Clean, quiet and well equipped at a good price

This was most ideal for our needs. We wanted a base to stay at that would be reasonably priced and clean, while being close to all the outdoor adventures we had planned. “Gram’s place” definitely met all of our wishes. Gary was very good at reaching out to us with all pertaining info, the apartment was easy to find, extremely clean and stocked well with all the basics. Would HIGHLY recommend this cute apartment!

This home was really wonderful. They thought of everything. It was very clean and neat. Very quiet. They provided everything you can think of that you would need. It was easy to find. It was all on one level. The king size bed was so comfortable. The living room seating was also very comfortable. We would definitely recommend you stay here!

Having the cute, cozy place to relax during our little getaway to Kanab was ideal.
The kitchen was good sized and made making breakfasts and packing lunches for our hikes easy and convenient. We appreciated that they had salt/pepper/coffee and other small “essentials” so that we didn’t have to buy them.
Having a washer and dryer in the unit was key for dust and dirt after long days in the canyons and hills. They didn’t have laundry detergent, but were kind enough to bring me a few pods when I asked about it.
It’s close to the road but the road noise was minimal during sleeping hours and the unit was quiet overall.
What’s more the location was great- super close to downtown. We had some delicious meals at Rocking V and st Sego and highly recommend both.
We looked forward to coming back and staying again!

This was a perfect base for exploring Zion, Bryce Canyon and local sites. Very clean , very comfortable. Hosts are very responsive to questions. Highly recommend if you are looking for something in Kanab

Newer and clean. Great location to Zion. Small town but enjoyed our stay! Hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond. Very well maintained! Thank you!!

The apartment was amazing. You are attached to the owners house but we never even saw them. They were very attentive when we text (just to say we have arrived). This is a super comfortable apartment. The "Joey and Chandler" chairs are PERFECT for relaxation. Downtown is a few minute drive. Likely could have walked but it was a bit chilly. Downtown does not have taverns/bars to just grab a drink. You have to order food at one of their dining options to have a beer/beverage. We did find a tavern on the Arizona state line, 3 minutes away. Super nice owners and staff. We had a great time in Kanab.

A comfortable 1 bedroom with a big bathroom and kitchen. Love the 2 comfortable lounge chairs. Close to amenities and Best Friend’s Sanctuary.

Apt. was more than we had expected. Very clean, nice smell when entering. Spacious rooms and bath. Walkin shower was great. Everything we needed was supplied. Location was close to town and very quiet. Would stay again if we go back. Owners were on site but we never met them. They were available if we needed anything.
If you are looking for a place to stay, check this one out.
I feel the pricing is reasonable compared to other stays elsewhere.

Our home was. Wonderful. Clean, easy to get to, easy access to travel all over the area. The rooms were roomy. Bed was comfy. It was quiet. Landlord was very nice.

Neat, our car was parked right out front on driveway. It was quiet. Shower was awesome. Bed was comfy. Kitchen and living room were very comfy too. Tv had many, many channels. Washer and dryer were nice and big. Place was well stocked with supplies, of everything you needed and was promised. Host were great people.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super clean, nicely decorated and had all the conveniences of home. We HIGHLY recommend it. Kanab is a great hub for visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon North Rim which is why we chose this location.

This Is The Place!!!
We, like most other people, are skeptical when renting a place by viewing on line pictures of the place. We reviewed the comments made by previous renters and those comments were so true! This apartment was SO accommodating and private. Very, very clean, with everything you could ever need. The on-site owners, the Glovers, were very friendly and down to earth folks. We loved!! Kanab and the towns people. Renting this apartment is so much better than staying in a hotel! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation in Kanab, UT.

Kanab vacation
Our VRBO Kanab rental was great. We really enjoyed our visit. The rental unit was perfect for our needs. It was close to restaurants and we had the choice to make our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely rent this unit again

Perfect stay in Kanab UT
This was the perfect stay for my husband and myself. It offered the best location to all the State and National Parks we were wanting to see. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was so roomy, clean, and stocked with everything we could need. Restaurants, groceries, gas, and shops were right down the street. We are going to suggest to all our friends traveling to Utah to stay at this lovely apartment.
