Room to improve: - only 1 carpark allow to park inside, although outside is plenty space for parking, but inside still lot of parking unoccupied. - rm200 deposit may needed prior check-in. Not a issue, may get a refund after check out.

Nice and cozy, so cold during night time. No need aircond. Feels like condo in forest. Kids really love the swimming pool.

It will be nice if the host provide the facial tissue. Don’t bring food near the swimming pool. This will attract the “neighbours” 🐵.

I like the facilities and the staff is very friendly and very responsive. The environment is very nice as well. Will book again next time when come ipoh 🥳🤩

The stay feel quite exclusive as facing the mountain, the swimming pool is the key reason for the whole stay. The rest is just okay, there is a lot of hawker food stall around but not very accessible to tourist hotspot so if staying for leisure and explore neighbourhood, this place is nice.

since near the mountain so got a lot of insects.

first time I’m seeing rooms are being locked just because there were 2 of us in the apartment. should stop micro managing your guests

The scenery and facilities within Ipoh Cove was amazing.

There were allot of mosquitos and it bit my kids so will need to bring a mosquito repellent next time

supposed owner should inform earlier about the deposit RM200...too expensive..the deposit only mention a few hour before we arrived..we did not prepared for that..n the rules there are to strict..one more..owner should lock the room that not include in the package..to many instruction before we can enter the house..n that why we did notice it n our rm130 deposit burn..very disappointed with that..

Location was nearby to the place we supposed to go . That was convenient

The kids’ pool is superb! My kids love it. The apartment is clean and environment surrounding the apartment is nice since it’s away from the city and near mountain side.

The door hinge sound is very bad, need fixing, and wifi not working.
