little difficult to find, could be better signposted and would have been good if some directions were provided by the host. I was given a local number though, and Colling very kindly directed the taxi for us 😊

reviews are lies , we where told we had to buy our own toilet paper and water toilet stopped up wouldn’t flush no hot water to shower we where told it would be fixed and still no hot water

This Villa exceeded my expectations. It was was very peaceful and quiet. The scenery was exceptional. Mr. Colling who was the host, was very welcoming and made me felt safe. He gave me the number for someone to transport me around town to get some business done and I felt very safe. The cost for the transportation was reasonable and Mr. Mack driving skills were great. This place is a hidden gem in Jamaica and I would recommend to my family and friends. 😂❤️🙌👌 Thank you Mr. Colling for being a great host and making me feel safe. I take my hat off to you. 5+ stars and then some.

The location is safe and the view very beautiful. Not too far from hip strip and the main Mobay beaches. If you have a car there is plenty of parking space.

We suggest to pick the bigger rooms as the studio is pretty small.

The view was absolutely stunning! There are not enough great things I can say about our stay, but we will from now on stay here a couple of nights when we are on holiday in Jamaica!!

The host Mr Collins is so nice and genuine. Upon our arrival he greeted and gave us a tour of our Villa and the property.

The owner (Mr Colin) was really friendly. The place was really nice. The views were amazing, was able to get lots lots of natural breeze which was quite refreshing.

Despite it being on the small side, it was suitable for our purpose.

The host was super friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and well equipped, the bed was comfy. After long flight I was happy to find water, snacks and cold beer in the fridge. The view from the place was great! and I was happy to receive delicious fruits and jelly coconut straight from the garden! 10/10 experience. Thank you!

Top Notch Host

Colin was very friendly and accomodating. We love the sense of security from the gated property. The room has everything you need, fridge, microwave, TV, and a hot plate just to name a few. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Consider it a little home away from home.

The path from parking is for strong individuals. There are stairs to each room, so be prepared to lift your luggage! Depending on the room you choose, the width of some stairs may be challenging if you have a bigger piece of luggage.

Colling was an exceptional host! I was fortunate to arrive during mango season and he left fresh mangoes and jelly for me throughout my trip. He checked in daily but wasn’t overbearing. The room was clean. It’s basically a bachelor with a kitchenette but I was able to cook as there was oil, vinegar and salt/pepper available(things they don’t usually offer when you have a kitchen on a trip and make cooking annoying since you only need a bit and are usually forced to buy it). The fridge was stocked with (affordable) beer. It was really hot but I stayed under the fan and I was fine. The property is new and well maintained, and you are minutes via taxi from the town. It’s not walking distance, but I bought fruit and food in town and came back home easily. The internet was incredibly reliable and I jumped right into working on the private patio as soon as I got there. There is also a rooftop area was accessible for views. There are two locks on your unit door and it’s a gated property. Colling provided: extra pillows(immediately upon request), complimentary fruit, complimentary tea, coffee, snacks, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, lotion, (many) towels and a safe property. I would definitely stay again.

I had a hard time fitting into the shower because of the way the shower door is built. I spoke with Colling about it and he was really receptive but if you’re super pregnant, fat or just a big person the shower will be hard to get into - at least for now. :)

Dave is very warm and you immediately feel comfortable. The room is very small, but so sweetly equipped that it is not cramped or even disturbing at all. The view is beautiful and the location very quiet. If I need another room in Montego Bay, I would always use Dave's little sweet sewing box. Thank you very much for the short but really nice stay.

Colin is one of the nicest hosts I've ever met, the place was super peaceful and comfortable with amazing views.

Collin went above and beyond to ensure my needs were meet and that my stay was perfect. He was super accommodating and was able to book me on very short notice. There's every practical amenity (small kitchen - fridge, sink, stove top microwave - shower, TV, internet, etc) one needs to have a pleasant stay. I will return here the next time I am in the area!

Its hard to come up with something but; To those without a vehicle and/or are frugal toward transportation: having independance and walking (don't want to rely on a vehicle) to/from local bars, restaurants, shops etc is not achievable for most. This is negligible and may not apply to all. The overall positive experience far out weigh this niche con.

perfect little 2 people hotel. after my long 23hour plane trip to Jamaica there were ice cold beers waiting for me in the fridge and the owner was completely friendly

The small apartment was incredibly well equipped, it was really refreshing to be able to cook our own dinner after eating out so often. Colin the host was fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. The villa is just far enough out of town to enjoy a quiet and peaceful evening away from the busy town and beach area.

The views of Mobay were amazing. The room had everything that we needed, including drinks and snacks.

No a/c but the fan and the coolness of the night was enough.

This small studio unit was well equipped for our stay. It was exceptionally clean and so we were totally made comfortable from the onset of our stay. The unit was exactly what was advertised and more. Our stay was a business stay and so we were not able to enjoy the beauty of the outdoor view from the balcony, but it is definitely a good feature of the property. We also enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the location, and our host was very gracious with leaving us some complimentary goodies. A good value for money, I would say and I will be a repeat visitor.

I loved everything for the value that I got! One thing which was minor for me but not for my spouse as he is larger in body size. He pointed out that the shower stall based on design of the door, was a bit awkward to get in and then close the door that swings inwards. A suggestion is for the door to swing out if possible or a folding door....... just an idea. However, this will not take away from a great stay if it doesn't affect you!
