Heerlijk verblijf, mooie frisse hippe uitstraling. Ontbijtbuffet (muffin, diverse broodjes, ei naar keuze, koffie, locale specialiteiten, juice, yoghurt, fruit etc.) Aardige bediening Dion & Mahi. Heerlijk gezeten bij de receptie met kranten en heerlijke cappuccino. Naast metro University. 2 haltes van LULU mall. Zwembad en gym. Zo aardig van Akhil dat hij een ontbijtje to go had geregeld omdat we heel vroeg vertrokken. TV met Engelse filmkanalen!

Planten in het hotel bij liften en zwembad hebben wel water nodig! Meer ligbedden bij zwembad zou fijn zijn

It is only the Location, Nothing else

I took Two Suites, which were not worth the money spent, as there were not many food varieties in the restaurant and they closed at 10:00 pm after that room service was also unavailable. Business service is not available hard to work away from the Office, Universal adapters are not available, and it is the first time staying in a Suite without a smart TV. Not recommended for International Travellers, No idea about the Locals.

New hotel, neat and clean

Very minimilistic, plastic cutlery, basic facilities lacking in rooms

Location is very good. Metro station next to hotel. Lulu International Mall only 2 stops away where there are many restaurants. Spacious and clean rooms, but bed mattress was too soft. It needed replacing. This hotel was expensive for when I booked, so am critical for the money I paid.

Location for proximity to airport was good and easy highway into the main part of Kochi. Room was nicely decorated, rooftop pool and area was nice

Staff were super unfriendly and noncommunicative - seemed annoyed to do their job. Had to ask reception 7 times over 2 days to get someone to help with the safe and to get an extra towel (only one provided) and toilet paper (only 10% of a single roll provided upon check in). Some issues with communication (English) and we were disappointed with general lack of support from the staff for a 'four star' hotel on Booking.com. Room was noisy and not soundproof, and the breakfast area was dirty and rarely cleaned. Maybe not the right hotel for international travellers, but perhaps better for single business travellers not needed any perks. For the price, you can get a much higher quality hotel down the road.
