Near to Wiston where we were meeting friends.
couple are abrupt and not very friendly or polite. we also booked a double room I'm pretty sure but had a twin room, which was fine, but not what we booked?

Set away from the road, the room was quiet with lovely views of the garden and fields.

Eileen and David made me feel so welcome. It was like staying with friends. A gown was available in my room to enable me to relax completely . As a woman that works away from home a fair amount of time, i often feel uncomfortable and vulnerable in hotels and often have all my meals in my room. However, I felt totally at ease and safe throughout my stay. Pointers guest house is such an amazing place to unwind after a long hard day working, and the grounds beautiful. I was greeted by Eileen , the following morning , for breakfast, with a friendly and welcoming smile and taken to my table, where I enjoyed a wonderfully prepared breakfast whilst looking out onto the gardens , from the conservatory . I will definitely be staying here again, not just for work but also for pleasure .

Lovely room that was beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed, our host was very accommodating and helpful. The breakfasts were very nice and an excellent way to start the day. Highly recommended accommodation and I am sure that we will return!

Lovely spacious propert, nice and clean, set in big farm with an accessible large back garden area and outside seating. Comfortable beds and clean linen, clean washroom and common areas. Breakfast in sunny warm garden room was a special delight.

Fantastic home in lovely peaceful location with wonderful garden which Eileen very kindly showed us around. Breakfast was excellent and very punctual. Both David and Eileen were lovely hosts and very accomodating making sure that we had everything that we needed. Loved their wildlife ethos, being able to see different wildlife in their grounds and of course the lovely pointers. We would definitely stay again.

Happy to reuse towels but when a cleaner re folds them not only do they not dry but we didn’t know which were whose! Needed to be left where we hung them

Breakfast was superb, hot, fresh and really good quality. Plenty of choice and well cooked and presented. The hosts were attentive, pleasant and obliging.

Lovely guest house. Super friendly owners who were very thorough at the welcome & explained everything really well. Room was a fantastic size with everything you need in it. Breakfast was fresh & well cooked & just what I wanted. Fabulous shower as well!! Would highly recommend & I will be back.
