patio door had screens which was unfortunate. The patio door screens kept falling off the track and don't close all the way, so this was a bit frustrating when accessing the patio. Similarly, the living room curtains are difficult to get closed for nighttime privacy. The furniture was comfortable but showed some wear and tear (some staining and fading) on the couches. All other furniture appeared to be in new condition. Only one blanket was provided (king size). All beds had only a sheet and light comforter upon arrival. Beach towels while clean and in good condition are only bath towel sized which is a bit small for drying off after a swim or for lying on the beach. Overall: Well worth the rental even with the cons. The rental manager was easily reachable and quickly responsive to our questions. The complex is in a great location and is well maintained. We’d definitely stay here again.

Jennifer is a great hostess. Property campus noisy due to construction. Ruined the pool experience. Beautiful heated pool and available in the evening which is so nice. Also very very nice beach! Great restaurants. Wish our condo had smart TVs. But the master bed has THE most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Jan 2023

We really enjoyed this condo on the beach. It was the perfect base for the week of fun and sun. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony, which has great views of the beach, departing cruise ships and rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and quiet. Communication with the property manager was easy and Jennifer always responded in a timely fashion. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is very nice and spacious. It was great having the beach towels, chairs and coolers there to use. The view of the beach is great also.

What a perfectly lovely beach condo! The decor was fabulous and the accommodations were just perfect. The deck is also in just the right spot for watching a rocket launch! I hope to book again for next year!

Jennifer was excellent to work with. Property was clean and included all the essentials. The balcony faces Kennedy Space center and if you're lucky like us can view nightime launches if this is your thing or just soak up sun on great Cocoa Beach sand. This property worked perfectly for our young family.

Such a wonderful property! The place was very clean, well kept and very charming. Did I mention the great views of the ocean and Cape Canaveral Harbor. We could see Kennedy Space Center from the balcony on clear days. We watched the ships come and go. Very welcoming community and the entire complex is family friendly. We all would definitely rebook.

I stayed at this condo with my wife and son for his Senior year spring break. We all loved the spaciousness, ocean views, and overall layout. The close proximity to the beach (1 minute walk), pool and ease for parking were greatly appreciated. The condo was just as advertised on the website. We would definitely stay here again and Jennifer was a superb host.

This was our first time renting a condo with our children (ages: 8, 6, & 3). We normally stay at hotels, but wanted a different pace for this stay. The condo was absolutely what were looking for. A wonderful view of the ocean, easy access to the beach, and heated pool in the courtyard. The condo itself was stocked with everything we needed for our stay beach accessories, plenty of towels, and a kitchen full of utensils. The owner if needed was a text away and very on top of needed details for just about all of your questions. The next time we’re headed to Florida we will definitely see if this condo is available or one in the Sandcastle building complex. Everyone we came across renters and owners were very nice.

We were very happy with our choice to stay at Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach for the month of February. The property manager was wonderful and responded to anything we needed. It is a great property with great staff.

Excellent property and location! Even better than promised! Beautiful views of the ocean, and you can see Port Canaveral. Property was spotless when we arrived, and exactly what we were looking for! Very comfortable for our family of 6! Would visit again in a heartbeat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and beautiful decor. Beds were comfortable. Master bedroom was very roomy with a huge walk in closet. However the master bath is small but there is a vanity, no sink, outside the bathroom. Shower head needs some work. Couldn't get it to stay high enough for my husband to use comfortably. Kitchen had everything we needed. Living room was comfortable and homey. Liked the fact that I could be in the kitchen cooking and still feel a part of the conversation in LR. Easy check in and out. Property was well maintained. Grill in common area was not very good. Did not use it because of the condition it was in. Would recommend this unit to friends and family. We would return and stay here as well
