Great House

This was our favourite villa of our whole trip! It’s a beautiful home in a nice quiet area, the house was absolutely spotless on arrival and all the little touches made all the difference. Our kids loved the sweeties and the shampoo/shower gel etc were welcomed. The outdoor area is also fantastic, we made use of the BBQ and the pool was a great temp even for April. The only thing was the midges (no-see-ums in the US) meant we couldn’t sit outside after dusk - take bug repellant!
The villa is in a good location for heading out to Clearwater beach, and for Tampa and St Petersburg.
We would highly recommend and will be back!

The backyard is so relaxing and gorgeous! It was the perfect backdrop for our Thanksgiving. The home was well-stocked and mostly clean with the exception of the bathroom vents. Communication was great and we had no trouble with gaining access.

After a bad start because they had a new router and internet instructions were incorrect. Finally got the correct router information and password but none of the TV's were connected to it so we had to spend our time to set up all of the TV's. After that, the rest of the stay was very nice. Home is comfortable and nicely updated. It is in a nice mid-county location in a quiet residential neighborhood. I would suggest getting more kitchenware: plates, silverware, glassware, bowls. I would also suggest a set of plastic kitchenware for the pool area. An electric mixer would have been nice to have. We enjoyed our visit and recommended this property.

Clean nice house on a quiet street updated interior. pool could have been warmer and firepit did not work The canal was nice saw a dolphin. Overall nice rental.

The house was ok.
It was not really well cleaned when we arrived (there was garbage in the terrace box, the couch on the terrace had a lot of stains - we had to put a sheet on it, the grill was unusable). We complaint and the agency told us that the grill has been cleaned again - we did not notice any difference. Of course I do not expect a brand new grill, but this was absolutely not acceptable.
In addition, the door to the garage could not be locked.
Overall we were not happy and told the agency that we see a refund as justified, but they told us that they cannot give any.
We would not book it again. We rented already other houses in this area and were much happier.

We loved this house and the canal behind the house was amazing! The pool was clean and it is in a nice residential quiet neighborhood. Going to rent this place again!

We loved this house. It was just the right size for the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids). It was very clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The neighborhood is very quiet. The full size (real) soaps at the sinks and shampoos/conditioners were a nice touch, along with the snacks. We had an issue getting in as the code we were given didn't work but that was fixed in short order. Maybe add a pizza cutter and a mat/rug as you come in from the (back) outside area but otherwise everything was great!

Pool area was great, spent most of our time there. Beds were very comfortable and house was very clean.
Kitchen could use a few more essentials but overall manageable.
Check in with the keypad was confusion and lack of communication as far as the code to enter.

We stayed here for a week with another couple. The house was nice and was clean. I felt that the kitchen lacked some essentials compared to other places we have stayed. Also it would have been a bonus to us to have some beach equipment for beach days we purchased a cooler and left it in hope’s future guests would enjoy it. The outside lani and pool area could use some attention, the entire week we were there no one came to clean the pool. We had a problem with dead worms on the bottom. We tried to keep it clean ourselves. We did not let it detour our pool days by any means. We vacation in Florida every year and this location was great but we have had nicer places for less money.

We love this property! When we got to Florida after a 20 Hour Drive we were exhausted. Getting to this location was like coming home. The kids jumped right in the swimming pool which was very clean and perfect temperature. It's also a salt water pool. There was snacks and candy on the counter for the kids in the house smelled wonderful the beds were comfortable And we had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

This was a lovely house with an amazing outdoor space that made it the best! We enjoyed sitting outside and watching manatee in the waterway. The pool was great, the house was clean, and it is a short drive to everything (restaurants, ballpark, beaches). Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the entire house. Originally our grandkids had planned to come with us, but school activities changed that. We however enjoyed the house, swimming pool, and local visits to the beach. The house was one of the cleanest that I have stayed in. Cute decorating and plenty of room in the house for the 2 of us. We visited Clearwater area and Honeymoon island and enjoyed the entire area. Weather was beautiful and warm. It would be perfect for a family.

This is a marvelous property with a great view of the creek behind the house, and the just-right-size pool w/ a pool person who comes 2x/wk to clean it. The public rooms are in the center of the house, w/ a bedroom on either side, which is nice for privacy. The owners have thoughtfully supplied all the things you need for a week+ stay, such as towels, laundry detergent, bathroom soap and body wash, plus a sweet welcome gift. There was a slight hitch w/ the key code upon our arrival, but it was easily and quickly solved by text communication by the management. Instagram and Grubhub can deliver to this location if you're not in the mood for grocery shopping or cooking. We made several visits to the sugar sand beach at Clearwater, took a boat tour from St Pete Pier, and saw the Salvador Dali museum and the Arts and Crafts Movement Museum, both world-class sites not to be missed. We enjoyed the hospitality of this property very much.

We needed a nice quiet place to stay while in town visiting my brother. It was the perfect set-up. My brother and I stayed on one side, while my 90 year old mother took the master suite. The kitchen had everything, and the pool looked inviting, although the weather didn't cooperate during our stay. Still it was great to sit out there. Loved the location - it was convenient to everything we needed. Would definitely come back again.

Beautiful property!
My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The home is just like the pictures. Everything was spotless! We loved the pool and outdoor seating. All the little extra touches were awesome. Great neighborhood and close to the beach and restaurants. The only regret we had was not staying longer! Would absolutely stay here again!!
