We had a wonderful stay at this property. It looked just as pictured. It was close enough to get to most attractions we were interested in and cozy enough to relax if you didn’t feel like doing any thing. The only thing I would change is the area rugs. Didn’t feel they were needed and they were past their prime. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to this area or in need of a good staycation.

Very nice house, with hot tub and pool. Host responded to a couple of routine questions in a timely manner. Living room has high ceilings with good lighting, spacious. Near Long Beach airport so you occasionally hear a plane if you’re outside during the daytime, but flights don’t run at night. Comfortable beds, and seating with table for outside dining (even in November, it was warm enough to dine outside). Really enjoyed staying here, would recommend. Really enjoyed the hot tub…

This home was spacious & could comfortably sleep 8. Open concept with living room/kitchen (there is a step down from hallway to living room). Very clean & all toiletries provided. Full size washer & dryer with laundry supplies provided. Games/kid toys. Beautiful backyard with nice pool & jacuzzi. Owner very nice & responds quickly. Lots of close shopping & food. Safe neighborhood. Only has street parking but was never an issue. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Gina :)

Awesome set up for a relaxing, fun weekend. Pool and hot tub were great, kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, beds were comfortable, really great all around. Host was very responsive and welcoming. It is very close to the airport which is both convenient and a little loud when planes pass over. Took off a star on cleanliness because the kitchen sponge had hair in it and there wasn’t a fresh one to replace it with. Overall a minor inconvenience for an awesome stay!

We stayed at this property with our adult children and daughter-in-law. I walked in the front door and immediately knew I had chosen the right place. Large custom kitchen open to the living area with the veranda and pool/spa outside the large sliding wall of patio doors. The veranda is where we spent most of our time playing games at the large table with comfortable chairs and outdoor sofa. The pool/spa was gorgeous with 3 different levels for every age along with seating inside the pool. Our favorite was the pool night lights controlled by the ipad which changed colors. The app also controls the heat in the spa/pool. I did pay to have the pool heated as the temps were high of 68 daily. Large laundry room which we used also. Bedding very comfortable with nice white linens. We all commented how dark the rooms were to sleep in. Master bath is luxury with a walk in shower. Kitchen is very large and well appointed. This is definitely an entertainment home for families. Plenty of room for all to spread out. The home decor was California casual modern. Very lovely!
This home offers so much I cannot praise it properly.

We spent 4 nights here after taking our young kids to Disneyland for 2 days and it was a great place to unwind after the craziness of the parks.
The property is beautiful, spotless, and stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet (aside from an occasional plane flying over, which our boys loved to see and didn’t bother us at all) with a coffee shop in walking distance!
We enjoyed spending evenings swimming in the heated pool then relaxing and cooking dinner at the house.
Regina was super helpful and available for any questions we had. We all had a wonderful stay!

Beautifully remodeled/decorated home. Very quiet neighborhood (except for planes from nearby airport which wasnt a big deal at all). Backyard was very private, and the pool (on the small side but worked perfectly for my family and hot tub were perfect! Would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at the house. The pool is amazing especially since it’s gated! A great relief for families with young kids. Close to LBX for good food. Bit of a drive to the beach but not too bad.

This is an amazing property, and we would definitely stay again. It's centrally located to many attractions. Disney is about 30 mins away. The pool and spa, backyard area is amazing. The house is well appointed and stocked with things that you don't always get from rentals.

Perfect landing pad for our LA weekend. We had plans on opposite sides of town and needed something in the middle. This house was so comfortable and really provided the rest and relaxation we needed in our down time. Lots of toys for our kiddo and loved having all the extra space of a 3rd bedroom.

The pictures do not do any justice to this property. We were pleasantly surprised. It is very modern, stylish,well furnished and super clean. Gina is a wonderful host. She quickly responded to our questions.She had stocked the property with everything we needed, shampoos,conditioners,soaps etc. We even found some honey! The patio is large with comfortable chairs and string lights. The heated pool with a spa was amazing with plenty of lounge chairs.The back yard is fenced in and very well manicured. The property is in a safe and convenient location, close to everything. We wanted to just stay at the property all day!We were 3 adults and 2 children. There were plenty of toys for the kids.Our stay was more than a 5 star experience! We will definitely be returning to Gina's place every time we visit California!
