The location is great, 5 min by car to the beach, available free parking on the street, perfect view on the balcony!

a good idea is to make cosmetic repairs to the walls. There is no table to eat inside the flat, only on the balcony (great for summer but can be an issue in winter).

Very nice location, 10 minutes walk to the center, 2 minutes by Uber which is a great deal. The apartment is super cozy. Equipped with everything a family needs. And this widescreen TV took our movie nights to another level :) We spent a very good time.
