Tolle Lage und direkte Anbindung ans Zentrum.

Location is good a little out of the downtown area but we rented bikes so the 2.5 km ride to downtown was easy. The staff were very helpful and even gave us a ride from the train station to our apartment.

The shower is small, the beds are uncomfortable, the top bed on the bunk bed didn't have a safety rail. The towels are cheap. Despite being described as a beach destination they don't provide beach towels. The couch is a futon, not good to sit on, not good to sleep on. The Internet doesn't work throughout the apartment. We had to connect one of our phones to the wifi outside of the apartment, then open the front door and place the phone on a chair outside and use it as a wifi hotspot to have service in the dining/ living room. The tv is to small for the room.

Pineto itself with an endless beautiful sand beach and pine trees, the apartment is close to the beach - though a bit of a hike on the way back. Caring owners, ready to assist to solve any inconvenience - where it was possible. Surprisingly, rather calm despite of the pool in the internal yard of the building.

Unfortunately, it was a great deal to cope with buying groceries without a car. If you arrive by car - no problem, there are several supermarkets in the neighborhood, but by foot it is too far. Ground floor apartment was not worth the money at all, with ants and broken furniture/utilities. But those rooms on the upper floors were more or less fine. Wi-fi only reachable in a few spots of the place, and mobile network is weak at this spot.

in general, the condition of the rooms and the hotel fully meets expectations and provides the promised conditions. but there were a few surprises that would have been better known in advance.

the hotel is located pretty far from all facilities, you will have to drive or walk at least half an hour to the nearest shop or cafe. The reception is almost always closed. Apparently there was an employee there when we checked in, it was a stroke of luck, thank you. thereafter every day we saw only the lock on the door. By the way, be prepared to carry your luggage to the 4th floor without an elevator. one day the electricity was turned off and it did not work until the evening, I had to call the administrator (it's good that roaming worked). for umbrellas on the beach you will be required to pay, this is the most unpleasant thing. because I could pay for an umbrella on another beach, which is located closer to the amenities!
