Lay out was perfect for my needs, I was running late and phoned ahead, and arranged a new time for arrival. Was greeted on arrival and shown around and left me to it. The property was prefect size for me and felt like a home instead of a hotel which I spend 5 days a week in for my job. I knew the area of Shrewsbury so was easy to walk into town to the wonderful bars, pubs and restaurants and catch up with friends. If your looking for something different but comfortable and homely then I would recommend this beautiful garden house.
Was a little dusty and someone else hair in the shower, the shower stand I kept bumping into while washing, would recommend moving that under the shower unit.

The location was perfect for me. There was everything available that was needed in the accommodation. It was exceptionally clean and well looked after. Hosts were on hand should there have been any questions. A really good find!

In a great location for where I needed to be, very clean and had all the things i could need in the property, ie cutlery etc. Hosts seemed like a lovely couple. Would definatley stay there again

It had everything for a Alf catering stay. The private outside space in summer would be a plus.

Cosy, warm, well equipped, comfortable bed, hot water, great shower, great TV with viewing options. Friendly hosts. Very convenient for walking into centre.

Perfect location for my needs. Compact accommodation with everything needed for a short stay. Very clean and nicely decorated.
Some information on what we could recycle and which bins we should use would have been good, but wasn't a real issue.

Quite small but exactly what we expected. Well appointed and well planned to make the most of the space. Absolutely fine for a short break. The outside space is a particularly nice feature. We liked the fact that we could explore Shrewsbury without using our car.
Didn’t meet the host but communication and arrangements for keys were good.

A great little place with everything we needed for a few days stay.
Modern, bright and comfortable with good sized sleeping, lounge areas and bathroom: Well equipped and with a lovely little outside area.
The owners have done a good job in the setup and have parking on the drive too.

Cosy little garden house. Pretty little patio outside. Lovely and quiet. Soap and shower gel supplied and lovely fluffy towels.
Bus stop just a short walk for the bus into town if you don't fancy walking the 25 or so minutes.
Nice pub nearby. Would certainly stay again.
Although we had a cooler for drinks, it wasn't really suitable for 'food' items if you wished to cook your own food.
The patio area could have done with a sweep and the table wiped but not a big problem really.
Due to the wet weather a door mat would have been a bonus.

The property was small but perfectly formed. It was very clean and well equipped. It was nice to have a private enclosed outdoor space and parking. The owners were very pleasant and helpful.

What a wonderfully clean, comfy and cosy find just a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre. A quiet location not far from The Boat House Inn, so really handy for lovely riverside walks. A couple of other pubs in the area and a quirky little convenience store about 10 minutes walk away on Woodfield Road. Dawn and Mike have thought of everything for a great stay. We so enjoyed the studio and the private little courtyard and would definitely book again.

Clean, tidy and well presented property. Short taxi ride into Shrewsbury. Would recommend this property to others.
All we would say is the sink is a little low in the bathroom and the shelf could be higher as it’s a little tricky trying to brush teeth ect.

It was spotlessly clean, excellent communication with the owners. A great use of compact space. Everything you need for a short stay. Tastefully decorated and better than some hotels. Very comfortable bed and nice towels.

Had to travel up for a family funeral but having somewhere this nice to stay definitely made the hard couple of days much more comfortable! We truly can’t fault it, spotlessly clean and had everything we could need!

The place was excellent. A very clean and tidy studio with a small garden. It had everything - kitchen space, living space, bedroom and a bathroom. Place to park the car too.
The bathroom door was a bit squeaky but I put a bit of cooking oil and it worked. :)

ideal location to walk into town, with perfect onsite parking to keep your car off the road. the Garden House is perfect to keep yourself local to town and also to enjoy the privacy of your own place.

We liked everything. Everything felt private, a very good use of space with everything that could be needed. Close to a business park and close to Shrewsbury town, bith with in walking distance. Fab little touches suck as salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, foil, oil etc as well as homely touches like throw pillows, hangers and even the Buddha in the corner of the garden was fab.
Not a dislike as such but noticed that there weren't any mats to wipe feet on when coming in from outside. Sorry if there were any foot prints left. Picked the perfect snowy weekend to visit 🤦♀️

Beautiful cabin, with everything we needed. Shame the weather was too cold to sit in the private patio area. Clean, warm, plenty of storage and perfect for what we wanted. Comfortable bed, free WiFi, private and parking available. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely look if available next time wanting to stay in Shrewsbury. Only 5 minute drive to town, or short walk if preferred.

The location is a bit far from the city center. It takes about 20 - 30 minutes by walking. The environment is quiet with privacy. The room is clean and comfortable. The pantry is well equipped with oven, microwave, induction hood and all necessary utensils. There is parking space outside the house. The TV is a smart TV with many channels. Highly recommend.

Warm and cozy, much better than a hotel room as you can cook your own food and have more privacy.
The TV would have been nice facing the bed so you can watch it in there and although the blinds were fine, would prefer some curtains in the back next to the bed. Just minor things nothing to worry about
