We stayed at this home with our 3 year old and another small family. 4 adults and 3 kids 4 and under. We had a great experience with the location and home. It was a quick walk to the beach and we had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities and the laundry room had beach towels, toys, and even a wagon. We opted not to bring our own beach chairs since the property had their own but wish we brought ours instead. The chairs are stored outside so have a lot of rust and one even broke while one of us was sitting in it on the beach. We were eager to take the kids to the pool but it was extremely dirty. It was full of green algae which made for unsafe and slippery surfaces We attempted a 2nd day and were informed by a bystander that someone had just put chemicals in and that it was unsafe to swim in. Had that resident not been there, we could have put small children in a pool with unsafe amounts of chemicals. Finally, after 3 days there and our cars being parked in the same spots the entire trip with no one else parked near us, we were verbally harassed by the HOA president and his wife about our parking. They were extremely rude in their delivery and funny enough weren’t even parked in the right spots for their unit. We let the host know about the pool and HOA president issues and she was quick to respond and inform me that this was not the first instance of them harassing guests.

Pros: clean, very close to beach access 31, well-appointed kitchen, nice bathrooms, some beach chairs. Cons: the bed and pillows in the master bedroom are extremely uncomfortable, some of the bath towels had stains, one of the balcony chairs has an exposed nail and it ripped a couple of holes in my pants and also my husband's pants, and the sofa and chair in the living room are old and tattered. I would recomment bringing your own beach chairs and umbrellas.

Our stay was amazing. The only thing we were not completely trilled about was the layout. It would have been much easier for my parents if the kitchen/living space was on the ground level. We would definitely stay here again!

We were having a family reunion and the rest of the family was staying in a condo across the street. It was me, my son and daughter-in-law and my two grandchildren so the three bedrooms were perfect. We got to the beach each day and the kids lived the pool too.

Clean accurate listing! Love that they had beach chairs, boogie boards & sand toys to use. The air conditioning worked so well. We really loved our week at the beach. We will be back for sure!

We were three ladies in town for the Amelia Island Book Festival. The property is really nice, easy to get in and out and was the perfect location for us… close to everything and comfortable. It worked out beautifully for us and made our trip very enjoyable! Thanks so much!

We felt welcomed the moment we walked into this well appointed and cozy townhouse home. We came to bicycle, walk on the beach and sample the local food. This location was great for us. We plan to return next year for a longer stay.

Property was as advertised, really enjoyed our stay, wish the weather was warmer.
