This house was a perfect place for our group of 15. The house accommodated all of us very well. We ranged in ages from 2 to 62. Each bedroom has their own bathroom with rooms providing the option for standup showers or a bathtub. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook and store food for leftovers. There is a coffee pot, Keurig, small air fryer, crock pot, blender and toaster to meet all your needs. The location is great and the access to the private beach is perfect. Only downside to the private beach is you cannot bring your own tent. You have to rent the umbrellas on the beach per the HOA. You are in walking distance to coffee and a winery, or you can take the golf cart. Truly a beautiful home and the perfect place to gather with friends and family.

I have always been skeptical about reviews because some are amazing than a few days or weeks later they are the worse. This house will not disappoint. There were 17 of us from 1 1/2 to 70. Every bedroom had an incredible comfy king size bed and there own bathroom. The 2 bunk rooms also had great beds. The golf cart was a plus. The private beach you can walk to unless you need to bring beach things and small children but close enough to make trips with golf cart. Amazing places to eat close by that you could walk to. We had more than enough space. Huge TV’s everywhere. Outside pool was a good size for us and we used it everyday. My Haven was amazing. We had minor things and they were right there. The only thing I would ask is the outside TV did not work at all. Since we spent so much time outside that would have been nice. They did measure for a new one but wasn’t installed before we left. Also one thing you cannot bring canopies, tents to the private beach which of course we would have liked to use with the little ones but you can at the public beaches. We had the best time altogether. Hope you do to.

Let’s Flamingle was very accommodating with the space needed for our large group of 17. The beds were very comfortable and each room having it’s own bathroom have each individual the needed privacy. The amenities such as the golf cart and pool made our stay at Let’s Flamingle a great choice. The staff at My Vacation Haven were very accommodating when the original rental fell through and recommended Let’s Flamingle which ended up being an awesome choice. The staff was available via text/phone to answer any questions. Thanks My Vacation Haven for making our annual family trip full of great memories!

This was the perfect home for our time in Miramar Beach! We were there for my daughter’s wedding and needed a place to accommodate adults to include some members of the wedding party. Everything about this home was just what we needed. The large spacious bedrooms with king size beds was a game changer for us. Every bedroom, including the bunk rooms had their own bathrooms. A house like this was hard to find. We will definitely return again for another vacation. Thank you!

The owner has done a great job of stocking this house with beach/pool toys and floats The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of dishes and other misc appliances. The house was plenty big for our large family (16 of us) and the neighborhood was peaceful and very well maintained. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to others looking in the area. Management was great and fast to respond.

Overall, this house was wonderful! It was clean and neat. There are plenty of bedrooms that accommodates people at various ages. Pool set up is fun and relaxing. We enjoyed everything about this house!! My only suggestion would be to purchase different types of pillows for the bedrooms.

This was the perfect house for our vacation! Our whole family was able to comfortably fit into the house. The large table helped facilitate family dinners every evening. The pool was the perfect sized and the younger kids loved it (especially when the beach was a little too rough). It is quite a walk to the private beach (when you have smaller children). We rented the gold cart but did not realize that there is no where to park it when going to the private beach so it was not as helpful as we thought it would be. Overall, would visit again and recommend.

Communication with rental company was good as needed. Do not come early, you will not be let into the house until designated time given by rental company. House was great for large families, pool was clean and sufficient size. During our stay we called regarding a broken gas grill and grill was replaced the next day without issue. Some cons: Upon rental(in October 2022)home did not include golf cart. Upon review, in March, house price was reduced and golf cart was included. When I called the rental company they told me "they have sales from time to time" and would not add the golf cart at no additional cost even though we paid more to rent then it was currently listed for. Staff was not helpful on the phone regarding this issue. Otherwise when texting about the grill, texts were pleasant and courteous. Overall, we had a great trip with a great house but not pleased by the overprice and additional charge for golf cart

Great home within walking distance to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and really well kept homes. The house was clean, pool was big enough for all 9 kids to swim and have fun all week. The bedrooms were all very nice size with their own bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals all week. We had a very small issue with a sink and they came immediately to fix it. The whole experience was wonderful!!

This amazing vacation home checked all the boxes!! Not only was it beautifully decorated with all the beach vibes, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need to feed a large group like ours! The beds were all super comfortable, TVs in every room! The two sets of washer /dryers to handle all the groups laundry! The home was clean and the management team was responsive to all our questions. The golf cart was a fun add on and helpful to get around. We had 19 in our group and not a single complaint. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the pool after long days at the beach close by. It was all around perfect and best vacation rental ever!

This home was incredibly beautiful, well-appointed, decorated, comfortable, spacious, and everything we wanted in a vacation rental. It was close to the beach, in a gated community, and we loved the feel of the Miramar Beach area. The management company was able to answer all of my questions and deliver on all of my requests promptly and professionally. The included golf cart was so much fun-- a nice addition to the property. I cannot say enough good things about this home, area, or owners-- we want to come back!

This house was everything we wanted when searching for a place to celebrate an 80th birthday with family. The house was immaculate and communication was always answered within minutes. Great location, close to so many things and a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful but was not our first pick. The house we rented in March all of a sudden was no longer available and I was emailed 5 days before flying to Florida. We picked let’s flamingle for the spacious house and the beautiful outdoor area. But when we got there the pool was too cold to swim in and the outdoor TV didn’t work. We rented the original house because of the pickleball courts and were under the impression we could still use them but even though I reached out to the rental agency, no one would respond to my texts or email. Overall a beautiful house but disappointed with what was expected.

Fantastic Trip!
It was our family’s first time visiting Miramar Beach area and our accommodations did not disappoint! The house was great and we had plenty of room inside and outside. The pool was a big hit and enjoyed by all. We appreciated the stocked kitchen as it had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house was situated just a few blocks from the beach and the private entrance was conveniently located. Let’s Flamingle suited our needs and worked out perfectly!

Beautiful home
We were the first to stay in this house and it was excellent. The neighborhood is nice and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are close too. Also highly recommend renting a golf cart to cruise the area.
