Our stay at Latitude Adjustment was fabulous! The home is gorgeous and well appointed. The sheets and pillows were sheer bliss. The view from the dining/living area was stunning and never got old. We enjoyed the unbelievably gorgeous beach but had a few rough water days so the pool was used each day without fail. A special part to this listing is the house manager/ concierge, Charlene. I didn’t think we would use her services, but I was wrong. She answered any questions at anytime and hooked us up with a chef at spur of the moment to cook the fish some family caught, advice on service providers, etc. She was available and checked on us through What’s app. She made our trip easy. We would 100% stay again and hope to do so in the future. Communication with Tricia prior to our trip was also top notch! Thank you.

What an amazing house and location. Our family had the best time and we were well looked after by the owner and manager. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to make a complete escape from the rat race. Tranquil, good vibes and easy living. Enjoy.

Where do I even start?! The pictures you see on the listing are amazing but still don’t even catch a glimpse of *just* how beautiful the entire property is in person! We love the location being so close to the airport and then a short drive to town. The house, inside and out, is beautifully decorated, immaculate, and CLEAN, like a deep clean, and I can’t say how much we appreciate that! The host has a full kitchen of baking dishes and cookware, a few of your everyday kitchen spices, dishes, silverware, insulated tumblers for you to use during your stay, a separate ice machine, and so much more! My husband and I brought our 11 month old and the property is extremely baby friendly too! The home has a high chair, a pack n play, washer and dryer (and laundry pods provided). You truly feel like you are HOME. The communication we had between the host and also with the home managers are courteous and prompt, with a genuine interest to see if you need anything and to make sure you are having the best time. And can we talk about how Jimmy Hill beach that the house sits on is a hidden gem and super, super private! We only ever saw 3 other people walking in the 6 days we were there. After 3 different trips and visiting multiple beaches during each stay, it is one of the prettiest beaches on Exuma, in our opinion! You definitely cannot go wrong renting this beautiful home and Latitude Adjustment has not seen the last of us!

This was not our first trip to Exuma, though it was our first time to stay on Great Exuma. We have previously stayed on the Tropic of Cancer (Little Exuma); the beach is exceptional, but it's quite a distance from everything... When we initially booked this property, we were looking forward to being more centrally located but weren't sure how it would compare to ToC beach-wise. All I can say is, "Wow!" The pictures do not do this place justice!! An entire side of the house is floor to ceiling windows of the most spectacular, breathtaking view! The beach is gorgeous and even more secluded than ToC!! (The entire stretch is more than 1.5 miles each way. Most days we saw no one else.) The home is pristine and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. (I especially loved the open rug area in front of the primary bedroom. With floor to ceiling windows, it was a perfect place to do yoga or pilates each morning!) The outdoor area is exceptional; almost resort-like. Equipped with comfortable chaise loungers, sofa seating...Sonos system...pool...It was the perfect place to have respite from an afternoon in the waves. (Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for use on the beach; however, because I prefer a full chaise lounge, our property manager provided us with contact information to rent them for the duration of our time there. The chaises are delivered and we found the price to be reasonable. But, again, that's only necessary if you want a full chaise lounge.) Location-wise, the home couldn't me more ideal. It's only a few miles from all of the grocery stores and, literally <5 minutes from the airport. (We never heard planes, so that's not a problem at all. In fact, despite its location, we never heard any traffic.) Every part of our experience was perfect - from the information packet prior to arrival, all communications with the owner and property manager, the property itself... We've been traveling to the Caribbean for 15 years, and this was, by far, our most favorite property of all! I'm so grateful we found it. We will certainly be back!
