Just what we were looking for. Clean home in Kanab centrally located to Zion, Bryce Canyon and North Rim of Grand Canyon. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities and then some! Great viewing spot for Balloons and Tunes. Kristal was easy to work with and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Hope to be back next year!

This made our stay in Kanab the highlight of our trip! After hours in the car and 4 nights cramped in hotels, having room to spread out a bit, sleep on amazingly comfortable beds/bedding, use the massive washing machine, relax in the hot tub, and cook our favorite meals made this the most renewing part of our trip. When we originally booked we were only thinking about taking in National parks, but ended up enjoying an amazing tour of Peekaboo slot canyon and the Great Chamber with Coral Cliff tours that took us on a few awesome side stops. If we had stayed longer we would have enjoyed more locations nearby. Our only surprise was not realizing that the distance to Zion Visitors center (hub of the park) was actually an hour away, not 30 minutes as we anticipated. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This beautiful rental was located super close to town .. an easy walk to the best restaurants! Also convenient location to Bryce and Zion and Page . Do yourself a favor and book this rental for you and your family.

This place was perfect for us (two couples). I loved that it had two king beds so one couple didn’t have to sacrifice. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was the perfect spot for us to come back to after our adventures. It was about an hour and a half to Zion, Bryce, Antelope Canyon, and to Kanarra falls. We really enjoyed the hot tub at the end of a long day hiking. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again.

Great place to to stay in Kanab we loved it. Clean new and modern. Track style home close to downtown.

We spent three nights here while exploring Bryce and Zion. The townhouse was very comfortable and spacious for two couples. There was a bit of confusion in the listing as it stated there was a rooftop terrace but we learned that meant the balcony. Kristin, the property manager, was very responsive and easy to work with. When we come back to beautiful Zion and Bryce we will stay here again!

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and my only regret was not booking longer! We loved the hot tub, the house was clean and cozy, and it was perfectly located to make it a base house and explore some amazing parks! We will certainly be back!

It was an awesome stay, wonderfully clean, very spacious with three bathrooms. In a very quiet neighborhood and I liked parking in a secure garage. I recommend this location to everyone.

The entire experience from beginning to end was easy. The property itself was clean, exactly as shown in the photos, had comfortable furniture, bedding and nice touches everywhere. The unit had coffee, hot chocolate and tea which was nice, the hot tub was PERFECT after a long day of hiking and was the ultimate reason we chose this property, the entire outside space was welcoming and charming. Plenty of towels and everything worked great.
Communication between owner was easy and fast. My only feedback (which is small) would be more wine glasses, there were only 2 and 1 appeared cracked. There were only 2 of us staying, but if we did have a full house this super tiny aspect would be an easy fix.
I would highly recommend this property and would totally consider staying again in the future.

This was the perfect little getaway spot with family & friends. 8 of us fit perfect with extra space. Kitchen is pretty well equipped, had pretty much everything we didn’t pack. Location is nice. Hot Tub is perfect. Definitely would stay at this spot again!

Wonderful property for family or large group!
Our group of 8 just finished 2 nights of camping and 28 hours of running at the Zion Ragnar relay, so to be able to stay in such a spacious, clean and convenient property was wonderful. We all had a comfortable bed to sleep in, the kitchen and living area were great and the location optimal. Communication with our host was outstanding and she was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again when we're in Kanab...thank you!

Very nice condo in a great town
We had a great stay at this perfectly sized condo. We are a family of 4 and used this as our home base to see Zion, Bryce, and the surrounding areas. The house was clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The host checked in with us and was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location for anyone looking for lots of activities in the southern Utah area.

Nice place to stay
I have stayed in many VRBO properties and this one seems to be “new”…and still doesn’t have some amenities that I usually see in them. Basic things like no Kleenex, and a hot tub but no stairs to get you into it….so that’s a little odd. But overall a nice place. The parking is odd, so if you have multiple cars you won’t be able to park them all right at the property. Still a nice place to stay with friends so you can all be together.

Loved it!
We had a great experience! The property manager was extremely quick to respond. Beautiful views! It was very comfortable for my wife and me and our three kids. Great central location for some great hikes and National Parks. We will definitely use again!

Not bad but a few shortcomings
to get five stars the following issues need to addressed:
outdoor patio furniture downstairs is needed
patio furniture upstairs was extremely dirty, needed tidying up before we arrived
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash needed in both bathrooms, it was only supplied in one
dish towel and hand towel needed in the kitchen to avoid having to use paper towels all the time
Lamp shade in the second bedroom was very dirty
Need more than one key to the unit
Otherwise, comfortable and pleasant place to spend time
