The apartment is large and well appointed. The bathroom/shower is also very good. Kitchen facilities are excellent as is security. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. There is an excellent Brasserie right next door which serves delicious meals at a reasonable price, plus a wonderful patisserie a short walk away.

The garage was just large enough for my car (mid-sized) and the access to the underground area was quite constricted and the turning area challenging. The road outside is quite busy so sleeping with windows open was not feasible and the room could get quite warm despite a small evaporative air-conditioner.

Internal renovation

A lot of things, there were trash in the house from previous guest not cleaned, the bed was almost broken with big spots both burned and not cleaned, the tea pot had a strange loud noise that after my baby slept, we were not able to use it, the check in and check out is autonomous and not only complicated but also you need to park your car outside and bring back the keys to the apartment, the garage is extremely small but lack of keys we were not close it but also we had to go in the street and walk 4 minutes to get to the car and house, the sheets seem unclean and smelly.

The apartment itself was okay, and the bed was comfy. The staff were patient with us.

Felt a little awkward in the neighborhood, even though it was only a 2km walk to the old town. Checking in and getting garage access was difficult, but mainly because we struggled to understand French and use technology properly.

A wonderfull, large and charming appartment where everything inside is new and well furnished. Close to everything in Grenoble with an easy access to any place.
