The house is in a good location and indoor facility is are okay, but back yard and garage dirty with garbage and untidy stuffs

Nice comfortable. Feels like home

The house was as depicted in the photos. The backyard was unkept, but as it was cold, we didn't use the backyard. We checked in later than planned. When we entered the house, we noticed it was colder than expected. We checked the thermostat and upped the temp. We waited and it never got any warmer. I called the number provided to report there was no heat coming on. Also there was no hot water, after 15 minutes of running the hot tap. The property manager told me to wait a couple of hours to see if it came on. He stated he would call me back. I never got a call. I then reported to the owner and Vrbo online what was happening. Contact with the property manager was unsuccessful by Vrbo. Needless to say, we had no where else to go. Some of us had traveled for more than six hours. We had to sleep in a house that had an indoor temperature of 12° Celsius. I called the owner Saturday morning. I again explained what was happening. The property manager called me back and stated that he had called someone but had no idea when someone would come to make repairs. He said he'd call me back. I never heard from him. Subsequently, I found another rental for Saturday night. We were unable to use the house at all on Saturday, as it was too cold to do anything but stay covered in blankets. We were holding a Celebration of Life for my husband who passed away in early March. The added stress these events caused me are inexcusable. It's really unfortunate these events occurred.

Great location, big value and good amenities. Hosts were on point, and overall very happy with our 2-nighter. Consider refreshing a few more functional pool cues.

Averting was nice but the owner is an opportunist because during the entire stay he didn't come to do any inspection, leaving his inspection until the end and lying saying that something was missing so that he couldn't defend us by accusing us of a lie, it wasn't good

The house was very spacious. There was lots of room for our group of adults and 2 children. The area was quiet.

Great place... clean... good location...needed a few more towels for the shower...overall had a great time and it served my family well! Brian

Great stay and comfort with you. No issue. Only problem we faced was babeque. The flame was low not enough to cook any thing. Other than that every thing was good.
