De ligging van het hotel is echt prachtig en centraal gelegen waardoor alles makkelijk bereikbaar is. De hotelkamer was heel mooi en knus ingericht!

A bit cramped. And small touches. The beautiful hanging bedside lamps just need a hook to draw them over so that we can read comfortably in bed. The shower was VERY dark!

Krappe badkamer, ontbijt startte erg laat, geen kaas of vlees bij ontbijt. Geen variatie in aanbod. ‘S avonds geen kans voor een nababbel met mede-reizigers op de boot!

O ambiente do hotel é lindo e o proprietário acolhedor e prestativo. O quarto acomoda com conforto duas pessoas, o chuveiro e de qualidade superior. O café da manhã é bem servido.

Toilet paper had to be put to the bin on the side. Very small bathroom. But not surprising as it is a boat cabin :)

A great experience to stay on this beautifully converted barge on the river in the middle of Verdun. So central and yet really peaceful.

It's very cool to sleep in an old barge on the river. Wonderful location near restaurants and bars along river.. Great place to stay while visiting WWI sites near Verdun.

Lovely location. Nicely decorated rooms, with comfortable bed and powerful, hot shower. Nicely designed.

Curtains did not cover window (room is overlooked by pedestrians walking along river). Toilet flush sprays over bathroom floor. Macerator drainage is noisy, and noise from other guests rooms and bar/breakfast area travels.

Everything was great it was such an unique experience. I really enjoyed how much thought went into the design. The rooms are quiet and we had a nice view of the river scene. I highly recommend this accommodation. The breakfast was also great!

unique experience, sleeping on a luxury barge

we woke up and we were still docked at the same place !! but that was ok because we liked Verdun

Good service and staff. Bedroom is tiny but doable. Great location but still rather quiet. Good breakfast.

It was not easy to get in and out of the shower without making a mess. Not really negative but one have to be aware that the hotel is a boat so there are ever so slightly moving noticeable when you are standing. Not noticeable when you're in the bed.

We hadn't realised we were going to sleep on a barge, but it was comfortable and very modern. It has been transformed from a working boat to a very well appointed hotel. It's location was perfect and we enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom lighting could have been stronger.

Stylishly refurbished. lovely location with ducks swimming past the window. Very good breakfast and nice service. It wa not clear on Booking.com that this was a barge. Fortunately we were on foot when we were looking for it otherwise it might have been difficult to find

Style over substance. The shower was almost impossible to turn off and on. We had to get help from a member of staff twice. There were no instructions for using the coffee machine and i couldn't understand how it worked. Inevitably as it was a barge the room was rather small. The car parking was fairly near but we were glad we didn't have big suitcases to carry. Free overnight but payable during the day.
