We had an amazing time!! The house was perfect for our large group. We especially liked all being able to hang out together in the main area. All 20 can spread around the open kitchen, living room, dining table and be part of what is going on outside as well. It was perfect. We had a couple small challenges that Alex took care of immediately. He is a man of his word, which is very rare these days, especially with rentals. Will definitely rent from him again!!!

Property management company was very good about responding to a few issues. The house could have been cleaner. Previous tenants' crumbs on kitchen floor. The day we checked in I went to wipe up a spill and the cloth came up black. Very stingy with the bathroom towels. Plenty of pool towels available. Mold growing in finished basement by the treadmill. Carpeting on stairs was ripped and very poorly attached to stairs. One of the 3-year-olds was cut on the back of his leg. The carpet was replaced the next day at 8 pm which was unacceptable as we had two 3 yr. olds in bed. As for the outside there were a few broken chaise lounges still sitting by pool with a few brand-new ones not yet put together in the garage.

We had a fantastic visit here. We comfortable fit 19 people for a family reunion. The kitchen and large wooden table were perfect for our large family meals. The pool was a hightlight as well as the game room downstairs. Overall, we had a wonderful time here. We hope to come back next summer!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is in need of maintenance work, but it did not significantly impact our stay. Owner was responsive to issues that arose. I would suggest the owner invest in some updates and general maintenance.

We had a nice family gathering in this spacious house. Particularly nice was the huge dining room table with seating for 16. A number of issues with the house were encountered and attention to these would improve the experience. The pool pump developed a leak, causing the heater to shut off midweek when the water level fell to a certain point. Not sure if that could have been anticipated. One toilet was leaking when flushed, reported the day after check-in, and it was not repaired during our stay. A leak was discovered under a bath vanity that was reported during check-out. The fire extinguisher in the kitchen was empty. There was no crock pot in the kitchen – thankfully we had brought one of our own. Two window air conditions had significant gaps around the units that could let bugs or critters enter the room if left that way. These items were reported to the host at check-out who indicated they would all be fixed ASAP. If they are addressed, the stay would be even better.

Hey, we are about to check out. The house is cold again. I strongly suggest before your next guests arrive that you get your HVAC issue permanently resolved. This house is uninhabitable. When we arrived, the house was absolutely freezing. It seemed like the heat was off for days. We put on all the thermostats. The house didn’t get very cold and we figured it was because the house was very big. The heat seemed to come on for a few hours and then stopped. First night, we had no heat. We all had to stay in the same room and slept in our hoodies in one room. We barely slept as we were in 56 degree weather. Completely uninhabitable and would have been dangerous if we had young children. The next day, we couldn’t shower until late afternoon because the air was so cold. I spent many hours of my Saturday troubleshooting with either yourself or the HVAC guy. He came and fixed it and said the reason it wasn’t working is because a maintenance/cleaning wasn’t done that was needed. I had to learn HVAC repair for the first time in my life to ensure my friends and family didn’t freeze. I had to manually fix multiple times after he left, each effort was short lived. We woke up the next day, thermostat was at 62. Nobody wanted to wake me up to fix it. But most guests complained that the house was extremely uncomfortable and were sleeping in hoodies.
