We spent time in various locations this trip and decided to stay closer to Dana Point. This small 2 bedroom 2 bathroom had everything we needed and more and worked well for two couples. The beach gear was a bonus and the hot tub was amazing. The beach is a quick walk for great sunsets, a view, walk etc. As the listing warned, stairs are a must to get down to the Oceanside but well worth it if you’re able. A washer dryer (in detached garage) would be great if staying longer than the weekend. We would definitely stay in this quiet condo with peekaboo views again!

This spot was clean and well stocked. In a great location close to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was! Will return.

Very nice place. Ocean view from the large spacious deck. Though we didn’t use the hot tub; it looked inviting and was well serviced. Rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very peaceful and nice. The walk to the beach was close and easy. Having the detached two car garage was a huge plus! We recommend this condo for anyone looking for a nice quiet relaxing getaway.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location is excellent, 5 mins from the beach and the property was very well equipped. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend

Great location, unfortunately not clean (relayed this to Vacasa upon arrival), a few things broken (could not get air to turn on because of new filter needed, etc).

Ants, dirty floors, and the parking garage where laundry is located is around the corner from the condo with no direct access- very inconvenient. Not a great stay.

The following things were a bummer: We had to deal with a lot of ants!!! In all the rooms. Even on our food and baby belongings. Not cool. There were broken drawers in the main bathroom, so we couldn’t even use them. The main shower door was broken. The garage door was on a automatic timer, which is not safe with kids (when you have no idea it is). It actually closed when we were unpacking and scratched the back of our truck. This should be noted for guests-It beeps as a warning, but not enough time to move (their) belongings to accommodate a larger vehicle. Also, we were told no early check-in was available, due to deep cleaning, however, the cleaning staff left at 2:00 while we were going to find parking. That was annoying, considering we had parking available in the garage.

Great location, well-stocked, comfortable and beautiful outdoor space within a short walk to green space, trail & beach. Felt like a local! And the local property managers were great!

The home was nice & clean. It was nicely renovated & had a great view of the pier. Close to the trail as well. I enjoyed my stay.

This condo was the perfect fit for us on our beach vacation. Location, view, and the deck were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were very nice and we did enjoy the stay. However the zero noise policy after 10 made us feel restricted. Neighbor to the right was kinda militant about us just sitting in the Hot tub after 10pm. He obviously does that on a regular basis. My wife spent the entire weekend whispering after that 🙉 Maybe I missed the review about the strict enforcement about the noise but that was kind of a buzz kill. Great place thou, Thank you.

We had an great stay. However, the hot tub was unusable and the kids were disappointed. I tried to contact the property numerous times with no response on the issue. It also stated that it slept 6 (we are a family of 6) however, I would say it slept more like 4-5 depending on how close you are with your family. Great views and great neighborhood!
