Questo appartamento si trova in un punto strategico per apprezzare al meglio Reykjavik. Sentiero Laugavegur è veramente a due passi e se poi hai ancora voglia di camminare Hallgrimskirkja è a soli 15 minuti.
Cerchi un po' di relax? Riposati nel giardino o sulla terrazza privata. Non ti va di uscire? Nessun problema: in casa potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV via cavo/satellitare per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.
Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! C'è proprio tutto l'occorrente: un forno, un piano cottura, un frigorifero, un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. Qui avrai a tua completa disposizione asciugacapelli e asciugamani. E non dovrai portare con te troppi vestiti: qui troverai lavatrice e asciugatrice. Gli altri servizi e dotazioni includono: un comodo divano letto, lenzuola, ferro/asse da stiro e riscaldamento.

Very nice property, clean, quiet, secure. Able to access additional towels, paper supplies via basement supply room. We cooked a few meals at apartment, the only frying pan is teflon and the material is peeling off, one "pancake" turner that was melted badly in the back side, but did the job. Microwave, induction range, large refrigerator, oven all very nice. Beautiful views from living area and a very nice sheltered balcony with stunning views. Would stay here again. Only negative for us was needing to sort recyleable materials and take out trash to outside bins. The trash bins required either a "trash card" or a credit card to open. Unfortunately when they are full, you can not open them. They are very small and it is a large building, so it was an issue for us. But other than that and running dishwasher, we had no other duties on day of departure.

Nice views, clean and modern. It was a great choice for a family needing some added pace for a couple nights instead of hotel rooms.

Booked this place last minute as our previous VRBO was canceled < 24hrs prior to our trip and was very happy. The condo is located in a very nice section of the city-close enough to walk to downtown, rainbow road, etc- but not so close that it was loud. Unferground parking was very convenient. Heat was phenomenal (as were the radiant floors and towel warmers). The condo was very clean and is nicer than the pictures suggest. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again.

Well equipped apartment. There's even an enclosed balcony! Apartment is 10 minutes walk downtown Reykjavik, and very near a pickup/drop off point for airport shuttles. Excellent communication for checkin/checkout.

Our overall first impression was very good. The layout of the apartment is nice along with the size. However, after the first day we started to notice things which were inconvenient. No soap dishes in the shower or bathtub. A shower curtain which is too short so water goes all over the bathroom floor. A lot of TV stations but they are mostly the same BBC stations. The check out time of 10:00am is the earliest I've experienced in my 50+ years of travelling and the doors lock at 1 second past 10:00. No bags for the kitchen garbage. Lastly, an indoor garage payment system which is totally confusing. You have to remember what time you parked and then put in the number of hours and minutes you stayed when you leave. I'm sure tourists are being totally ripped off. These are mostly little things that are easy to fix. The owner should try living in the apartment for a few days just to see.

This was a great, spacious, lean space to spend time in Reykjavik. We appreciated being so close to a bus stop! Very relaxing.
