Love this place. Perfect central and beautiful location, courteous and personable staff. Room was nicely renovated and private. The beach is beautiful and the option of the fire pit and swings is awesome. Will definitely be back. Suuuper comfy beds.

I did have to ask for a lamp, as there wasn't a bedside lamp, but the staff promptly delivered.

I love the new updates to the property, the renovated rooms. plus the ocean view out your door is unbeatable!

it’s a bit loud, when the construction started too can hear a lot, so I’m not sure but mob hit be really loud if someone staying above. (happy to say the construction started after 10 though!)

Location to beach and downtown Parksville, renovations done, service and what is provided in the suite. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The view is very nice and we were only steps from the beach and shopping. We would have used the picnic table, lawn chairs and fire pits had it been a little warmer.

The fat pillows which now seem to be the standard for most hotels.

this location cannot be beat and we had such a blast during our stay! we were travelling as a family of 4 and our friends were coming with their family a couple days after us as well. the staff were great about accommodating our requests to stay side by side on the ground floor and they even cleaned our friends room early so they could check in as soon ad possible. the staff were amazing and friendly throughout, checking on us a few hours after checkin to make sure we had everything we needed. they provided us the use of a volleyball so we could utilize the beach volleyball area right in front of our unit which was so much fun and we got to mini golf for free at the castle mini fold up the street! the units are on the dated side but they’re clean, plenty big with everything you really need and beds for everyone, and the location is amazing. you get to wake up and go to sleep every day enjoying the ocean right in front of you l, and the kids can run out to play in the swings or walk the beach in plain sight. the bonfire pits were also awesome, a great way to end the day. we’ve stayed just about everywhere in Parksville but this may be my favourite just for the location and amenities. we will definitely return! thanks to the staff for an awesome time!

Older building with limited air circulation. Room was very warm even in colder weather.

Simply good. It got everything I needed. We love the outdoor space and the million dollar view. We were there an hour early and they let me check in. Also they fixed the stove right away .

The kettle was old and smelly.

This is a pet friendly hotel, unfortunately some pet owners left their pet(s) in the room alone for hours, very inconsiderate to everyone who had to listen to dogs barking nonstop

The room was spacious. nice kitchenette with all things you need in the kitchen. The location is super. Really close to the boardwalk and has its own yard connected to the beach. Restaurants / grocery stores are close by as well. Access to the highway is fast. The room I stayed on the first floor was nice set up. Would be enough even for 2 couples - one bed is in the main area while the other bed is in the entrance room that has a door which you can close. Super friendly staff! Good value for the money even though the faculties are not the newest.

Really nothing would definitely stay again if I were in the are. One of the beds was a bit squeeky in my room.

The location is perfect, right on the beach. Beautiful views. Very friendly, attentive and informative staff. The complementary mini golf was an added bonus!

Location was perfect on the beach and easy to locate having the kitchennete and use of bbq was a great bonus
