Secluded and upscale condo resort. The unit is spotless. Love the attention to details! There were a lava water bottle and two bags of chips. We took the glass water bottle back home to Houston! The gate code keeps an extra security layer. The condo is very spacious especially for a one-bedroom unit. We love the ocean view and back patio. Napili Bay is a short 5-10 minutes walk. No waves, perfect spot for young children and snorkeling. I wish we spent more time at Napili Bay.

Great property, exactly as advertised. The Bay Villas offer everything a family needs for a great Hawaiian holiday. We prefer this location over many others in Maui because of the quieter more private feeling it provides. The unit is great and a good size for a family of 3 or four. Nicely updated with great decor. We plan to return.

Great property for a short stay!

Couldn’t be happier. Most surprising, having the beach to ourselves for sunrise, and only a sprinkling of people at sunset.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described. The resort was lovely and so peaceful.

Reviewer Comments: I emailed the management company about 9 days before our scheduled check in date to ask if they could please email me the information on parking and accessing the property, etc as we were flying the next day to Maui and staying at a different resort the first part of our trip, and I wanted to print the information and have it before we got on the plane. The management company sent me a terse return email, refusing to send me the information as they said it would be sent automatically to me exactly 7 days before I would check in, and no earlier.When they did email the information exactly 7 days before my check in, they noted that they had cameras(they did not say where, hopefully not inside the unit) and automation and if I attempted to put in the access code at any time before exactly 4 pm they would be notified and the appropriate authorities would be notified, and on check out day if I did not leave the premises by 10 am the doors would automatically lock and I would be charged an additional fee. They sent me similar emails the day before my scheduled check in date, and during my stay, about their draconian check in and check out policies, and the consequences if I attempted to check in early or check out late.I understand the importance on people not checking in early, or late, but this company and their "welcoming email" was rude and unnecessarily threatening and made me feel like a prisoner about to check into some sort of jail.The actual property was extremely nice, clean, and very enjoyable, but the emails from the management company almost ruined a great vacation.

Beautiful setting in a higher-end condominum complex on the shore. 5 minute access to two adjacent beaches, with a stunning lava peninsula in between. Very quiet. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked and everything worked. Managers were excellent - great communication and very responsive whenever questions and minor issues came up.

Beautiful large open plan house with modern amenities and plenty of lounging and dining space for at least 8 adults. So well stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly imagine you'd ever need. Space for 3 cars on the drive and a pretty back garden for the warmer weather. We travelled with a baby and there was a cot provided, high chair and even a box of baby stuff including changing mats, disposable bibs etc. Wood provided for the burner in the living room which was easy to use and made the evenings very cosy. Malcolm and Angela could not have been more helpful, fabulous hosts. Would recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful view. Convenient walking access to two world class beaches. Quick drive to dining and shopping. Most importantly—- comfortable bed and all the household items needed to make our stay restful.

Very clean and comfortable. Central air was a big help. Only minor problem was a lot of znts. Otherwise great condo and location, would book again!!

Property was clean, maintained well and comfortable. Only issue we had was a little issue with lack of communication the washing machine was not working. I called the office which they returned my call in a timely manner. They said a maintenance person would come to the property to investigate. I never heard back from anyone if the issue was resolved and wasn’t about to attempt to wash another load. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much

This was our first trip to Maui and after driving all over the island I am so glad we stayed here. The amenities were great, there are three beaches that are super easy to walk to and aren’t very crowded. One of the beaches was the best beach we found, not to mention Merrimans is within walking distance as well. There’s a great path to walk or run and the rental was super clean with everything one would need to have a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this rental and will definitely return!

My husband and I wanted a place where we could work in the mornings and enjoy the beaches in the afternoons. This was perfect! The wifi worked well so we could work remotely, and we took advantage of the resort's shuttle service to visit nearby beaches and restaurants. The staff at Epic was professional and responsive. The pool, barbecue area and grounds at the KBV were clean and well maintained. Everything in the unit worked well. I give this rental 5 stars and would definitely return.

Very pretty side of Island- quiet, relaxing, love the pools! Easy to find, and overall very pleased!

My family and I were so happy with our stay, we extended it! The condo is immaculate, charming, and well situated. Ocean views, cool breezes, walking distance to 3 beaches—what more could you need? It’s far enough from the crowds to give a sense of peace and near enough to them to join in at any time. If you’re keen on staying in this part of Maui, even if you’ve never been—we highly recommend this spot. Locals we met—both young and old—swore this was their favorite area on the island to hang at the bay, to snorkel, and to catch sunset. We couldn’t agree more. Thanks for such a wonderful accommodation! We hope to be back soon.

Loved this property and the Kapalua area. Pools, beach, hiking, restaurants all a short walk. Condo was well stocked. They really thought of everything. Would not hesitate to recommend or book again.
