This place was perfect for my family for a week long stay at the beach. Let’s start with the balcony - you are on top of the world and it’s absolutely stunning. I appreciated the little things like the landscaping near the edge of the railing as it dictated a barrier for my toddler to abide. You can see the ocean and surrounding area for miles. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and absolutely perfect for everyone to have their space. We had some major weather potentially coming our way (luckily it swung another direction) but the property manager was in communication with me consistently asking if we were doing okay and if there was anything that they could help with in regards to the outside furniture. It was just nice to know that we had an outlet if anything did go sideways and it wasn’t just a “yeah, we will make note” brush off that you could get with others. Truly wonderful experience and would definitely book with them again!

Our family loved our stay! The huge decking was our favorite part. The lounge chairs were perfectly set up for us to watch the stars, gaze at the moon and watch the waves come in. Bonus we were able to watch the sunrise from one side and the sunset on the other. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything went well on our stay. The room was perfect and the balcony was amazing. We will stay here again for sure.

Close enough but far enough away from the main vacation spots. Private, clean beach. The condo was clean and had amazing views from sunrise to sunset. Condo was equipped with all necessary items. Kids played basketball with each other and other guests.

Condo was perfect for our family of 5, everything worked perfect (utilities, tvs etc) It was clean with an amazing view, beautiful balcony and great beach access. The pools, property were well kept and enjoyable to walk around. Close distance to shopping, restaurants but far enough away from the busier parts of the beach. Exactly what we wanted! We had no problems but if we did have a question the property managers were quick and responsive. Wonderful family vacation.

There is simply nothing negative to say. The Condo was beautiful and very accommodating. Of course our favorite part of the experience was the bountiful and stunning deck! The view was exquisite!

I love Miramar Beach...It is my happy place and plan to make future trips to the area as often as possible. Overall, this property was great. I will say I was disappointed int the condition of the terrace. The size of the terrace was the biggest reason for choosing this property. The landscaping was overgrown and dead. There was something leaking from the terrace above which caused a large black mold situation on our terrace floor. We could not enjoy the evenings out there when the roaches were skittering around our feet. It looks like there are some renovations being done and if that were the case, I would consider this to be back to a luxury condo. For now, the master bathroom spa tub was in sad shape with black mold growing in the jets. Not that I wanted to use the tub, but the shower was part of the tub combo. The kitchen was nice with new appliances and the rest of the condo seems to have been updated and beds were comfortable. As always, the beach is awesome. It would be nice to have beach set up included with the "luxury condo". There were beach chairs in the storage we could have used...but, who wants to lug chairs up and down each day? We loved the pool; it was clean and well kept. The pool bathroom area was in dire need of cleaning and updating. My final thought is that I would rent in this condo again and will definitely be back to Miramar Beach again!

The property is one I have wanted to stay at for a few years now. The condo was very clean and updated. We had absolutely everything we needed for a very comfortable weekend. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and pristinely maintained…. BUT THE VIEW… we stayed in a penthouse with a terrace!! And the view was absolutely incredible, almost 365*. Sunset and sunrise were breathtaking everyday. Will definitely be back❣️

You will not ever find another condo like this. Incredible views, and a balcony that is bigger than the condo!! The condo was very nice and you can tell recently remodeled. Brand new furniture and paint, which was nice. Great layout, but the star of the show was the balcony. This was straight out of "Cribs" just tons and tons of space. Other guests were so jealous that we had the "BIG BALCONY CONDO" The pool, grounds and beach access were great, and close to food and fun. Just nothing else compares. If you like being outside. This is position A

This property is amazing! Spacious and well maintained. Beautiful condo and the location was perfect. Walking distant to shops and restaurants. The view from the terrace is breathtaking! By far, the most beautiful beach we have see in the US. You have to see the water to believe it! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning to this paradise❤️

Vacation paradise! Great place to visit with kids. Loved the updated interior and the amazing views from the oversized balcony! Pool and amenities are great, and the beach is so clean .Booking experience was great! We are already booking our next trip.

The view from the deck was absolutely incredible. The pool and hot tubs were much needed along with the perfect location. We will be back.

Our family's stay in the condo was incredible. The condo looked like it had been completely renovated with all new appliances, furniture and also had new smart TV's in every room. Another great plus about this condo was everything was extremely clean which doesn't happen much anymore. The views were incredible and the amenities for complex were great as well from the pools to the beach access. I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely gorgeous place inside and out! When I say out... I mean the balcony on this place is HUGE... like bigger than many of the condos we've rented in the past. The condo itself inside was immaculate with seemingly new everything (bedding, furniture, towels... everything). In addition, the elevator wait time was minimal and the beach access was phenomenal. Our family truly loved this place and are thrilled that we stumbled upon it. We will definitely be going back and soon! Thank you so much for the great stay and experience

My family stayed in 1405 for a week. The accommodations are top notch and the location of the condo is very desirable. The pool area is awesome and the view is second to none. We will be staying here again.

Just returned from our Spring Break week in Destin, and while Spring Break in Destin NEVER disappoints, this year we were able to FINALLY rent one of the BIG BOY balconies at Edgewater Resort. We have vacationed at Edgewater off and on for years, and have always enjoyed the location, especially the proximity to Silver Sands outlet mall, stores, golf, restaurants and all of the fun things the kids love to do. This year, we hardly even left the balcony.. That was AMAZING and I encourage ANYONE to rent this condo and experience that outdoor space for themselves. Truly Exceeded our expectations.. The unit is fantastic and thank you to Bruce and Kara for working with us on rescheduling our trip. You guys were great.. THANK YOU AGAIN.. I will enjoy my sunburn as I return to the cold Wisconsin Winter..ugh.

Wow! Did we ever have a great vacation....just loved the place. We always try to go to the Miramar area and now we have found a place to go over and over again. Everything was awesome and the balcony was just incredible. Have never stayed in a property like this before! Can't wait to come back. Also, Warren Beach Rentals was really responsive to all of our questions.

Never stayed in a condo like this before, we had a blast out on that private balcony, Like having a Cruise ship all to yourself. The views were amazing, the condo is clean and comfortable. Just nothing else like anywhere. We are DEFINITELY coming back. Thanks Warren Beach Rentals for an amazing time. You guys are consistently excellent and just could NOT have been happier with our stay.

Word can’t describe the views from the balcony…. Can’t really call it a balcony it’s a whole house outside it’s huge. The inside is just as nice… all nice high end everything. From the foam mattresses to the kitchen spatulas are all really nice quality. Can’t say enough about how great the beach, views and the condo is…. We will definitely be back. If you are wondering if you should spend the extra… do it, you won’t be sorry!!!!!!!

Our entire family felt like royalty having that big open balcony. The photos are incredible, but nothing prepares you for that view and that sense of privacy and space from the Deck. Christy the property manager was incredible and so very helpful and that master bedroom has the MOST comfortable bed I have ever slept on. We loved it. Rent this with absolute confidence.

What an amazing beach house. The place was basically brand new on the inside and it was really nice and exceptionally clean. But what makes this place is that outdoor living area. Its just jaw dropping. The outdoor living patio is about 2X the size of the condo and the owner has brand new furniture all over so it was a great place to sit and enjoy the day no matter what time of day it was. We loved the convenience of the home and it was close to Sandestin Restaurants and Golf. Truly a great trip. Thanks Mitch and the entire team at Warren Beach Rentals.

Great vacation. White sands, emerald water, and great location. Right across the street from a grocery store and restaurants. Home was very clean with brand new appliances and furnishings. Very comfortable beds, living room furniture, and outdoor furniture. Kitchen was very well stocked. Felt like home. No long waits for the elevators. The winds were very strong when we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the terrace as much as we would have liked. Were able to get some games and puzzles from the Edgewater office to enjoy with our boys. We had a great time and would certainly return.
