We came for a quick stay while moving in my son to UNCW. The location is awesome and the apartment was beautiful. We even got to see a movie being shot outside the apartment during our stay.

This was our second time staying at this location and was fantastic again. Everything was perfect. Condo was super clean and great location in historic district. Close to restaurants and river walk. Also, close enough for easy day trip to the beach. Highly recommend.

I stayed here while visiting to attend a conference and this condo was absolutely beautiful and in a great location! I was a little worried about being so close to the bars and the airport but surprisingly didn’t hear much of any outside noise. Tamara was excellent with communication and made the check in process super easy. Also she took care of the details that I wouldn’t have even thought of such as make up wipes, extra plush towels (and many of them!), aromatherapy shower steamers, ample amounts of coffee and tea! It definitely made my stay super relaxing and worry free

Nice property with everything we needed & more. Quality linens, pillows & towels. Hosts were very attentive. Advised us of restaurants, shopping & the area attractions.
Everything was as expected, by the description & photos. Floors & bathrooms were very clean. I love the glass shower doors! No shower curtains!
Parking was a breeze because of the parking pass & the lot being so close. Unload first, then park 1/2 block away. We could see our car from the condo. The Village Market is next door across the street. Convenient for snacks & staples.
I would definitely stay here again. The only drawback was the straight up 24 steps. But it was good exercise & didn’t deter us from coming & going. And I’m getting old! Haha!

The rental unit was above our expectations. It was modern and clean. Well stocked kitchen with wine glasses and tableware. Nice towels and beds were so comfortable. The skylights throughout were delightful. The only negative was some loud music at night. But the owners had sound machines in each bedroom that kept it from being too annoying. Perfect location. Everything was within walking distance. I would definitely rent again.

We visit Wilmington at least 4-5 times a year and usually stay at hotels. This is now our choice when we return. All questions were quickly answered and it was like saying a home. My husband loved the coffe/tea bar. No complaints here!

Newly renovated 2B/2B condo right in the heart of downtown Wilmington. It is a close walk to plenty of restaurants, bars, and attractions. One parking space is included, but there is easy access to other paid parking. The host provided a lot of extras and was very accommodating to our group. We highly recommend considering a stay here. We will certainly return!

We absolutely love this property!! This was our second trip to downtown Wilmington for a long weekend and second time staying at this property. If your plan is to visit downtown Wilmington and need something convenient. This is the place! You are walking distance to everything and the host are amazing!

The hosts could not have been more helpful. Our nine year old grandson visited and was amazed at the room set apart just for kids with games, TV and a huge bean bag chair. We will definitely use Tamara and Bobby in the future.

This gorgeous condo was absolutely spotless and felt brand new. All finishes were very high end and offered everything we needed for a fun weekend in Wilmington. The location is amazing. Tons of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The hosts could not have been easier to work with and even let us know the condo was available for early check in. No detail has been overlooked and we definitely plan to return! Tamara and Bobby - thank you again. Your attention to detail really shows.

This place was perfect for my daughters wedding. It is close to the venues and walkable to everything downtown. It is very well equipped and appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Tamara checked in with us to be sure our needs were met and we were so happy with our time spent in Wilmington. Thank you!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our baby moon. It was close enough to downtown that we could walk around and be back to the VRBO in a matter of minutes. Tamara and Bobby would great host, very communicative and provided detail information on everything we needed from check-in to check-out. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a nice getaway close to downtown!

We spend a great 4 days over 4th of July at this little gem in the middle of the Historic district. It is exactly as described on the website, very clean! The owners are very responsive and a joy to deal with.

Everything was wonderful about Tamara’s place. Having the car pass was a major perk for us, and being greeted with Prosecco was a warm, welcoming gesture. The unit’s pristine cleanliness meant the world to us, especially given the last years with Covid. The kitchen was so well appointed and we loved the coffee bar. Linens and towels were top notch and beds were comfy. The noise machines and outlet connections were very thoughtful extra details. We appreciated the upscale and ample lighting and ceiling fans in the whole unit. Also enjoyed our coffee in the rocking chairs out on the balcony. We were so well located in the historic district, walkable to shops, restaurants, and the Riverwalk.
Tamara was a great communicator and checked in with us periodically to assure we had everything we needed. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in Wilmington!

This condo is beautiful, well stocked with all necessities and immaculately clean. Our only advice is that if you are a light sleeper the location is very noisy at night. There are several bars on the street that play loud music late into the night and into the early morning. I slept fine but my husband and our friends did not sleep well. It’s a shame as the location is great for restaurants and tourist spots.

We had a wonderful time in Wilmington visiting my son and his family. This property fit the bill perfectly! It was clean, spacious and beautiful. We got our exercise getting up and down the stairs to the unit and can always appreciate the workout! It is located downtown and easily walkable to all the shoppes. Tarentelli’s Italian Restaurant located downstairs is fabulous!!

Our entire experience celebrating our brother-in-law’s retirement was wonderful, from our first communication through checkout. Tamara and Bobby are great hosts, and the accommodations and attention to details are top notch! Great location, amenities, and service! We will definitely stay here again when we are in Wilmington.

This property is a fabulous location downtown. We were able to walk to all the downtown amenities - shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and the parking across the street was very convenient.
The apartment is impeccable. The bed (in the master bedroom) is super comfortable (we didn’t use the 2nd bedroom) and the bathrooms are very modern and clean. We didn’t really use the kitchen which is small but again very modern and clean. It has everything you need, and the coffee machine with both coffee and creamer was a welcome amenity.
We didn’t need to reach out to Tamara for anything during our stay but she checked in with us to ensure we were happy with the apartment. We would definitely consider booking this apartment again if we were visiting Wilmington again.

Stayed here for our annual girls shopping trip! Very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were great. We had a need arise during our stay and it was handled quickly. Communication was property manager was excellent. It is located in a great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend having dinner at Tarantelli's (below the condo) and Circa 1922. Both restaurants were delicious! Also recommend The Fork 'N' Cork for lunch. We enjoyed our time in Wilmington.

The condo was beautifully updated with all the newest appliances and very clean. It is located in the middle of all the action; surrounded by all the good stores & restaurants. Our hosts were very on top of all anticipated needs. You could tell they have a lot of pride in being hosts, which was very nice to experience. Everything was wonderful and we can't wait to come back!

We had a delightful three days in the historic area of Wilmington. Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was spotless, well appointed with furnishings and appliances, except no dishwasher. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we loved having ceiling fans throughout the living spaces. We had 2 cars so one of us had to pay to park in a lot next door and had to renew payment at 7 am every morning. We were within a few blocks of the River Front and walked to each of our three dinner reservations, which we loved. Out only complaint was the very loud music coming from a nearby bar until 2 am. The bedrooms had sound machines but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring noise canceling head phones or ear plugs. The owner was very pleasant and responsive and I definitely recommend this property.
