Perfect location! The condo was well kept and was perfect size for our party of 6. The owner was very responsive throigh the whole process. Will definitely book thia one again in the future.

We love the East end of the beach so this was a great spot for us. Excellent communication with the host.

Not are best trip but was fine. Pros Location was good close to Walmart and food. Resort was nice with good amenities. Condo was clean and safe. Cons Only can park one vehicle and it’s on the 12 floor so lots of driving in a circle up and down. Takes several minutes and you will get dizzy. When you arrive you have to pay 80 dollars for a parking pass and resort fee, this was not in original listing. Room only has sheets and thin blankets, no comforter on bed and very few flat pillows. Over not my worst experience but could have been better with a few changes.

Very clean condo. Excellent communication with owner. Love that all the tvs were smart Tvs. Also, I have to say the couch beds in the livingroom wete surprisingly very comfortable!

Great property no issues at all....parking garage is a little tight glad I did not have my heeavy duty pickup with me. Will stay here again as my son lives down there and I travel down to see him often.

We loved this property! It was very clean and up to date. We fully took advantage of the location beside Pineapple Willys. Lots of stuff within walking distance. We had everything we needed at our finger tips! My only issue was the elevators which is not the owners fault. We did not realize so many other people would be there during fall break so there was a little bit of a wait for the elevator but it was totally doable! Overall we loved both the unit and its location. We will definitely be back!

Problem with elevators

Do not go expecting to have 3 bedrooms the third bedroom is actually the living room. Living room but it’s an open floor plan so it’s also your kitchen and dining area. We like the open kitchen with living room and eating area, but didn’t expect it to be our children’s bedroom. The bunk room would be better if it actually had bunks in it. Instead, it is a single bed with trundle that you have to roll in and roll out. But before you push back in, you have to take all the bedding off or it does not fit. The pull out single also takes up the remainder of the space in the bedroom. So you can’t even get into that area to use the second bathroom. Kitchen was not fully stocked as mentioned and a baking sheet had to be purchased to cook in oven. And good luck trying to cook your family breakfast with one frying pan. There is absolutely no privacy in the master bathroom. In the bed specially place, so you get woken up nightly by your significant other when they have to use the restroom . Well if you are a stairs climber this is the place for you. They might advertise six elevators, but only three work at any given time. Be prepared to climb up and down 17 flights or wait at least an half hour each time. Not to mention there’s no air vents in the elevators in your crammed in there with 12 people all their beach stuff for a 10 minute sauna ride. Hot tub monitor makes people get out of the hot tub after 15 minutes and stay out for an hour. And the beach is trashed daily!!

We enjoyed our stay minus the very hot elevators with long waits for them. Definitely something to consider but the great location and amenities offset that. The unit was excellent and the pool was wonderful. Even with over 650 units the pool is very large and accomadated huge numbers of people without seeming crowded. We went the week before July 4th and the beach was very crowded but still nice. There were double red flags 5/7 days with many rescues etc due to people ignoring the warnings. The huge pool really helped.

Was a great condo for our girls getaway. Lots to do in the area. Everything was within walking distance. We did not rent a car for that reason. We did rent a golf cart for 24 hours and that was great to use along the main road to see other sites. Only suggestion is to maybe stock a few things in the condo such as potholders, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Owner was great with communication. Definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this home, we were close to everything. I was disappointed in how small the guest bedroom was. 2 adults do not fit in the bedroom, it was a trundle bed, when pulled out, you basically slept on the floor and up against the closet. You had to step over the person sleeping in bottom trundle to use the bathroom. We could not use the closet because the TV was in there! Besides the sleeping arrangement, the rest of this home was great, the balcony view was awesome!

The condo was as advertised, the owner was wonderful and communicated all check in procedures, etc. The only complaint I have is with the staff. The Check in person was very unfriendly. I could barely understand her. It was after hours so I had to show her my reservation on VRBO, she about snatched my phone out of my hand to try and look at it. Only one elevator worked the entire time and it was very slow. I really hate this for the owner because it is a beautiful area and the owner was great!

The condo was very clean! Was a great location! Steps from the ocean! They had a great outside pool! It was cold so we couldn’t get in but the hot tub was great!! We would stay there again!!

Amazing Place and location

We loved everything about our stay. Place was very clean. House was well stocked with everything needed for our stay. We parked when we got there and had so much to do within walking distance. The view from room was breathtaking and made amazing views of sun setting! We will be staying again in the future.

Clean unit, great communication, beautiful view ideal place to relax

The Good The View was amazing as well as the location and spaciousness of the condo. The bed no information was given from the owner such as garage key code having to contact him before getting information about the condo time to check in or out. There was no door to the master bathroom.

It was a nice clean property, the head of security was so nice and kind when we got there.

Condo was clean and plenty of supplies are included. Jim was amazing to work with and very nice and informative. Pools and hot tub were great. Wonderful being next door to Pineapple Willys. Overall great experience

Our stay was brief, but the location was perfect. The view AMAZING. The staff was absolutely great. The condo was well put together, and just extremely comfortable and cozy. LOVED IT!!!! The owner was by far the best from others that I have dealt with. His response time was immediate. On a scale of 1 to 10 it gets a 100.

We had the most amazing stay at this condo. A friend of mine and I brought our teenage daughters on a girls trip and it was perfect! The condo was very clean, had everything we needed and breathtaking views! We enjoyed the amazing pool and the ocean, both just a few steps away. We also really appreciated the security of the condo and the communication with the property owner was fantastic! No doubt if an issue would’ve arose it would be quickly resolved! You certainly don’t need to leave the condo, but if you do the location is perfect with Walmart across the street, we walked to Pineapple Willy’s and just a short drive to all the restaurants and attractions. We will most certainly be back!

We had a great time! This condo is quiet and peaceful. The owner answered all my questions and requests with speed. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen had lots of dishes, pots, and pans. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The only thing that was annoying was the parking garage. There is no rhyme or reason to the numbering system. The pool area is beautiful and the ocean is just steps away. I love the fact that there are staff who check to make sure that people entering the property from the street and beach actually belong there.

Everything went perfectly. Condo was clean and well organized. Property manager was always quick and informative with communication/responses. Only heard neighboring condo noise when on the balcony.

This condo had absolutely everything we needed and more! Best views of the ocean and pool! Outside the front door view of the city. Very beautiful. Condo is clean and comfortable everything updated and new. The owner is very informative and responds within moments. We extended our stay and he was super helpful. We will be definitely staying at this condo again in the future!!! Thanks for an awesome week!!
